La casa es parte de The Resort & Club en Little Harbour, ubicado en la tranquila ciudad de Ruskin, FL. Este complejo de estilo caribeño se encuentra en 124 acres en la costa sur de Tampa Bay. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora, sala de estar con un sillón y 2 sillas reclinables modernas, televisor de 43 pulgadas en una hermosa consola inspirada en la playa, el comedor tiene asientos de altura de mostrador para 4, hay 4 bacolias con muebles de patio y un patio interior con vistas al puerto deportivo. Vistas desde la sala de estar del puerto deportivo e incluso puedes ver a los delfines y manatíes nadando allí. El dormitorio principal tiene una hermosa vista del puerto deportivo y el canal donde se pueden ver los amaneceres todas las mañanas, el segundo dormitorio se puede ver el Golfo y ver salir los cruceros. Hay mucho que hacer en esta propiedad con la playa ubicada en la propiedad y los 2 restaurantes y bares e incluso un bar tiki para ver las puestas de sol más hermosas. Incluso tenemos una barbacoa para asar sus comidas favoritas. Las bicicletas están disponibles para descubrir todo lo que hay a su alrededor.

I picked this location because it was fairly in the middle of Tampa and St. Petersburg which worked out perfectly, neither felt too far. I then picked this particular spot for the view from the balconies and the various ammenties offered at little harbor, both of which fulfilled what I wanted. If needed the host was easy to reach and the place itself was very clean. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront townhouse! The views were absolutely stunning—we saw dolphins and manatees right from the property, and waking up to the sunrise on the balcony was unforgettable.The townhouse was perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids), with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the onsite restaurants and pools, and watching the sunset on the beach each evening was a highlight.We did have a minor issue with one of the toilets, but Meagan was incredibly responsive and had a plumber out the same day—great communication and service.We would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our two weeks in this beautiful townhome. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony overlooking the water in the morning drinking our coffee. It was really convenient having the beach so close that we could walk. We'll be back:)

First time in Florida

It was my children's first time in Florida. We all really enjoyed the beach and pools offered at the property. The area seems to be up and coming. Disappointed, we could not use the bikes or beach cart described, but had an amazing time.

Waking up to the dolphins

Our stay was almost perfect . The only thing missing was no TV’s on the second floor where both bedrooms where located. Waking up to seeing the dolphins through our bedroom balcony made up for the TV’s.

Lovely

Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Well decorated, so cute, great views .Both sliding glass doors had broken locks and were on lockable. When reporting problem we were told that they did lock but if we were concerned used poles provided in closet . Dishwasher was not bolted into the counter and was difficult to get working because it would not latch. Minor maintenance issues but other than these Lovely

The Beach @ Tampa Bay

Very nice and functional townhouse. Comfortable living reasonably well equipped - we were first to occupy since renos and upgrades done - as more people use the unit more supplies will accumulate...spices, etc. Neighbours friendly and helpful with tourist like ideas. Beach & water are not comparable to the Gulf but still nice for sunning. Easy access to Tampa, St Petes and Clearwater as well as south to Sarasota. Circles Restaurant is first class (Apollo Beach). Main public pool is busy on weekends. Great for a winter break!

March at Little Harbor Estates

My wife and I spent March at Little Harbor Estates and enjoyed it’s views of the harbor and watching the boats going out and coming back along with the Dolphins playing in front of our balcony. The two bedroom townhome was nicely decorated and very well maintained. Had everything needed for an extended stay kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. Only possible con would be if you have trouble with stairs as parking is on ground level with the main floor on the second level and bedrooms on third level. There are two restaurants both have good food and beach in 5 minute walking distance. We would definitely recommend Little Harbor Estates.

Duty & Responsibility Vacation

Came down to Bahia Beach to care for an elderly family member at Sun City Center. The unit accommodate five of us comfortably. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and accommodating. Views of the marina and the sunrise were very much appreciated as we decompressed. This is our 4th time staying at Little Harbor and this owner was one of the best as far as caring about our visit and answering any questions we may have asked. Her welcome basket of coffee, dish washer packs etc. was very much appreciated since we did not arrive at the apartment until after 2:00 a.m.! Spending time at the pool and beach was the best of both worlds.

