En el corazón del barrio de Prati, famosa por la presencia de numerosas tiendas, restaurantes, bares y tiendas de helados, el apartamento está situado en un elegante edificio de principios del '900.
Recientemente renovado por un famoso diseñador de interiores de Roma se compone de dos dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño modernos. La propiedad incluye un gran salón con sillones y sofás, uno de los cuales se convierte en una cama y un rincón de la cocina el desayuno donde queríamos combinar la parte operativa funcional con un comedor que recuerda la tradición familiar. Cada habitación está equipada con una gran TV (Samsung 43) y el aire acondicionado encendido.
La proximidad de las atracciones lo hace especialmente atractivo este apartamento. Los museos del Vaticano están a 500 metros de distancia, la plaza de San Pedro se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie por el antiguo pueblo. El metro y los autobuses están a sólo 5 minutos a pie.
Los propietarios le darán la bienvenida, que muestra todos los recursos que harán que su estancia sea agradable y estarán a su disposición para cualquier deseo.

un fantástico apartamento de diseño muy bien ubicado /Wonderful apartment in a classy neightbourhood

Alquilamos el apartamento para pasar un fin de semana en Roma con unos amigos (dos parejas). El Apartamento es aun mejor de lo que aparece en las fotos. tiene los techos altos y un diseño y decoración espectacular. las habitaciones son muy amplias y elegantes, los baños impresionantes y al tener dos suites se gana mucho en intimidad. los amantantes de la decoración y el diseño de interiores encontrarán un apartamento de donde no querrán salir!. Prati es uno de los mejores barrios de Roma, elegante, tranquilo y muy cerca del centro. con un paseo muy agradable, tiendas de moda, alimentación y buenos restaurantes. Marzia fue encantadora, nos organizó un coche con chofer para los traslados al aeropuerto a buen precio, nos hizo recomendaciones fantasticas y estuvo localizable durante toda la estancia. muchas gracias por tu hospitalidad! We rented the apartment for a weekend in Rome with some friends (two couples). The apartment is even better than what appears in the pictures. It has high ceilings and spectacular interior design and decoration. The rooms are very spacious and elegant, the bathrooms impressive and having two suites gain much in privacy. The decoration lovers and the interior designers will find an apartment where they will not want to leave !. Prati is one of the best neighborhoods in Rome, elegant, quiet and very close to the center. With a very nice walk, fashion shops, food and good restaurants. Marzia was lovely, arranged a chauffeur for airport transfers at a good price, made fantastic recommendations and was locatable throughout the stay. Many thanks for your hospitality!

Fantástica estancia en Roma

Muchas gracias por todo, Marzia y Federico. Han sido unos días inolvidables, seguramente sea en uno de los mejores sitios que hemos estado. Aunque ya os lo dijimos en persona, enhorabuena por la decoración, la limpieza y el fantástico gusto que habéis puesto en la casa. Muchas gracias también por todas las indicaciones, consejos, respuestas que nos habéis dado por whatsapp a cualquier hora. Contad con nosotros para cuando volvamos por Roma, que para algo tiramos las monedas a la Fontana de Trevi. Los niños no olvidarán estos días. Un abrazo fuerte y gracias de nuevo Natalia y Arturo

Proche du Vatican

La propriétaire est d’une gentillesse exemplaire et toujours disponible pour la clientèle. L’appartement est très proche du Vatican mais pour les personnes qui aiment moins marcher ce dernier est peu plus loins de la place D’Espagne, la fontaine de Trévi, le Colisée, place del Popolo et du Borghese. Par contre, des bus et le métro peuvent palier à cela. C’est une très belle adresse dans un quartier tranquille, sécuritaire et ou plusieurs restaurants sont a proximités. Nous hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Great apartment in a beautiful neighborhood convenient to most attractions

Loved staying in Prati! The apartment was fantastic and Marzia, the property manager, was so amazing and helpful. Marzia helped us with travel arrangements to and from the apartment and provided recommendations in the area. The pictures of the apartment are spot-on. We totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying in any of Marzia's apartments. She takes pride in her places and is so willing to assist you in any way possible. Thank you for letting us enjoy Rome in the comfort of your beautiful apartment.

Outstanding stay

This apartment is now the gold standard for us! Every aspect of our stay was outstanding. Marzia, our host, is responsive and so very accommodating. All her restaurant recommendations were spot on. Marzia arranged for our pickup at the airport upon arrival (great service and driver) and ordered a taxi for us to Temini (the train station) upon departure. I echo all the other reviews in terms of cleanliness, modern functionality, roominess, comfort of bed, kitchen convenience. Let’s keep this our secret!

