As always, we loved our week long visit to PKS and Coral Shores. We've been staying at this property for the past seven years and look forward to going every year. We've always found the condos clean, the property beautiful, the beach lovely and the C&G fabulous to deal with in every way.However, this year, the pool was not kept clean/was cleaned poorly and the bathrooms were not restocked during that week. We had to replace the toilet paper ourselves. This has been the first time in seven years that we've had this issue and it coincides with a new company handling the pool area. They certainly do not handle it as professionally or as well and the gentleman the recently retired.I hope that the property will look into this and demand better service from the company they are currently using.
