Esta residencia de 2,787 pies cuadrados está ubicada en el sur de Cape Coral y ofrece una vista maravillosa del canal. Además, esta impresionante casa está a solo unos minutos del puerto deportivo de Cape Harbour, con numerosas tiendas y restaurantes.

Villa Eleanor ha sido recientemente amueblada y decorada en otoño de 2014. Con 4 dormitorios, 4 baños y una sala adicional, hay mucho espacio para hasta 8 personas. Un excelente concepto de habitación con una gran cocina totalmente equipada y una sala de estar con vistas al agua hacen de esta una casa de vacaciones verdaderamente excepcional.

El patio cuenta con un gran comedor bajo truss, una piscina climatizada de agua salada, una parrilla y sillones. Esta casa de vacaciones también le ofrecerá un muelle y un elevador desde el verano de 2016. La exposición trasera occidental garantiza esas increíbles puestas de sol de Florida. Si está listo para unas vacaciones relajantes y la perfección en el paraíso, ¡finalmente ha llegado!

Lo alentamos a hacer viajes a las maravillosas playas de Sanibel, Captiva y Fort Myers o visitar las cercanas ciudades de Fort Myers y Nápoles. El pueblo Matlacha en Pine Island con sus numerosas galerías de arte también debería estar en su lista de tareas pendientes.

Nice holiday getaway

First visit to Cape Coral area. House was roomy for our family of 5 and dog. Pool and view of water was very nice. Having bikes was a nice benefit to take bike rides around the neighborhood where there was plenty of bike lanes to do so. Spent several days at Ft Myers Beach which was about a 25-30 minute drive away. It was overall a clean house. The bedrooms were good size and having 4 bathrooms was a bonus.

Fun 2 weeks

Nice stay on the canal. Was very quiet. Didnt catch many fish but that could of been our fault. Was very hot and had a lot of storms so fishing was peobably affected by that. House and pool were nice. Had 2 issues and got with the host and problems were addressed and fixed in timely manner and wven hmgave us a little discount. Thank you!

Amazing vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Eleanor! It was our first time staying in Cape Coral. Its a beautiful little town and neighborhood! It’s a great central location because you are close to Fort Meyers beach (about 20 mins) beach and Sanibel (about 40 mins) give or take. House was stunning! There were 7 of us. Including my parents. It was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool was fantastic! It was the focus of the room as soon as you walked in the house! The half covered porch overlooking the pool was great! There is a grill to cookout on too. The dock overlooking the canal was great! We spent most of our time in the pool and fishing on the dock. First time having to check in in-person on the day of arrival and on the day checking out. It was an easy process either way. The property manager was great in communicating. We highly recommend staying here. Our family will be back in the future!

Disappointed

Beautiful House but very neglected, we had issues with the pool, roof and the overall cleanliness was terrible, I doubt if I will ever go through VRBO again to rent. The pictures were very deceiving!

I am a travel nurse, and this was a great stay! Gorgeous views, very safe and quiet neighborhood, and pet friendly! Hosts were very nice and easy to get a hold of. Simple check-in/checkout. Perfect stay!

Great property and fantastic location

We were all delighted with the property and the general size and cleanliness. Pool was a good size and plenty of outside space and the bikes were a great addition. Only downside is the side door by the bins could do with being replaced as it is starting to rot.

This house was amazing! It was in a beautiful neighborhood on a beautiful canal. The property managers were awesome to work with and very helpful. This was without a doubt one of best family vacations! Be will be back!

It’s twice as nicer in reality it’s paradise so much space to move around and the pool is so gorgeous all about privacy, be prepared to take a lot of beautiful pictures and videos, Nadja the manager on site is super friendly is just a call away everything worked out great beyond our expectations would cone back in flesh

Palm tree slice of Heaven

We absolutely loved this house! The layout was fantastic and we d see pent most of our time at the pool! Everything was perfect! Hope to stay here again someday! If your looking for beautiful views, relaxing outdoor living, beautiful palm trees, and a stress free break then this is the perfect place! We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the pool is refreshing. Enjoyed using the kayaks on the canal. The chairs and umbrella in the garage for the beach is a nice bonus. The utilities are extra on this house which was a first for us. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Spacious with private pool and canal view

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the spacious house. We worked part of the time and the WiFi worked great. We explored several beaches and Nadja ensured we had beach chairs, towels, and more. Overall, a wonderful house!