Adorable, clean townhouse!

My husband and I and our 2 sons enjoyed a 3 week stay at this property! Very clean, well maintained and is even labeled throughout - super organized! The unit is tastefully decorated and in a fantastic location - we watched the boats arrive and depart from the marina from our balconies, and even saw a couple dolphins and manatees! Our boys enjoyed fishing from the fishing dock next to the building, and everything, including the gym, pools, restaurants and beach were just a few minutes walk from the door step. Elaine was a great host, answering questions leading up to our stay and beyond! She made the townhome very welcoming for us - with even a little treat for the boys upon arrival! :)

Elaine was wonderful to work with and provides the extras to make her condo a home away from home.

Little Harbor is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway. The resort itself has everything you need. My favorite place is the pool overlooking the bay. Bring your lunch or order the best grouper sandwich ever from the poolside grill. I have been coming here for five years and always recognize the friendly faces. The condo itself is full of the comforts of home. The beds are comfortable, the towels are nice, and the kitchen is well stocked for dinners in. Elaine has taken great care in decorating the condo with a cute beach theme. You can listen to the birds chirping and fish jumping on the patio. You can also watch the sunrise each morning. Thanks, Elaine, for sharing your home for a much needed break. I hope to be your guest again soon.

Beautiful views, relaxing community and great host!

We had Wonderful and relaxing stay the entire month of February. We even were fortunate to observe dolphins visiting the canal (hint: look near the sea wall on the opposite side of canal-they like to bring their young there to teach them to catch food). The Unit was really clean and tastefully decorated. It is well equipped, things clearly labeled and the owner has skillfully thought of your every need (even sewing and first aide kits!!). Finally Elaine was very welcoming and quick to respond to any of our questions. The only downside are the stairs —-which my mother disliked. However I enjoyed them -putting more onto my Fitbit! At the end of the month I could tell they’d made a difference in my conditioning. Nice to have a vacation and come back heathier than when you arrived!!

Peaceful, well-stocked condo!

Pictures really don't do this place justice! Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach condo. We tried both on-site restaurants and can recommend, though we preferred the beach-side one with live music. We spent a whole day on the small, private beach and loved wading chest deep into the warm, quiet water. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was available in the kitchen and bathrooms. Just a little over a 30 minute drive into downtown Tampa was perfect for our concert plans. The local area has several grocery stores within 5-15 minutes. I think the only thing not in the immediate area is actual shopping! Both big box and boutique stores are more than 20 minutes from there which wasn't a big deal for us, as we weren't there to shop, but could be an issue for someone who, say, forgot their bathing suit or even wanted to buy a souvenir. My favourite balcony was off the primary bedroom -- it had a similar view to the one off the living room downstairs but higher and more dramatic. Still, we spent many evenings sitting on the living room balcony and even caught some dolphin and manatee sightings! Individuals with limited mobility will want to strongly consider the number of stairs to both access the condo itself as well as to get from the main to upper level. We found that the interior staircase was also quite steep. Again, not an issue if not for someone with mobility concerns. Highly recommend this well-kept space!

Beautiful view

The property was great. Our favorite part was sitting on back balcony watching the boats go out and in all day long. We also were able to enjoy watching dolphins from that same balcony. The only thing we were disappointed in was that when we booked the VRBO the website showed that we would have access to the garage beneath the unit where we could enjoy 2 bikes, a beach cart and a BBQ, but once we arrived and contacted the owner she said that those things were no longer available......the website needs to be updated to reflect this change. Overall it was a wonderful stay

Proceed with Caution...

