La propiedad esta llevada de una manera muy familiar y acogedora por la misma familia.

la Villa esta situada en una apacible localización en el campo, pero a tan solo 10 minutos en coche de las sorprendentes playas de agua cristalina de Cala San Vicente, o de la Bahía de Puerto Pollensa con su vida cosmopolita, y a tan solo 5 minutos en coche al casco antiguo del pueblo de Pollença, un antiguo enclave, característico por sus calles empedradas rodeando la Plaza Mayor, característica por sus cafés y restaurantes con preciosas terrazas para disfrutar al aire libre de las calurosas noches de verano.

La casa consta de 4 habitaciones dobles, 3 baños completos, un aseo, gran sala de estar con chimenea (el sofá tiene capacidad para 10 personas), cocina moderna y espaciosa, comedor para mas de 8 comensales, terrazas tanto de interior como de exterior, una gran piscina, barbacoa, aire acondicionado, internet de alta velocidad, satélite, equipo de música de alta fidelidad, caja de seguridad, parking privado , etc...

En definitiva la villa está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para que pueda disfrutar de unas perfectas vacaciones.



Villa Melanie is the perfect place to enjoy the purely Mediterranean lifestyle.The house is run by a friendly and helpful family. A place where you can enjoy de fantastic Majorcan climate thanks to its extensive gardens, terraces and large swimming pool.
It s located in a peaceful location, but just 10 minutes drive to the amazing Cala San Vicente beaches or Puerto Pollença bay and just 5 minutes drive into Pollença old town, and old enclave, with cobbled streets and a large Plaza Major, surrounded by cafés and restaurants with terraces.
The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet, large living room with chimney spacious modern kitchen, dinning room for more than 8 people, several indoor and outdoor terraces, large swimming pool, portable barbecue, air conditioning, wireless internet and satellite, hi -fi,safe deposit box, private parking.

Our family had a wonderful holiday at Villa Melanie last year, made all the more enjoyable by the welcoming and friendly reception we received from Melanie. We would have no hesitation in recommending this as a fantastic place within easy reach of Pollensa the Puerto as well as Calle San Vicente. Such a beautiful villa within spacious grounds made ours a memorable holiday

Perfect, beautiful Villa in the best situation.

Me, my husband and our two children aged 13 and 6 really loved our stay at Villa Melanie and we agree to all the nice things already said about this property. The villa has the feel of being in the countryside but is surprisingly close to facilities like the supermarket, Pollensa town and the choice of the beaches at Cala San Vicente or Puerto de Pollensa. The property was clean and spacious with beautifully kept gardens and a stunning view of the mountains in the distance. Decoration is modern and tastefully made and beds were really comfy to ensure a good night’s sleep. The pool was great and regularly cleaned and our kids really enjoyed it. This was truly a magical place to stay and the memory of a fantastic holiday will stay with us for a long time. We thoroughly recommend Villa Melanie for a family holiday and would love to come back soon!

Simplemente perfecto

Probablemente la mejor casa de vacaciones en la hemos estado. Para empezar, la ubicación de la casa es perfecta. Está fuera de los núcleos de población cercanos, con la tranquilidad total que eso supone, pero a la vez, en 5 minutos como mucho se llega al pueblo de Pollença, al puerto de Pollença, o a la Cala de Sant Vicenç, donde se puede disfrutar de alguna de las mejores calas de Mallorca. La entrada a la propiedad tiene acceso directo desde la carretera, pero la casa está suficientemente alejada de la entrada, con lo que la sensación es la de estar aislado... no se oye ni un solo ruido de los coches. La casa es simplemente fantástica: todos los espacios son muy amplios, es luminosa, todo está cuidado al más mínimo detalle, al igual que la zona exterior ajardinada, con un solarium y una piscina que están al nivel de una villa de estas características. La piscina es perfecta si viajas con niños, como nosotros, pues es del tipo de piscinas modernas cuya profundidad es muy progresiva, tipo playa. El conjunto en general ha superado en mucho nuestras expectativas, que ya en principio eran buenas. En cuanto al trato con los propietarios, también debo decir que ha sido inmejorable. En todo momento han sido muy atentos y amables, y han respondido a todas nuestras peticiones con eficacia y siempre con una sonrisa. Muchas gracias por hacer de éstas una de nuestras mejores vacaciones!

Spacious and comfortable home with great views!

