Overall pretty good unit. Needs some updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floor in the dining room was extremely sticky when we checked in. Comfortable but way too many Knick knacks. Missing a tv remote. There was the most disgusting skillet in the kitchen that we took to the front desk. Kitchen needs more cookie sheets and sauce pots for those of us that cook on vacation. The closets need to be cleaned out and organized. Overall good experience, the owners need to go check on it from time to time. MAJOR DISLIKE- the front row beach umbrellas are jammed together so close that there is a NO privacy whatsoever. Can barely walk through to get to the water. And if you are on the second row- good luck seeing the water.

Clean but older

The property overall was a little rundown. The condo we rented was clean, but older and had a very musty, moldy smell. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the beach attendant. He went out of his way to be very friendly to every family.

Best sunsets in Florida

Family vacation

Check in was easy. The front desk clerk was helpful when none of the codes to open the door or parking gates worked. The balcony view was lovely. Everything was very clean.

We got there early. They said they would text me when room was ready. They didn’t. We came back around 4:30 and it was ready. Enjoyed the place. The beach was awesome. Would have liked to have pool stay open until 11.pm.

Wonderful

Great place to stay for our spring break. The staff was great the room was better than I expected. The beach access was great and complex is close to everything. We will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend staying here

The condo was very clean and located on the 3rd floor giving us a great view of the gulf and dolphins swimming by every morning. This is an end unit so great for privacy when sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view. The size isnt huge, but fit our group of 4 perfectly. No washer/dryer but we had a short stay so we didn't need it. Location is great and a short drive to lots of activities and grocery store.

Girls trip

This property was perfect. Clean, well stocked, best location. I have been to destin many times and I would stay here again. Holiday isle is a great area if you want to walk or take bike rides. Less traffic and I noticed police present multiple times. Would feel very safe being out at night here. The beach was so pretty and Andrew “the chair guy”, was very nice and helpful.

Destin rental on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was on the beach but the beach in front of the unit was closed due to beach construction. We had a view of a giant digger on the beach. It kept us up all night with the ongoing noise of construction vehicles 24 hours a day. Additionally, the front desk lady who checked us in was hurried and unfriendly with us. I did not feel welcomed at all. I wish the owners would have let us know that there was construction during our stay. Other then these things, we enjoyed our stay.
