Este espacioso apartamento con WIFI es un refugio de lujo ideal para el alojamiento de 8 de sus familiares y amigos más cercanos. Ubicado en el quinto piso con increíbles vistas al mar desde todas las ventanas. Trate de comer en el balcón y que nunca va a querer salir. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size con baño privado, TV inteligente. El segundo dormitorio con literas de tamaño completo y una televisión con una gran vista de la bahía. cocina reformada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, nuevo fregadero y las encimeras de cuarzo. Un montón de espacio en el armario, microondas, horno de cocina, frigorífico y lavavajillas. Convenientemente situado lavadoras y secadoras en la misma planta. Nuevos pisos de cerámica, muebles nuevos. Familia habitación tiene marca nueva pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas Smart TV y magníficas vistas al océano.

South Padre Island es un paraíso tropical con playas limpias y seguras, cielos soleados, palmeras, abundantes conchas de mar y de aguas profundas, la orilla o muelle de pesca. Un excelente lugar para nadar en las piscinas o al mar, esquí acuático, parapente, observación de delfines, buceo, surf, buceo, equitación, vela, y un montón de compras en México. No se olvide de ir a la caza de cangrejo en la noche. South Padre Island es realmente una escapada a la playa fenomenal para todas las estaciones.

Saida cuenta con un total de tres piscinas con uno de más de una de tamaño olímpico. Dos jacuzzis y dos piscinas para niños conforman este complejo espectacular. Las cuatro pistas de tenis, los desplazamientos tiempo de juego fácil, y el bar junto a la piscina y snack bar (abierto en temporada) hacer descansar en la piscina sólo que mucho más relajante. Saida Towers es una comunidad cerrada con 24 horas al día, siete días a la semana, los guardias de seguridad que también añade protección para su viaje relajante y hermoso.

South Padre Island es parte del arrecife de coral más larga del mundo situado en el extremo sur de la Costa del Golfo de Texas. Está separada de tierra firme por la Laguna Madre y conectado por el puente Queen Isabella en el extremo sur. Con sus brisas tropicales cálidas y tamaño compacto que es un maravilloso lugar de vacaciones para los turistas en busca de arena, el sol y la diversión !!

Disfrutar de las muchas atracciones de la zona cuando se visita complejo de vacaciones de la familia favorita de la Isla del Padre. Va a ser una corta distancia de Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort y las tiendas locales y restaurantes justo fuera del complejo. También, pasar un día de compras los mercados al aire libre en Matamoros, México (asegúrese de llevar su pasaporte o certificado de nacimiento).

Dirty

In a nutshell, I do not recommend. The condo is in an excellent location but it is VERY DIRTY. I’m sure that the owner is not the reason that it’s dirty. The cleaning people are responsible for that. All I’m saying is that it’s not worth the price. The WIFI didn’t work consistently. I made sure to send pictures of the place as well cause I wasn’t going to be responsible for the damage to the place. The owner did allow us to check out late but that didn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness. I won’t book this location again.

Very nice

We had a beautiful condo on the beach--3 pools, 3 hot tubs. We enjoyed beach combing, Jeeping on the beach, and some of the local amusement parks.

Great view and stay

The owner is very nice and responds quickly to any questions. My family and i decided to take a last minute trip and it was great. The view is amazing and the very short walk to the beach is perfect. The kitchen is big and great for entertaining, rooms are very spacious. Will definitely stay here again no doubt about it. Couldn't have chosen a better place.

Great Location for a great stay!

This condo was perfect. I stayed with my grandchildren and great grandchildren and it was perfect. I will be booking it again for an all adult vacation next time as well.Location was perfect, beach beautiful, island staff very accommodating and the pools were crystal clear. Thank you Dawn for the perfect vacation.

Location, Location, Location ! This property is located in the heart of the activity. Close to everything. Great pools and the pool bar is run by locals they added a welcoming feel and gave us great tips on restaurants. The unit itself is large and decorated very nice. We had an issue with the fridg not working and called the number provided when we arrived, called again the following day and each day was told someone would come out and see why it was not cooling. No one ever showed up so we had to keep our food in ice chests. We still enjoyed the unit and the great balcony and views of the pool and ocean.