When we arrived Melanie was there to welcome us and it was very nice to have a smiling face after a long trip. She was very helpful with our questions about the house and she gave us some useful tips on places to see and eat. We were very impressed with the photos when we booked this rental and they portray this very property perfectly. The house was just to our taste as it was very spacious and had lots of light. The living room was comfortable and was a great place to hang out and have family time. The kitchen provided everything we needed and we spent many nights eating too much food in the beautiful dining room. The bedrooms were absolutely lovely and we all slept very well. The views around the house are amazing and we spent a lot of time hanging out around the pool, which my husband loved doing laps in every morning. On several occasions we used the bbq. The property is expansive and quiet and there's a gate at the entrance so it feels very private. We were five minutes from the old town of Pollensa and five minutes from Puerto Pollensa where there are some great restaurants and a nice beach. The are many other beautiful beaches that are within 5-10 minutes of the house. So as for location this house is perfect. If I were thinking of visiting Mallorca again I would definitely book this house and I would tell any of my friends to do the same. You can tell Melanie has put a lot of work into making this a very comfortable and welcoming home. This is a great holiday rental!!

Perfect Mallorcan Retreat!

This property made me fall in love with Mallorca! It is a beautiful, clean, and modern home that is spread over one level with plenty of space, and fantastic full sized windows that really allow the summer sun to shine! It also boasts huge gardens, a private pool, and beautiful little terraces tucked around the house -- I could always find the perfect light to sit out and read or have a coffee! The hi-fi is also really good for cooking a bbq and eating outside while everyone can still listen to music! The house is also located in a quiet spot that makes it ideal for privacy, but you are still only a few minutes away from Pollensa, Port de Pollensa, and Cala san Vincent, where you will find stunning beaches, shops, restaurants, and even some local history. And if you have relaxed enough, there are mountain walks nearby that are some of the most beautiful on the entire island! It really was a wonderful stay, and I already can't wait to come back! It's the perfect place for spending a week of luxury.

Villa Melanie is absolutely outstanding - we cannot praise it highly enough. The property is beautiful and in great condition with everything we could need. The layout creates a huge amount of space, both inside and outside, to allow family and friends to have both time together but quiet time apart if that's what they want.The location is great - a good restaurant very close by, easy access to the shops and a short trip into the lovely village of Pollença.Melanie was a superb host, incredibly responsive and helpful on both the villa and the surrounding area.

Surprisingly secluded

A particularly spacious house and garden, very well situated, less than 10 minutes from the coast, and plenty of food options just minutes from the house. As a host, Mel was helpful, quick to reply and we'd definitely recommend both her and Villa Melanie - and we would happily return.

Great Stay for Families

We rented this property with another family (4 adults, 3 children under 8yo). The home is spacious and the grounds are amazing - the pool alone is worth the stay. Everything was well cleaned prior to our visit and we had an amazing time in Pollenca. There is a nearby restaurant within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) that serves delicious food with great ambience and even a playground for the kids to enjoy. Mel and her husband were easy to reach and very responsive to all of our inquiries during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great modern villa in ideal location

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Melanie and had a lovely holiday. The villa is perfectly located for easy travel into Pollensa old town, the port and Cala San Vicenc. Good quality supermarkets are also close by. The villa itself is modern, well equipped, tastefully decorated, spacious and all on one level. It sits in spacious, well kept gardens and is very private. There’s a barbeque (which we used 2 or 3 times) and the pool is great. Melanie was very friendly and responsive, both before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa in lovely gardens

Beautiful modern villa, comfy beds, a lovely wood burner for cooler April evenings, terrific wifi, whisper quiet inside and a great location between Pollensa old town and Porto Pollensa. Melanie and her husband Marc were friendly, easy to deal with and the whole stay was a delight.

Perfect place to explore

Everything about Villa Melanie was wonderful, the booking experience, the location and the Villa. Melanie the owner was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions we had. Th location is perfect for exploring the island would recommend a vehicle but many places within 10 mins drive. Shops within a few minutes for essentials. The Villa was beautiful. Pool amazing and grounds stunning. Furniture a little worn with scratch marks from cats I assume but didn't impact our stay. Beds comfy and clean. All in all would highly recommend

Spacious modern villa in a great location and situation

We travelled as two couples and had more than enough room! The villa is light and airy with a great kitchen and outdoor area, plenty of room for the max 8 people to have privacy and not be cramped. It's a 3 min drive to two big supermarkets, 10 mins from beautiful beaches and 5 mins from the town of pollensa with its restaurants bars and shops. We arrived late in the evening and had an issue with the hot water on day 1 due to the rain (I know!) but Melanie was straight around and very helpful, she answered any questions we had throughout our stay very promptly! The villa gets the sun from the morning all through the evening so it really is an ideal position. There is a small charcoal BBQ to enjoy the evening sun & and a great big lounge for watching movies/playing games when the weather is not to kind!! The villa is very well equipped with all you could need! We would love to return with more friends, if we can find any avaliability!! I can not recommend this villa enough! Thank you Melanie we had a great stay, you have a beautiful villa!