Upon entering, we found dirty kitchen counters, filthy stovetop, broken door lock on the patio door, door screens off track and leaned up against the patio doors, and someone's hair stuck to the shower wall. No supplies readily available to clean counters, so we had to go buy clorox wipes before putting away our things. I scrubbed at the stove top and was able to clean it somewhat, but the cleaners really need to come in with some cooktop cleaner and some elbow grease. We had 2 young children with us, so the non-locking door in the living room patio was a safety concern. At least it is on the 2nd floor so we didn't have to worry too much about someone coming in. Thankfully there is a washing machine, as we found a dirty bath towel midway thru the stack in the closet, making me wish I had washed all the towels before we used any of them. The fact that the unit had a washing machine and I was able to do our laundry before our trip home is actually the best thing I can say about this unit. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. And the upholstered headboard in the master is a turn off for cleanliness purposes. The unit advertises use of a beach cart, beach chairs, bicycles, and a grill. Upon arrival, I asked the host how to access these items and she stated they were unavailable due to "covid". As if somehow beach chairs, beach carts, and bicycles spread covid? Certainly not more than an upholstered sofa. This was never disclosed to us before our arrival. After the fact, seeing other more recent reviews, others were told these items are for winter renters only. Had we seen the recent reviews before arriving, we'd have cancelled. The sole reason we booked this unit was because of the beach chairs and cart. Anyone with kids knows it's a huge hassle to lug everything to the beach by hand. The only item we could get to was the grill, and to get to that you would have to walk around the entire apartment building to get to the back of the unit, with food, cooking supplies, etc, and then walk back around with everything again. Not worth it. The "resort" itself was somewhat disappointing as well. The pools are very old and dingy, the restaurants are as well, and the food and drinks are overpriced and adult beverages were weak. There are 2 small pools for multiple properties, and neither are walking distance to the unit, so you must drive. I'm almost out of space, so the town of Ruskin as a whole is gross, not very many choices for dining, and dont.shop alone.

Off of the beaten path

It is definitely off of the beaten path - and that was good and bad. We enjoyed how quiet it was but it would have been nice to be a little bit closer to more amenities.

Nice condo, but….

Condo was clean and nicely decorated, with labels on everything so you know exactly what to do. Rental agent wasn’t as nice when communicating with her regarding what was included and advertised on her listing. She was happy to take our money for our 7 day stay, but when questioned about how we access the garage for the bikes and the location of bbq, and things listed as included, she basically said bikes are in the shop and you can go rent them, and you are a “summer” renter, not winter renter and can’t access garage (which wasn’t specified in her listing that there is a difference), and she will never rent short term again. She didn’t even offer to pay for bike rentals. Maybe a class in customer service would help.

Beautiful Property and Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhouse. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well organized and equipped. We took advantage of the restaurants on property. The sunsets were spectacular! Conveniently located between Sarasota and Tampa/St. Pete, this was a great place to stay and tour the area. We would love to stay here again!

From pictures ot looked like ocean front was right outside town house. Not the case. Misrepresentat

Was told bikes to use and cart with cooler and chairs and grill. However not the case. Inconvenient to carry food around the building to cook on grill. Also the owner offered the use of these items and access to garage however when I got there it was only for winter people who stay.

I do not have enough words to describe how happy we were staying in the condo. Everything that we expected was far exceeded the minute we opened the door to this property. A fabulous welcome bag was also waiting for us. Super classy touch as far as we are concerned. Every surface in this condo was totally clean. All the furniture was comfortable as well as tasteful. None of the furniture was worn out, scratched or the fabrics less than perfect. We felt at home. The owners are every renter's dream. We received a welcoming email with reassurance that they would help in anyway possible if necessary. We had a few questions and within minutes Elaine answered with total satisfaction, including our inquires about local information. While we were there the television stopped working and needed replaced. Within hours we had a bigger and better television to enjoy. We consider ourselves particular in what is acceptable. We 100 percent would recommend this to all people who appreciate a clean, comfortable home away from home. I have yet to tell you the hours we spent on the balconies watching the boats come and go, the dolphins swimming by, a manatee or two lingering and pelicans fishing. The sunrises and sunsets were a daily enjoyment. Our vacation was a month with a private sanctuary. We will be going back time and time again to what we consider as a 5 star property.
