Fabulous - thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The villa was very spacious and suited our family perfectly. We had 4 generations from the one family all under one roof and there was plenty of room to keep everyone entertained. Nothing was a problem for Andrew to sort, he was a great host. We particularly liked the location and how quiet it was but still conveniently located to shops and nightlife (5-10 minute drive). As we travelled in April the heated pool was a must for us and worked well. The villa was also very safe and secure. I would recommend hiring a car to get around, especially for groceries etc. Thank you to Andrew and the caretaker Daniel for our enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

4 Night Stay – Ruined 50th Birthday and family get together, Absolutely Awful please read prior stay

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at villa 4th – 8th April 2019 for a 50th birthday celebration. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the property which have left us unhappy and extremely dissatisfied with the standard of accommodation provided to us. On arrival, the Owner said the villa had not been cleaned as building work had overrun, and that 1 of the bathrooms was unuseable. he even asked us to assist with cleaning, as it needed a 'women’s touch'. The villa can only be described as absolutely filthy and was clear it had not been cleaned since the end of the summer last year. We had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies, and clean it ourselves, this included cleaning dried blood off the bath, bins were full of rubbish, ...sewerage was seeping from unusable bathroom.. Having booked back in October, it gave the owner plenty of time for the property to be cleaned, this is completely unacceptable. An old toilet roll holder complete with toilet roll had been put outside the front door on a wall which had become unravelled and had wrapped itself around the grounds flapping about like bunting...The villa had loose wires hanging from the ceiling, plug sockets hanging off the wall. The entrance had electrical fire damage the ceiling in the dining area has a significant leak. The bedrooms are nothing like the photos advertised .. (there is no four poster bed) the swimming pool had just been turned on as it was cold...for 10 guests they supplied 6 towels so we had to go out and buy more..advert doesn’t say about the Alsatian that constantly barks from the Villa above, the 45 degree slope you have to climb to get to civilisation. beach, attractions...when we complained his reply said it all.. he apologized for the 'dust'!!! the builders left! And said we still had 3 very useable bathrooms( the main bathroom had to be shared by 3 bedrooms as the other 2 were in the downstairs bedrooms.) And then went on to say if we posted a bad review of his villa he would post a bad review of us as guests.. this all had a significant impact on our stay and as such, feel they justify some form of refund. Apparently not!!!! BEWARE there is a review for April 19 that has been changed from April 18 as I read this exact same review in Oct 18 which prompted me to book!!!!I would hate for anybody to go through the same experience we have...

Dear Kim I do sincerely apologise for the way the builders left the villa I was told that they would leave the villa in a very clean and habitable condition ! Not only was it not clean the work had not been completed so there was one less bathroom however there were the other 3 bathrooms that were perfectly fine. I realise that moving into a villa that’s not clean is completely unacceptable and I’m happy to offer you a complimentary stay at the Villa as now it has been totally renovated and is absolutely amazing. All the furniture has been changed so new sofas new dining tables and chairs and new curtains and furnishings throughout !! It’s a shame that it was not completed before you arrived but alas you know what builders can be like !! Once again my sincere apologies for the villa not being clean and tidy. With regards to the booking that arrived more or less 10 days after you had left. The review from Sarah is a genuine review and they were lovely people that thoroughly enjoyed the newly refurbished villa. Alas after you left the builders went full steam ahead and the refurbishment was completed. Regards ANDREW

Stor trevlig villa för stor familj med pool och privata uteytor

Vi var 9 personer varav 3 barn som bodde en vecka här. Det funkade väldigt bra för oss, rejält med utrymme inne och stort poolområde ute. Hela huset omges av mur och en grind vid infarten så man är verkligen för sig själv. Två bilar får plats på uppfarten. Nära till strand, affärer, Tivoli och även nära flygplatsen i Malaga. Man bör ha hyrbil såklart även om det är möjligt att ta sig till fots. Men vi tog bilen och det var smidigt. Vi var nöjda med vår vistelse och supporten från Andrew som vi hyrde huset av. Barnen uppskattade bra Wifi och smart-tv också. Short english summary. We were a family of 9 people in total where 3 were kids and we stayed one week. We really enjoyed our stay and had good support from Andrew when we had questions.

Brillant outside space, plenty of room indoors for large party and quiet.

Had an amazing time in a quiet location. Beautiful villa with large rooms, great if there is a lot of you. Large pool area with view of the sea. Only downside was the pool didn’t have a shallow end but that didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves. Owner contacted us beginning of the second week to make sure all was ok. Would definitely go again.

Fantastic villa with beautiful sea views

Contact with Andrew from start to finish was exceptional. Andrew answered all my questions promptly. My family consisting of 9 7 adults and two toddlers spent a week at Andrews villa first week of July 2018. Andrew meet us at the villa and showed us around. There was an issue with the smart T.V. not picking up Netflix or British channels but Andrew got an engineer out to fix the problem which was great as the little one could chill on the sofa in the afternoon to watch their programs and the lads could watch some of the world cup footie. The villa is huge and so much space so the family did not get on top of each other. The outside space is marvelous the pool is huge and very warm. We spent many days around the pool and enjoyed many BBQ . I would recommend a car just mainly to get all the shopping in from the supermarkets but apart from that we enjoyed walking to the attractions, bars, restaurants beach etc and would just get a couple of taxis back to the villa. Dejlig rummeligt hus , skøn stille og rolig beliggenhed med udsigt .

Vi var en familie på 6 vokse og 5 børn. Der var god plads til alle, huset var veludstyret og havde den skønneste have med egen pool som var til stor glæde for alle. Centralt beliggenhed i gåafstand til by , strand og indkøb. Vi have en rigtig dejlig ferie og vender gerne tilbage til denne skønne bolig.

Fabulous villa - great facilities and location.

We stayed a week at this location. The location is in a quite area but that's what we wanted. The views on the hill edge were good. The large pool was amazing as was the patio and games area. The property is split over two floors where you could easily accommodate a family per floor. The owner was very helpful and was good at communicating. Highly recommended.

Great Accomodation very clean

Took the grandchildren for a weeks stay, they all ( triplets ) enjoyed every minute especially the pool. We will be going back next year ! Fantastic Villa.

Excellent villa, needs some TLC

Overall we had an excellent holiday in this fabulous villa, but the place needs some TLC. We spoke with the owner whilst we were there, and he reacted to our concerns immediately, although the colour of the pool water (which I believe badly need some expert attention to reset the chlorine and PH levels etc) remained an issue throughout our stay. Attention to detail will make this place ideal. Location wise, the villa is a little distance away from the eating areas and coast of Benalmadena, in a very hilly area, but the owner made this clear when we booked. More information about where to go / visit etc would be good for first time visitors to the area. A visitor information book would be a great help.
