To clarify, our maintenance and Inspections team entered the home to deliver a complimentary charcuterie board and address a door repair reported by a previous guest. While our team always knocks and announces themselves before entering, we acknowledge that further communication should have been made directly to you in advance, and we deeply regret any discomfort this caused. Our goal is to maintain the property in the best condition possible for all guests, and sometimes this involves addressing issues as soon as they are discovered. That said, we completely agree that notifying you beforehand would have been the ideal approach, and we are taking steps to improve communication moving forward.
