Ubicado en el aislado Indigo Reef Resort en Marathon, este alquiler de vacaciones de lujo es puro paraíso. Te sumergirás en largos días de navegación, descansando junto a la piscina y observando espectaculares puestas de sol desde tu porche trasero. Ubicado a solo 90 millas al sur de Miami y a 45 millas de Key West, el complejo tiene vistas al Golfo de México con acceso completo al Océano Atlántico a través de Vaca Cut, que está a la vuelta de la esquina de Indigo Reef. Tendrás tu propio muelle privado a pocos pasos de tu porche trasero. Los Cayos de Florida son conocidos por la mejor pesca, buceo y arrecifes tropicales del mundo.  (Nota: alquiler mínimo semanal)

Esta espaciosa villa de tres dormitorios, dos baños y medio te hará sentir como en casa.  Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión, con un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas en la sala de estar. La Villa tiene vistas directas de la puesta de sol con vistas al Golfo de México, que se puede disfrutar desde el porche o el balcón superior. A solo unos pasos de su porche trasero se encuentra su propio muelle privado para botes de hasta 31 '. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para cenar y puede asar fácilmente sus capturas diarias en una de las parrillas de carbón ubicadas en los terrenos del complejo. La villa está totalmente equipada para todo lo que necesite para su estancia. ¡Solo empaca y relájate!

We had a great time. The villa was great, just as described. Great location and pool. A fishermans paradise. Very friendly people. Lots to do and see in the area. Will definetly be back.

Such a wonderful property! So quiet and relaxing. Great area with so many things to do! The pool is amazing. We cooked a couple times! Tried some food trucks in the area which were great. Fish sandwich at Hook It, pizza at BBQ & Pizza in long Key. Had pizza at Driftwood just down the road! Ice Cream at Conch Cream! So good. Regarding Villa, different chairs on front deck but better than what was pictured! So comfortable! Would have been nice if front door had a curtain or blind. Also upstair doors as the 2 bedrooms had the outside light blaring at them all night. Not at all a deal breaker. Just a suggestion…we will be back!!!

Needs a refresh

This villa needs a refresh. It is clearly past it’s prime. While the property and views were excellent this unit is clearly well used. There is a large water stain and peeling paint on the living room ceiling. The pans in the kitchen are warped and the nonstick is peeling making them very hard to cook with. There are multiple cracked floor tiles in the kitchen. The second bathroom has mold on the wall and the shower curtain needs replacing. It has scum all along the bottom of it. Also the inside of the door is damaged and the paint is peeling. The entire unit could use paint. The washing machine did not work which, in fairness the management company did try to rectify. We did have a wonderful time but we did expect a better maintained unit for the price we paid.

Property was amazing and in our favorite location of the Florida Keys!

Check in and check out processes were seamless and very easy. Property manager/owners were very easy to reach if needed (although we didn’t need anything from them because they were very proactive with information).

Great place, terrible parking

The only complaint I have about this location is the parking situation. You are only allowed 2 spots and are on your own to find parking elsewhere for additional vehicles. Trying to find additional parking was a nightmare. This issue will definitely come into play for future visits.

Wonderful!

Our week long stay at Indigo Reef was absolutely perfect! The Villa was extremely clean, very comfortable and in a perfect location. We felt right at home the minute we arrived. We really enjoyed being able to dock our boat just steps away from our back porch. It was so convenient to wake up every day and head out on the water. The sunsets from the villa were breathtaking. The only problem we had during our stay was not wanting to leave! We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fabulous Family Vacation!!

We just got home from our first visit to the keys where we spent the majority of the time in Marathon at this gem of a property. Everything from the original booking to the check in to check out went beyond smoothly. I'm telling you the pictures of this place do not do justice. The views were just stunning!! The property is pretty quiet and everyone was so friendly. Lots of families and maybe property owners. Never was it loud past about 9pm. Pool is huge and well kept. Never had a difficult time finding a spot at any time of the day. The condo was well equipped for you to cook any meal. We didn't use the margarita machine but I thought that was a nice addition as well. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add some extra blankets for watching TV or to add to the beds since it gets a little chilly if your husband likes the AC as much as mine does. :) Also, a small cooler would have been nice to take to the beach or for snacks when we headed out for the day. Other than that, absolutely perfect. Plan to book another vacation here in the future and I'll be reaching out to John and Judy again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with our family!!

We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We stayed with friends at this comfy and beautiful 3 bedroom town house. The view from the porch was lovely particularly at sunset. We made friends with the neighbors on both sides of us and shared appetizers every evening. We watched as the neighbors with boats came in and cleaned their daily catch. Manatees entered the canals most days. The pool is large, very warm and had plenty of chase lounges. The kitchen was well stocked and was easy for us to prepare delicious meals. The tv was very large which made watching movies at night fun. The house came with all the basic supplies. Great location. Lots of things to do nearby. We played tennis on the free town court and found nice restaurants to eat outdoors right on the water. All in all we loved our stay.

Beautiful view of the canal!

Very clean 3 bedroom condo, even nicer than the pictures. The property is immaculate. Beautiful pool, boat slip is right at the townhouse. Everything you need is in the condo. Only the two of us this time, but next time will bring the family. Plenty of room. The boating is excellent just across at Captain Hooks, great price and easy to drive boat to dock slip.

Awesome Vacation

We rented units 29 and 41 to accommodate our family from New Jersey. It was perfect. Unit 29 had the best view in the entire complex. The house had everything we needed. It was clean and the perfect spot to relax and watch sunset. We would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you.

Paradise in The Middle Keys

We spent a glorious week in Indigo Reef resort. The location is unique in that the property is set back away from the Highway thus minimal traffic noise which can be an issue...the sunsets over the water were beautiful. We brought our boat and I cannot imagine a better set up with power and fresh water at the dock. Our unit was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Appliances were up to date and functioned very well. We did use the on property grill. Also the heated pool is fantastic. We will be back for sure

Nice Gulf side location

This was our first time staying on the Gulf side of the Keys, and we were very happy with the location and condition of the property. I rented a boat for a few days, and the dock was right out the back door of the unit. The boat was easy to get out of the canal and the Atlantic was just around the corner. The rooms were good size and my family did not feel cramped at all. I would gladly return for another visit!

Love Indigo Reef

This is our 3rd year staying at Indigo Reef and unit 29 was fabulous! We really enjoyed having our boat right in front of the unit! The sunsets were spectacular!