Perfect stay for Roman holiday

This place was perfect home away home for holiday in Rome. Marzia responded promptly to all my emails and tried to help with all our needs. The apartment is in a nice neighbor hoods just across the street from a nice supermarket where we could buy sushi to pasta and wide selection of wines and desserts. Many nice restaurants nearby and 10min walk to St.Peters square ,30min walk to Borghese gallery. It was a nice stroll from the apt to Pantheon . The rooms are very clean and nicely furnitured. We had 2 spacey bathrooms and enough supply of towels. I could tell the owner knows what she needs to do to help her guests. It was very pleasant and satisfactory stay in Rome and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or the owner to any of my friends Thanks.Marzia. Good luck!

Perfect stay, perfect location!

CasaGiovanni is the perfect location for couples/families traveling together in Rome! We had absolutely everything we needed for the time we were there. The place is immaculate and very comfortable. It is within walking distance to all of the best sights of Rome. The gated apartment is on a beautiful tree lined road with great shopping and restaurants literally right around the corner. Marzia was WONDERFUL and took the time to acclimate us with the apartment and the area when we first arrived. The next morning we had a question about how to use the Nespresso Machine and she immediately came over and showed us how to use it (She lives in the same building). She was also able to line up transportation for us to the airport, which was a huge help. Overall I would rate our stay at CasaGiovanni as amazing and would definitely consider staying here again if I ever return to Rome!

Lovely apartment in Prati district and walking distance to Vatican and St Agnello

Marzia arranged great transport from the airport and return journey and welcomed us to the apartment. Lovely apartment with two fabulous en-suite bathrooms. Marzia explained the local area and recommended restaurants in the vicinity which were great to go to after a long day walking the sites.

Lux apartment Walking distance

This apartment is better in person, I was so happy this was our last stop before going home. Everything was redone and gorgeous. I felt so comfortable in this home and the owners gave recommendations and met us when we got there. We went to bere for a drink it was good for beer and a snack before you keep walking, I usually eat at ostaria’s when I’m in Italy to get that traditional food. Go see the all the sights and Uber if your tires. This was a quite, gated community and it felt very safe and walking distance to many things !

Live like a local

Our stay here was just as expected! Communication was quick and easy. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The complex is set in a neighborhood that feels far more local than touristy yet only a 10 minute Uber to the Colosseum etc. Very walkable! The apartment is on the 5th floor so makes for a great work out up the stairs or there is a convenient elevator for luggage and if you aren’t into stairs. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment in wonderful neighborhood.

We are a family of 5 visiting Rome for the first time and we loved this apartment. It is clean, located in a great neighborhood with shopping , tourist sights and The Vatican all within walking distance. The bathrooms are all updated and it is furnished to be very comfortable. The neighborhood has some great local restaurants and a grocery store directly across the street. The only issue we ran into was a miscommunication about our checkin. We arrived on an 7:00 am flight from the US on a Sunday morning and thought we would have immediate entry into the apartment. Unfortunately we were unable to get ahold of the owners until noon which left is stranded for about 5 hours with 10 pieces of luggage and tired, and hungry kids. Once we were able to check in we were delighted with the apartment and the owners were helpful in arranging taxis for our departure.

Great Apartment in a great location

First, the reservation experience with the owners was great. From start to finish they were responsive and welcoming! The apartment located just a short walk to the Vatican and Vatican museums is in a nice, safe neighborhood. The apartment was well arranged and very functional. We were traveling with our two teenagers and they had their privacy as we did ours. The living room is very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning throughout the apartment was welcomed with the intense heat wave we had while we visited Rome. The Metro was a few short blocks away and we used that regularly. We found the walk to the central part of Rome was easy too. We really enjoyed living in an area that wasn't overrun by tourists. Rome in the summer is quite busy, so it was nice to be able to take a step away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this apartment.

Best VRBO! The hosts were absolutely lovely and the neighbourhood is so beautiful and sought after. Very soft comfortable beds and safe secure property. They provided excellent dining recommendations and an easy walk to destinations such as the Vatican. When I return I will definitely stay there!

The apartment was beautiful with two big bedrooms and two giant bathrooms. The kitchen and laundry were handy and the air conditioners worked well. Everything was well kept and the location was good with lots of restaurants and a grocery store within a block. The owner was helpful and friendly. Everything exceeded our expectations.
