Nuestra casa está ubicada en una comunidad privada, cuenta con 4 dormitorios y tres baños. Hay 1 King, 2 reinas, 2 gemelos. Todas las camas son nuevas y tienen edredones de alta calidad y ropa de cama de lujo. Usted podría alojar hasta 8 personas en esta magnífica casa. Esta casa está a sólo unos minutos de Sun City, y PGA West Golf. Hay un gran centro comercial de El Paseo y Cabazon Outlet Mall. Cuenta con un gran concepto de comedor y sala de estar abierta, puertas correderas dobles a un gran patio cubierto con vistas a la piscina. Hay tres televisores en la casa que se pueden encontrar en la sala de estar, dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio. El dormitorio principal cuenta con dos lavabos y bañera de inmersión y ducha independiente. El maestro está separada de las otras habitaciones en su propia ala de la casa. La casa y todas las habitaciones están bellamente decoradas. La casa también cuenta con agua caliente en la demanda por lo que nunca se quedará sin agua caliente. La cocina gourmet cuenta con cocina de gas superior y hornos dobles y está completamente equipada con todo lo que el cocinero tendrá. El patio trasero cuenta con una primera clase de agua salada piscina / spa con características de gas al fuego tazón de agua y con gran iluminación LED. Disfrutará de los cálidos días y noches del desierto junto a la piscina, descansando en las numerosas opciones de muebles para exteriores y comiendo en la mesa del patio con vista a la piscina.

The home layout was great for visiting family members. Separated Fromm the master bedroom for quiet privacy. The backyard pool and spa area were fantastic. The home owners were instantly responsive to any questions or issues. (There were no issues).

A WONDERFUL HOME!

A wonderful beautiful experience in this lovely clean home which accommodated my family of daughters, children and babies! Great kitchen and cooking supplies including each bedroom and bathroom as well. Owner was respondent to our needs at all times. Although the internet did not work at all times my family and I were quite happy and enjoyed lots of swimming, spa time, and bbquing too! The beautiful colored pool/spa lights in the evening was utterly amazing! We'll be back before summer ends...Thank you again Jackie for sharing your beautiful home! Sincerely CCF!

Relaxing, wonderful experience

This rental is really something special! My wife and I have stayed in quite a few rental properties over the last 15 years, and this one is by far our favorite. Every aspect of the listing is spot on, and the property looks even better in person. We had such a relaxing time that we did not want to leave!!! The thing that is most important to us is outdoor space, and this home did not disappoint. The backyard and pool area feels like your own private resort. The landscaping is beautiful, and there are plenty of options for lounging in the sun or staying cool in the shade. There was also a nice selection of pool toys and floats. The beautiful home is very clean, well maintained, and has A LOT of space! We enjoyed grilling and cooking in the large fully stocked kitchen. The home was so comfortable, we skipped going out just to stay in to enjoy it. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores and a short drive to lots of restaurants and shops. Working with Jackie was a delight. Booking was a breeze, and communication was always quick, thorough, and friendly. She made our check in/check out super easy, and checked in with us during our stay to ensure we were having a great experience. Don’t hesitate to book, but please don’t tell too many people... we would really like it to be available every once in a while, so we can come back and stay again!!!

The Perfect House

This is our second time renting this house and it remains the best place we have stayed. The house is clean and comfortable, the backyard is private and the pool is lovely. Jackie is an amazing host and responds immediately! The pool is shaded in the afternoon which is perfect for the kids! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

So nice we stayed twice!

We just completed our second stay at this location, our first being in Oct '20. We absolutely love it here. The house is roomy and well cared for, the outdoor pool area is amazing (the crown jewel of the property in my opinion) and the hosts are very friendly and attentive. Jackie is a great host and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The only question on my mind is, "when can we get down there for a third stay?!"

Beautiful home and pool area.

Home was very clean & comfortable with a well stocked kitchen for cooking and grilling at the house. Beautiful pool area with lovely landscaping. Pool furniture was not clean and set out. We had some days of inconsistent heating of pool and spa, but eventually it worked nicely. Jackie was pleasant to work with.

Amazing property and great hosts!

We just completed an amazing stay at this property. I brought my family down to Indio for about 5 weeks to get away from the dreariness of Seattle. Everything about this stay was great. The place is beautiful - honestly, we felt the pics didn't quite do it justice. The inside is well appointed, high quality and very clean. But the crown jewel is the outside. The pool and spa area are gorgeous. The pool is big enough to have a lot of fun with the whole family, and we were (very pleasantly) surprised at how quickly it heated up. The area surrounding the pool is also really nice - as with the inside, the hosts did a really good job of furnishing. There were plenty of chairs and loungers, umbrellas, etc. The grill was really nice - we ate the majority of our meals outside. Our host Jackie was A++, incredible friendly and highly responsive to all of our questions. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come back very soon!

The PERFECT Getaway

I cannot say enough great things about this property and Jackie! The house is immaculate, the pool is beyond words - a private little sanctuary, and there is plenty of space for a family to spread out. Jackie is wonderful and was willing to share a lot of extra info about the property, was always just a text away while we were staying, and quickly arranged to have maintenance come quickly for something minor. I cannot recommend this house enough. Though, part of me wants to keep it to ourselves because it did feel like such a special space. We will be back!

Amazing as always!

This was our second time staying in Jackie's home, and it remains as charming and welcoming as ever before. The home has a beautiful open floor plan, a modern kitchen with a large island, very comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a landscaped outdoor area with a pool and hot tub, both of which have water features. We couldn't recommend staying here more!