Wonderful stay

The house was very clean upon arrival. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels to use. The house has a great layout and great pool area and view of the water. Being able to park in the garage was also a plus; this is not typical with vacation rentals. Communication with Nadja was excellent. She goes above and beyond. This location is extremely close to Publix, gas, food, Walgreens, etc. There are plenty of beaches within 30 minutes to an hour. We definitely recommend this house!

Awesome vacation home

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay. The house is spacious, clean and has most everything you might need during your stay. There are plenty of towels, linens and kitchen things. The pool area is very private with plenty of sun. The neighborhood is very quite and homey, with lots of stores minutes away. We used the house bikes and explored the neighborhood, saw lots of people biking, rollerblading or just taking an evening stroll. Everyone is super friendly.

Paradise in a house

This is a truly outstanding property! We stayed there with our son, daughter and her family. There were seven of us in all, ages from 4 to 65, and two pups. The house was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The kids spent every waking moment they were allowed in the pool. We ate probably half of our meals at the table by it which was shaded from the sun and had two fans that provided the perfect amount of breeze. And the sunset view over the dock was outstanding. The house itself was laid out perfectly. The master at one end, then in between that suite and the garage was a hallway beginning in the laundry room, and ending in two bedrooms and a bathroom, which immediately became the kids wing. The second master suit is on the other side of the den. The living room was perfect, and surprisingly the walls open to the pool area! Having four bathrooms was wonderful and no one ever had to wait! Our hostess Nadja was so sweet! We were concerned that we had to wait for her to enter the house, and she had other properties to help. But she quickly assured us that was not the case. She came later in the day of our first day, but had offered to come the second day even if it was more convenient. She was super helpful not only aquainting us with the house, things like adjusting the pool temp, but also with the area. During our stay we found a few very minor things, not big concerns, that she offered to have taken care of immediately. We declined as we were just letting her know, but her prompt responses surprised all of us. She is a gem! We have stayed at many properties, some with vrbo and some with others. This was our favorite on all accounts! Thank you Nadja and everyone else involved!

Perfect!

The house is perfect for two families. My brother and I rented this home for 10 days and our kids (ages ranging from 4 to 14) enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. The kids loved the privacy of their own “wing.” We had adequate privacy and the shape of the house lends to quiet and private time when desired. Great food is nearby and instacart and delivery dash is easily accessible. Highly recommended. Nadja is an excellent host and expectations set came to fruition. We will be back!

Great place to stay

I was extremely impressed with the house and pool upon entering. They layout of the house worked perfectly for allowing family and private time. First time was a salt water pool, I was concerned about how it would be and I liked it over the normal chlorinated pool. It was great to be able to ride the bikes to dinner and to get ice cream. The boat dock was perfect and a great location for hitting the gulf with the boat we rented. I highly recommend this property.

Nice property, but wouldn't stay again.

The house was perfect, and well maintained. The pool was great and they turned up the heat when we arrived to make it more comfortable. The house was in a good location to get to several different beaches. The reason I would never stay again was the unclear expectations from the property management company. The property managers wanted an in person check-in and check-out, which is fine, had I been aware of this in advance. They also charged for the electricity. I did not realize this in advance. (It turns out it is at the very bottom of the VRBO listing below the reviews.) Once again, no big deal had it been more clearly communicated. Also, very few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels were provide, which was is a very silly way to save a few dollars.

Beautiful vacation time in Villa Eleanor

Staying at Villa Eleanor was above our expectations. The house is well equiped, clean, functional and beautiful. We enjoyed intimate U-shaped courtyard and the heated pool.The house is well located in SW Cape Coral, near groceries and Cape Harbour. But above all, Nadia from Engel and Volkors offered a us a client service I never had from a property manager. She warmly welcomed us, she has always responded promptly to our requests and when we had very bad T storms, she phoned us to make sure we were ok. It is our fifth visit in Cape Coral and it was the best one we had despite the weather. Special mention to the owner of the house who changed the solar pool blanket to our convenience.