This is Paradise!!

Let me begin by saying the owner was very nice, worked with our circumstances, answered any questions we had and she made it very easy to do business with her. The views are amazing! From the front door, kitchen and second bedroom you have a view of the causeway or bridge. As you walk in, the view of the ocean out the living room and master bedroom is breathtaking glass windows. (Just like the picture) This Condo is decorated so pretty! Beach theme throughout. The bed in the master bedroom is king size and extremely comfortable. In the second room the bunk beds are full size on the top and bottom so it could easily sleep four and the sofa opens up to a bed as well. The kitchen is loaded with essentials. The Condo is big and has a dining room that seats six and 2 bar stools. The balcony is big and has chairs and tables even a few beach toys. The owner has made sure to add extras like pillows, a playpen, a blow up mattress and there was even games!! The Saida has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs a poolside bar and a separate snack shack. It's a short walk to the beach where you can rent umbrellas and chairs. Out on that beach they had banana boat rides para-sailing, jet ski rentals, everything is right there. Convenient shower when you walk back in from the beach. Lots to do within walking distance. This is a gated area with security and beautiful landscaping. We have been coming to South Padre Island every year for the last 15 years and this was by far our very favorite.

Wonderful Stay!

We took our first trip to South Padre Island over the Memorial Day weekend. We were not disappointed! The beach was lovely, with it's powdery soft sand. The best part of the stay was the condo we rented. The unit is on the fifth floor, centrally located, with an expansive view of the Gulf. The balcony is huge and overlooks the pools and tennis courts. The king bed was comfortable. My boys, 10 and 12, delighted in the bunk beds. The condo is very spacious. The owners were very pleasant to work with. I would rent this unit again.

Awesome Condo !!! HUGE !!

Wonderful Condo !! BIG and SPACIOUS !! Last minute rental that turned into a GREAT little vacation !! Did not realize how big this condo was until we visited a friends one floor up and WOW is all I can say. They paid double and had half the size !! Dawn is WONDERFUL to work with !! Thanks for making it so EASY ! The pools are really nice with a bar and snack bar at the pool. Second bedroom has bunk beds rather than two twin beds, but the kids were happy about that :) ! The access to the beach is an easy walk and the security and staff there were very nice. Thanks for making it such a nice stay !!! We WILL be back !!

Beautiful memories made....

I ran into this condo three years ago through vrbo.com. I was looking for a place to stay for a mini vacation with my hubby and our family as I was getting into my third trimester of pregnancy. On our first time that we stayed there, we had an amazing time. It felt like the condo just opened its arms to us because we immediately felt at home. A couple of years later, Hurricane Dolly “visited” South Padre Island, and this unit was affected. Nonetheless, the owners did an amazing job of renovating the place. We went back there, with our daughter in tow, and it was just as welcoming and accommodating. Most of the things that you need are there and more importantly, the condo is kept clean and in working order. It is also very spacious which is great especially when you have a toddler. The main reason that I like coming back to this condo is the owner. They are very professional, accommodating, and gracious. Whenever we or any of our family and friends plan a trip to South Padre Island, this always come to mind first. Nothing can ever compare to the first class service that they’ve provided to my family and I, and with that, I am extremely blessed…

Fun in the Sun

Me and my fiance stayed in this amazing condo for a week in October and immediately we felt at home. The decor of this condo was so warm and welcoming. We loved the stay here and the owner was such a wonderful help. We would love to stay again next year. The island is a great place for a vacation...with of without children. The condo was very clean and accomodating. The pictures of this condo do not do justice to the true beauty of the condo. The food was wonderful...as for restaurants we would recommend Dirty Al's, Daddy''s and Scampi's (for seafood), Gabriella's and Marcella's(Italian) and Wanna Wanna Burgers for an experience of dining outside on the beach (awesome burgers). We enjoyed walks on the beach, watching the sunset on the bay and driving to the north side of the island. What a great time!!!
