Cuenta con tres amplios dormitorios (2 reinas, 1 doble) camas de tamaño con baño privado y aseo / tocador en la sala de estar. Gran salón, cocina y comedor en planta baja. Este apartamento tiene dos áreas al aire libre: una pequeña terraza privada cerca del comedor y alrededor de la terraza de la piscina compartida para disfrutar de la zona tranquila y el sol. La piscina es de 24 metros cuadrados (unos 260 pies cuadrados). También hay un área de fitness privada cerca de la piscina que está disponible para uso de los huéspedes, que incluye un inodoro y ducha separados. Fabulous

The property is exactly as described. Clean and tidy with plenty of space. It had all the little extras that make a stay easy, washing liquid, soap and lots of loo paper! The owners are friendly and discreet so the shared access to the pool is no problem. Goga, who manages the property is fabulous. So helpful. The location is perfect with easy access to lots of restaurants and shops on foot. We used Uber to get around to the ports and Old Town. All really efficient. We would definitely recommend.

Superbe, très bien placé, avec piscine !

Superbe lieu de vacances, station balnéaire très proche de Dubrovnik, très bel appartement avec 3 chambres, chacune avec salle de bain privative, magnifique piscine. Seul bémol, pas d'accès direct à la piscine de l'appartement, pas de possibilité de déjeuner à l'extérieur

Location close to beach but bar music irritable. Pool area fab. Villa spacious & clean.

September 2018. Location is very good as only a slight incline to property. Beach (pebble so water shoes recommended), shops, bars & restaurants all within walking distance. The constant music noise however from nearby Sunset Bar was extremely irritating when in the fabulous pool area which spoilt an otherwise lovely atmosphere. Liked the jacuzzi element of the pool. It would have been useful to know whether guests could use the BBQ area or if it was the owners' private area. The villa itself was comfortably furnished & clean, although the kettle could do with being replaced (leaks everywhere). We did enjoy our time in Croatia - a beautiful coastline with a calm & welcoming Adriatic Sea. Magnificent sunsets.The sightseeing we did was organised by the owners contact and enjoyed very much. The Old City is a 15 minute taxi/bus ride away and an absolute must see. Without the music we would definitely return to this villa.

Clean, well appointed apartment in a great location

Our family of 4 stayed in August 2018. Great communication with the owner Hrovje from our initial inquiry onwards and lots of useful information about the area, restaurants etc provided ahead of our arrival. You are given an English speaking point of contact for your stay who can arrange airport transfers, trips and answer any queries - we were looked after by Kristina who was very helpful. Ideal location, literally a minute from the beach front and the start of a pedestrian area with plenty of restaurants. There’s a taxi rank and a bus stop nearby so trips into Dubrovnik are very easy and definitely worth doing. The apartment was well furnished and better than the photos. There are lots of extra touches such as shampoo and conditioner in each shower which make it really easy to settle in. No need for a supermarket trip for the usual essentials such as toilet roll, washing up liquid etc as that is all provided. There are a few points to note which in no way spoiled our stay but which could help inform future guests: 1. There is no outside space for the apartment except for a small shaded terrace. There’s enough room to store beach toys and dry towels but not to sit out and relax or eat. 2. Just seconds away is the owner’s pool which we had exclusive use of for our whole stay. You access it by leaving your apartment and walking 15m down the street to a separate locked gate. We only saw the family a few times to say hello to, they were welcoming but not intrusive at all. As guests you stay by the pool where there are 2 comfortable loungers and 4 reclining chairs along with 2 huge parasols and a gym/shower room - the other areas are understandably reserved for the family. 3. There is no vehicular access to the apartment. You are dropped off about 50-100m away at the edge of the pedestrian area. For those with limited mobility, it’s worth noting the last 30m are up a steep semi cobbled street with a few steps. Absolutely not a problem for us (although slightly challenging with the suitcases) but I know my mum who has arthritis and walks with a stick would have really struggled. For a well appointed apartment, just a minute from all the action and with access to what is effectively a private pool we don’t think you can beat this place. Thank you to Hrovje for being a great host.

Great family venue in a brilliant location!

Very central location on Sunset Beach resort with direct access to the pedestrian street. House was very comfortable with each of the 3 bedrooms ensuite. The best thing is the beautiful pool which is clean and had lots of shaded area to accommodate our whole family including 2 infants. Hrvoje the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful spacious villa in a prime location.

We loved it and would definitely return. 6 adults and 2 babies stayed for a week in this villa. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well kept it was. Perfect location, a minute or 2 walk and your on the beach with many restaurants, bars, amusements and a couple of supermarkets. The pool was a nice size for us all. My only criticism is it would be if there was a small fridge freezer in the gym to have cold drinks and ice lollys around the pool without having to walk round to the villa. A great holiday in a beautiful country.

Best spot in Dubrovnik

You won't be disappointed with your stay here. Perfect location from which to explore and enjoy Dubrovnik. Convenient to beach, bus, groceries and basically everything. Hosts were gracious and accommodating. Perfect!

Just Lovely - a great find!

We were pleased to find this villa lived up to both the photographs and descriptions. It was clean, new, spacious, well-supplied with things we needed, and the location was excellent. We were four adults & a two-year-old, & the villa suited us all. We could walk to a nice assortment of restaurants, the Tommy's grocery store, the bus stop and the Lapad beach. There were 3 little parks for children close by, & a gelato cart. The villa is situated on a pedestrian street, so be aware that you must walk a couple of blocks from the taxi/bus area. This was only a problem when we left at 5 a.m. in the pouring rain, dragging our luggage. The room air conditioner in the master bedroom did not cool as well as the others; the property manager is looking into it. The pool, shared with the very gracious owner, was beautifully maintained, & beach towels were supplied. Note: in Dubrovnik, supermarket does not mean food. It means tourist stuff. You really don't need a car -- parking everywhere (especially near Old Town) is all but impossible, & expensive. We used our Dubrovnik Card bus passes, Uber, and taxis. This villa is a good choice.

Lapad Beach

Helt fantastiskt boende, bästa möjliga sovrum på övervåningen. Nedre plan allrum och kök. Tillgång till ett härligt poolområde passande till barnfamilj. Det enda vi saknade var tillgången till en uteplats/terass. Nära till strandbad. Rekommenderar badskor som kan köpas på plats i varje marknadsstånd.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property was purchased by my parents several years ago and has been totally remodeled. It is 50 meters from the sea with views from all the bedrooms, has a private pool, a fitness centre and lots of enjoyable outdoor space.
The house is near the Beach Boulevard with many cafes, restaurants, tennis courts, play areas, grocery, bakery, ATM, cinema and all you would need for your stay!
