Can Rosa Ibiza, private pool & 10 minutes to the beach

Can Rosa was originally built more than 150 years ago and was fully renovated recently keeping the classical Ibiza finca style. It's located in a quiet countryside area, nestled in between a lush pine forest and rich agricultural lands, but only 4 minutes to the nearest town.

The house is very spacious and the rooms are all different from each other making it charmingly original. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped and opens directly to the outside patio, with a covered dining area and BBQ and a restored antique clay oven. The living room boasts traditional wooden ceilings, and an open fireplace. There is a separate TV-room with Netflix. The spacious master bedroom has sunrise views and its own bathroom with a jacuzzi. There is a big space for group activities with a wooden deck and equipment for yoga. There is a trampoline for kids, a pin pong table, a quiet balcony for a chilled glass of Spanish rosé and fresh local olives, and of course a refreshing swimming pool, beautifully embedded in an orange and lemon orchard.


There is plenty of room for private parking inside the property (gated). The Wifi reaches all the property.

Price include the final cleaning upon check-out as well as a “refreshment cleaning” in the midweek for bookings longer than six days.
