Esta cabaña tiene "todo" lo que necesita, desde una cocina totalmente equipada a través de Wi-Fi y televisión inteligente, s.

Probablemente uno de los lugares más deseables para permanecer en el lado de la playa de Los Ángeles. Con la facilidad de acceso, la ubicación y el ambiente elegante. "LA Weekly"

Privado encantadora casa de 2 dormitorios, situado en una zona tranquila justo al lado de todas las playas y autopistas

1. 5 cuadras a pie de tiendas de moda, restaurantes, salas de cine, restaurantes, bares.

Situado en el centro de las ciudades de playa en ambas direcciones. Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach en el lado sur, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach al oeste y Santa Mónica en el lado norte. Eliminado pero no demasiado lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio del centro de Los Ángeles y Hollywood.

A partir del 1 de junio de 2017, nuestro steet se convirtió en estacionamiento permitido. Hay un montón de estacionamiento en la calle justo al frente, pero debe usar los permisos que le proporcionamos para evitar recibir un boleto. Los permisos están colgando en la parte posterior de la puerta principal. Si no los devuelve, causará una deducción de $ 250 de su depósito. Son muy difíciles de reemplazar.

Paradise in the concrete jungle.

It was all we wanted and more. Parking was easy. Access was simple. We felt like movie stars. Simple. Elegant. Refreshing. A great escape with a private experience. Go grocery shopping nearby for supplies and great dining. But you might not want to leave. We wanted to extend our stay.

Fantastic!

The property was exactly as advertised. The location is perfect. Close to the airport and Marina Del Ray. Easy parking on the street. The property manager, Davida, made it easy to get into the house was quick to respond by email if we had any questions. We spent most of our time outside on the deck and in the hot tub.

Another wonderful stay

Our second time staying at the property and it was every bit as good as the first. Great location, walkable to many shops and cinemas, central to many LA areas of interest and a wonderful property with all the amenities you could need! Davida is so responsive and everything was very smooth. We hope to be back again soon.

Very good experience.

Good place to stay. Great deck with wonderful foliage all around the house. Very clean. House. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager is absolutely excellent. Prompt return of damage deposit.

Location, location, location

This house was PERFECT for our vacation. It is just a hop, skip and a jump away from everything you will want to do. The house itself is very fun and relaxing. Spent a lot of time using the patios and hot tub. Communication with the owner was easy and we received responses to any concerns immediately. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Hidden Gem

Lovely home with beautiful tropical outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to unwind and take advantage of the relaxing outdoor space and hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect for our family of 4 ! Owner was readily accessible and her welcome beverages were a pleasant surprise. Great location and surroundings! Would definitely stay here again:)

great location and still private

This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed a long weekend there. It's close to a lot of great sites, yet it's in a quiet area. The street had plenty of parking. We got a spot right in front the house each night. The backyard and hot tub were relaxing. The landscaping and fence gives a lot of privacy, even though it's in a neighborhood. We stayed in late January, Being from Chicago, it was a great break from the cold. We would stay here again for sure. The host contacted me a few times via email, before and during our stay. I was given a contact number and was told to contact them at any time. We didn't have any issues, so i didn't call. It was nice to know though. I felt like there they genuinely cared about making our stay a good experience. There's a movie theater, restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store close by. All within walking distance. This was great. The beaches are close too. We enjoyed our stay

Great location. Great little home.

Terrific manager and communication from her. Very welcoming. Extremely clean which is for me the most important quality of a rental. Home is perfect size for four and very conveniently located near Beaches and mountains and canyons. We hiked and visited multiple beaches. I would appreciate more cooking utensils and sharp knives. Living room seating is ok and nearing aging-out. Overall, highly recommend!

