El segundo dormitorio tiene una litera (inferior completa y doble superior) con una segunda cama individual. ¡También tiene un sofá cama completo para acomodar a toda tu fiesta! Hermosos muebles en todo! Balcón con vistas a la piscina y al océano Atlántico! NO FUMAR Y NO SE ADMITEN. La escapada perfecta para descansar y relajarse al norte de Daytona Beach. Relaxing Vacation

The property was very clean, very well maintained and furnished nicely. The owner Kevin was very helpful, genuinely nice and always responded in a very timely manner to any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend staying here if your looking for a relaxing family friendly vacation!

Beach & Pool View Paradise

Amazing view, ideal location and decorated super cute. The condo felt like home the time we were there, super comfortable. I have zero complaints and Kevin was great at communicating during our stay. Can't wait to go back and spend more time.

Just across the street from ocean or down the street from a drive on beach. The owners were very informative and helpful. Lots of choices for eating out.

Loved our stay at Ormond by the Sea.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. Spent a lot of time at the pool. Short drive north to Flagler and a short drive south to Daytona. Loved the condo-it had everything we needed. Hope we can come back next year!

Very spacious with great view

We live on the west coast of Fl and wanted a local getaway to relax. The condo is very spacious and is nicely decorated and stocked with everything. The view from balcony is lovely and is a very short walk to the very quiet beach. Owner is great to work with.

Amazing vacation home!!

We absolutely loved this place! The condo was beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. Awesome view! We loved the quietness and the not so crowded beach. Mr. Kevin was amazing to work with and checked in to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be renting again!

Perfect Location & Family Friendly

Quiet Beach Getaway

Our family absolutely loved our month at the Ripples Condo in Ormond Beach. Condo was clean, fully equipped to prepare meals, completely kid friendly, and set up to host large families like ours. We loved the quietness of the condominium and all the additional Unit owners were super friendly. Ormond Beach is a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona, but a close enough drive to enjoy all Daytona offers. We hope to stay again soon!

Loved it!!

The most relaxing vacation...they have thought of everything! Beautiful & super comfortable condo with awesome view. It felt like we were on a private beach! Location is awesome, quiet and peaceful beach location yet just a few miles from great dining and shopping. We enjoyed our vacation so much, we hope to get to come back again. A great touch with the games, we had fun even on a few rainy days. The owners have thought of everything. Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Loved this little home!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay here. Kevin was in contact if we needed anything and made sure everything went smoothly. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and lots of extra amenities. We loved the patio, the close access to the beach, and spent our nights playing the Wii or board games! It’s a great location, close enough to Daytona but outside of town enough you avoid the big crowds. We made so many good memories and will definitely not hesitate to come back here!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at the Ormond Beach Condo. The condo was very clean and spatious. Kevin is very attentive and he answers very quickly if you have any questions. I would stay there forever! Do not hesitate to rent, it is really a jem!! Wonderful view from the balcony, quiet neiborhood, nice beach just accross the street, very well equipped condo. Nothing bad to say.

Awesome condo, great location and views

This condo was an amazing find. First, the condo itself was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We had everything we needed for a great stay, there was beach floats, wave boards, and even a kayak. Second, access to pool and beach. My kids (and who am I kidding, myself as well) are “water rats,” they love to be in the water. The beach had great waves, was so close (5 minute walk), and the pool was warm and perfect for evening swims. Third, the view from the balcony is amazing. At first when we came in my wife was saying “the third floor, couldn’t you have gotten something easier on the first floor?” but after we pulled the blinds she changed her mind. We never tired of the amazing beach views. Fourth, easy and quick drive to Daytona beach allowed my wife and I to go out in the evenings with minimal driving time. The only caveat and it’s not major is that if like my family you use a cargo carrier on top of your van, you will not fit in the garage. We removed our carrier and put it on the side of the garage (inside) and we could then park in the garage. We put it back on on the day we were checking out but small price to pay for a great stay. Last but not least, Kevin was communicative and fast to respond to my questions. Very courteous and friendly, much appreciated.

Breathtakingly Beautiful

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful spot to spend our 37th wedding anniversary. Ormond Breakers Condo was exactly what we were looking for! Dawn and Kevin have spared nothing to ensure their quest have every accommodation necessary for comfort, convenience and relaxation! And the unit is beautifully decorated! I fell in love with the color palate, and the nubby throw on the couch made lounging even more enjoyable. You have a beautiful view of the ocean from the roomy 3rd floor balcony. We would sit out on the balcony in the mornings and watch the sunrise over the ocean, head out for the day to the beach and/or sightseeing, then back to the balcony in the evening to enjoy the gentle breeze. Occasionally we would see other tenants, but for the most part we had the place all too ourselves. In fact we only saw one family at the pool and a handful of people the entire week on the beach. It truly was the most relaxing spot I have ever been to. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy and they even provide towels for the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners are very helpful with advice for eating out, historical tours, nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, from where to find the best Shrimp and Grits, to finding the best locally made ice cream! The condo was perfect for us. It felt like home and was hard to leave. Thank you Dawn and Kevin for sharing a little piece of your paradise with us!

Pleasant Week

Our stay was for a week during August 2021. There are approximately 50 condos in this three story complex. The owner of this unit was in contact on a regular basis in the days just prior to our arrival and check-in was a breeze. A personalized access code was provided and we did not need to have contact with any third parties. The condo was very comfortable and well furnished. It was also clean and very well maintained. We tried our best to keep it that way out of respect for the owner and for future renters. There was plenty of space for my group of 6. The beach was right across the road from A1A. It is two lane in this area and there was never enough traffic to make crossing the road a safety issue. The beach accesses are private in this area, plus there are no large hotels or condos in the immediate vicinity, so no big throngs of people on the beach. I would definitely consider staying here again during a future visit.

Beautiful condo

My family stayed in 3 separate condos in the building and this one was by far the best. Interior was beautiful with a fantastic view. Will be back!
