I am glad you enjoyed your stay, the views, and found the yoga mats useful along with the other extras. I sincerely enjoy hearing from people whose stay here enhanced their time on the island. The 3rd "bedroom" is a converted office and has served families well with a 5th young person, or so 2 kids can have their own room. It has also served well for a grandparent. The room is approx. 6.5' X 7.5' with privacy drapes, night stand, lamp and tasteful wall decorations. This is not a "full" bedroom but serves as a very comfortable sleeping area, with a good single mattress and memory foam top.

It really warms my heart to hear how much my guests enjoy the house, and I am grateful that Daryl and Fred were able to come again to enjoy this home and all that it has to offer. I do take great pride in providing all that I can, including good sharp knives, good pots and pans, high quality beach chairs, beach towels etc. The landscaping is a true labor of love with many different kinds of flowers and plants to delight the senses; basically your own private botanical garden. I feel very fortunate to be able to offer this home to my guests as their tropical home away from home.

I appreciate this nice review, and am glad this home served your purposes well. I would like to clarify a couple things for people considering this home. I am very happy to say that we are located at the end of a road. This is part of the peaceful quality of this location and home. From this point you continue onto a private driveway approximately 2/10's of a mile to the house. I also send very clear directions prior to arrival. Regarding insects, the only "biting" kind that occasionally show up are mosquitoes. The only time mosquitoes are around is 10 days after a significant rain, lasting for one to two weeks at the most. Since we get only between 5-10 inches of rain a year, this is an infrequent occasion, and we can and oftentimes do go for months without having any. When they are here, they typically are around only in the early morning and late afternoon hours, and often times our fairly consistent breezes are enough to keep them away. I also supply a large, vertical fan that can be used on the lanai that has been quite effective with guests as an "artificial breeze" if needed. I feel very grateful to offer a home that generates and is worthy of all 33 of its reviews being five star ratings!