It was wonderful! Quaint spot beautiful backyard with wonderful foliage the Whirlpool was the BEST

I wish I could put 4 1/2 Stars it was wonderful! We had such a great time! It was a perfect little get away tucked in a garden of beautiful foliage! The beds were extremely comfortable and very spacious. We loved our privacy but loved being so close to so many attractions and 18 minutes from the airport! We loved having so many towels and wash cloths very convenient! The shower was great! The only things that would make it easier are a little better directions to the TV and for the laundry machine and the dryer even if you left the manuals :) In the kitchen add a spatula , colander and kitchen shears or scissors. Also 3 more 16 oz glasses there was only 1 there. Thank you for the extras of beer ice, water and pop in the refrigerator! To summarize the experience was wonderful!

Perfect spot for a 45th birthday celebration!

Comfortable home with lovely outdoor area. The parts of California we love we got with this home. We picked a lemon and lime from the tree in the back yard to go with our drinks. We would love to return. Communication was top notch.

Great place to base your la trip

Second time we have stayed here. The bungalow is ideal. Lovey deco etc. The host left us some essentials on the fridge for when we arrived, beer, wine, milk. The location is a perfect base for visiting all of la. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Always seemed like a 20min drive to any hotspots, downtown, Hollywood etc . There is supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, coffee shops all in walking distance . Can’t wait to stay again

A week in LA with the family

We really enjoyed our visit. The outdoor area was the main reason we picked this unit and it was definitely worth it. All of the vegetation made it feel secluded and private, even though the side yard faces a fairly busy street. We even saw several humming birds from the beautiful picture window and while on the patio. Only having one bath took a little getting used to, but after a day or two we adjusted to it. The house itself reminded me of my grandmother's house. Some folks might say it needs a little updating, but it was fine as far as I was concerned. If I had to change one thing it would be to replace the dinning room table with something bigger and sturdier, since there's plenty of room for a bigger table. It would be okay for two, but too small for the family. Maybe add some tables outside as well. We took the TV-tray tables out there and that worked fairly well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in marina del Rey, close to a lot of things we did and very quiet neibourhood.

Loved lots of things about this property, from the comfy beds to the warm hot tub on the Chilly nights. An extra bathroom would have been great but we made due with one.....lots of space to unpack your suitcase in the bedrooms, the kitchen table was a little small for four. The outdoor space was beautiful, Davida was awesome and very accommodating from helping us check in early to finding us things to do on New Year’s Eve to Accomodating is an extra night when our flight was cancelled....the best thing was I liked how she would get back to us with in usually a minute of us contacting her, very efficient!!! The cleanliness of the place needs a good looking at though.....

Very private and inviting as well as lovely back yard

Reminded us of a comfortable cottage in the middle of a residential area - very quaint and very private. Overall very happy with our choice. Would like to see better locks on the doors and windows - when coming to an area you have never been to before we need that security. New furniture in the living room & an extra chair in living room would be appreciated. As well a proper dining table and chairs would be appreciated. Beds were comfortable and would appreciate bedside lamps for reading at night. The outside was lovely and we enjoyed the back yard. Davida was wonderful to work with and helped us in advance to be organized with restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Thanks Davida.

Beautiful garden & hot tub, needs updating inside

Lovely little bungalow about 10 min from Venice. Yes, on busy street but traffic noise did not bother us. The yard is completely fenced in & surrounded by foliage so it feels private despite the sidewalk / street on other side. Enjoyed the beautiful garden & hot tub was cleaned weekly so nice. Inside was tired: could use new mattress & bed pillows, & comfortable (ie, supportive) couch / chair in living room. These were the only seating options inside besides small bar stool seats at table. Seating outside was nice, if we’d been there in warmer weather we’d probably have stayed outside all evening. WiFi was great! Kitchen was sufficient. Nice blender. There were no lamps anywhere, only overhead lighting. Unfortunately the light did not work in the master bedroom & there were 48 hours of back & forth communications, a late evening visit by handyman who had wrong bulb....more texts. We finally found a spare bulb & installed it ourselves. The owner could populate the Homeaway app with information. As well as leave instructions for the 3 tv controls for living room. Favorite restaurants in area: Pitfire had awesome pizza (GF too!) & salads, 26 Beach is funky & cute, huge menu & everything was fresh & yum, Enterprise Fish was really good for nice dinner out.