Beautiful Home, Pool and Spa

As advertised, this Home is in wonderful condition, clean and quite comfortable. The pool and spa are fabulous. We stayed for 35 nights and it has everything you need for cooking and dining. BBQ works great. King size bed in master bedroom (MB) was very comfortable. Having the MB at one end of the home and the other 3 bedrooms at the other end makes for very private and quiet MB. Jackie is very nice and easy to deal with. We will recommend this home to family and friends without hesitation!

Absolutely Amazing!

This property is absolutely amazing! The pool area is gorgeous, private and so relaxing, we felt like we were at a resort. The house is beautifully decorated but also very comfortable and is stocked with everything we could ever need. Jackie was easily accessible and a pleasure to work with, I really can’t say enough good things about our stay. We are already planning our next visit!

Can't say enough about our Indio stay and the accomadations at Casa Palazzo.From the beautiful poolside to the well thought out spacious interior ,everything is covered and the awesome thing about it was,there was no surprises, it was just as Jeff and Jackie had promised! thank you very much for being so friendly and easy to work with.It is sure refreshing to deal with you as you have a genuine concern with your beautiful place and our happiness in being there.I would have no problem recommending this to anyone,although I worry that with this secret out the house may not be available when we want to come again!

Excellent vacation rental

This home fit our needs perfectly. Very clean and well furnished. The outside patio area and pool were an added bonus. The pool was great with the tanning shelf for little ones to play. The price is right and the owners are very easy to work with. Hands down, the best home we've rented in the past 20 years!

We were a party of two families and the accommodation was just right...private bedrooms and bathrooms but a wonderful open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen where we could all come together. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented...it's like a show home! That said there were also so many additional things available for our use that it instantly felt like a cosy home from home environment. The outdoor space is truly wonderful and the large pool meant that we could enjoy sitting outside with a young family even in the high temperatures. The owners of this property also deserve a mention as their kindness and attentiveness really added to the welcome in a way that we had never before experienced with a vacation rental. As an area to stay in, it has everything you could require from grocery stores, restaurants, fast food etc. within a short distance and is also well located for driving to other areas that you may wish to explore. We really felt sad when we had to leave...this holiday was perfection from start to finish! Thank you so much!

Perfect Desert Vacation Rental

We were SO impressed with Jeff & Jackie's home. It was a perfect rental for a long weekend with friends! From the beautiful décor, to spacious bedrooms, living room & kitchen plus the awesome backyard area and pool/spa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/utensils/blender etc. anything you would need to cook/host. The BBQ and outside patio were perfect for us to all gather around. The photos don't do it justice. Everything is bigger and more stunning in person. highly recommend & will definitely be back again!

A little bit of paradise Bliss!

This home goes far and beyond any other rental we have ever stayed in! The décor is top notch and my girls had issues deciding which of the beautiful bedrooms they would occupy! Jeff and Jackie have truly done everything to make this home warm and inviting to all those staying here. The house itself has an abundance of space with 3 beautiful bedrooms on one end and the master bedroom separated by the common area . The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need to prepare all kinds of meals and the sectional so cozy, its great for family movie nights! The pool is stunning and has a beach entry that is equipped with patio umbrella holders so you can hang out all day in your chair with your feet in the water and a cold drink in hand. The landscape is beautifully done and all the palms make it the perfect paradise retreat. There are tons of seating options outside perfect for afternoon pool parties and barbeques with friends. We truly were able to get some R&R enjoyed ourselves while staying here. Will definitely be rebooking this gem again . Thanks for the amazing accommodation's!!! Travis, Jamie and kids

An amazing home

Our family had an amazing time at Jeff & Jackie's home. The home is very well laid out with ample privacy and bedrooms combined with the perfect pool and hot tub to boot! Great Spring Break Retreat!

I was a bit leery about renting a new home on VRBO with no reviews at the time, but so glad I did! Our group was made up of four adults and 5 children (mostly teenagers) who stayed in the house from March 22-28 for Spring Break. The house is newer, spacious and clean, and provided lots of room for us and the kids to spread out. All the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms didn't feel cramped at all (the master bedroom is enormous!). The kitchen was wonderful! A large island and fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you might need. Because of this, we ended up cooking our meals in rather than going out, so we'll have to come back and actually try some of the great restaurants in the area next time ;-). The pool and hot tub are incredible! They have a remote control that allows you to control pool and hot tub temp, as well as a built in water feature and very cool LED lighting for use at night. The kids (and adults) enjoyed playing and relaxing in and around it. Location in a quiet gated community on a cul-de-sac made the street a perfect place for evening touch football with the boys. The location was centrally located for our day trips, which included a day in Palm Springs (don't miss the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and hiking trails once you are up on top), a day hiking the gorgeous Painted Canyons ladders hike/San Andreas palms hike and Salton Sea visit, then a day in Joshua Tree National Park! The house is close to a Walmart, Winco, Starbucks and Target, as well as a couple of gas stations and a bank. Anything you might need can be found within a few minutes of the house. The owners were great! Super responsive to our e-mails and even called us a couple of times at the house to make sure everything was going well. They also provided ideas for things to do, as it was our first time in the area. If you are planning a trip to the area, I'd highly recommend this location! We'd definitely stay here again!

We fell in love with the open concept of our home and the private yard that was a perfect fit for a great pool and spa, we were also drawn to the quite neighbourhood and easy access to the many amenities in the area, we knew this was the desert home for us.
