We have completed the renovation and the home is beautiful and ready to go!!

Here is your vacation getaway.. This home is good for a private quiet getaway or for the full family as it sleep 1 or up to 10. Location is everything, you can walk to the Yacht Club Beach, restaurants and park or sit on the back lanai and relax while watching boats on the direct access canal. This home has a split plan with the Master Bedroom on one side and the guest rooms on the other. As well we will have a pull out sofa with a queen size bed. It has a master suite and a mini master along with an additional guest bath for the other 2 bedrooms. A very open floor plan completely upgraded and waiting for you to enjoy. If all of this is not enough you can go outside and relax in the sun and swim in the pool. It is not heated now but will be heated by fall. We can accommodate for shorter stays please call directly: five six one nine two seven seven three five zero.

The house was perfect. The house was located at the end of a channel and has a boat dock which made it very convenient for using our boat.Cons: The pool was not heated upon arrival, but warmed up quickly once we were able to turn the heat on. Only other negative is the owner was not responsive to a couple of my messages. But in the end, I would stay again and would recommend to others.

Perfect Family Vacation

Cindy was fantastic, the home was older but nicely appointed, the location was unmatched, the kids loved the pool, the families loved the short boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. This home is a steal at this price! We will definitely come back. Thank you Cindy!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful week. The home was as it was advertised and very well equipped! The pool was great. The out door area by the pool was nice. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it at the house. Convenient to everything! We had 4 teenagers and 6 adults.

Home away from home!

This is our second stay at this lovely, well-appointed home. We love the location, it’s an easy walk to downtown, the Boathouse and beach. We also rented a boat and docked it at the property. It was a quick trip out to the river and gulf. The beds are comfortable and living space is great for entertaining. We loved hanging out on the lanai and floating in the heated pool. Great communication and responsiveness with the mgmt. All around, a great experience. We will be back!!

PERFECT LOCATION GREAT HOUSE

We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful and very clean. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s near great restaurants, shopping and a short drive to Sanibel or Fort Meyers beach. The kitchen and entire home is well stocked and had everything we needed. Would be perfect for larger families. We only used one of the rooms but the other three were decorated beautifully and very cozy. We enjoyed the pool every day and it was the perfect temperature. The view of the canal was spectacular and the lanai was equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill that was perfect for the evenings. Highly recommend booking this home! We look forward to returning soon.

Cozy Remodeled Home

We had a delightful 3-night stay at the property, with a group of 10 of us. The house provided ample space, ensuring we didn't feel crowded, thanks to its roomy layout. The bedrooms were generously sized, and having three bathrooms proved incredibly convenient. the pool was a great feature, despite the occasional overnight roach visitors (which we promptly cleaned up). The kitchen was well-equipped, and a major highlight was the ability to park our trailer in the yard. The dock at the back of the house was an ideal fit for our 23ft boat. Although the nearby ramp was closed, a 15-minute drive to the next one wasn't too inconvenient. The location of the home was perfectly situated for our visits to the tiki bar.

Great for large group

Our family reunion was a hit and this home really helped. Very spacious. Master bedroom was really nice with large walk in shower. Plenty of chairs and seating areas. Nice pool.

Enjoyed our stay

Property manager was awesome and responded quickly when we locked ourselves out of the house. The house was very nice and clean, we did have some issues with ants in the bathrooms and kitchen sink but did not bother the property manager with it and just dealt with it ourselves. The pool was amazing, our whole family enjoyed it. We were also in a location where we were within 20 minutes of 3 different beaches and enjoyed all 3. Great vacation for our family of 10.

The home has everything you need! Great location!

The home has everything you need! The location is perfect. My husband brought his kayak and paddled it down the canal to the river. We also went to The Boathouse 3x that week since it was so close! The appliances and AC unit were working wonderfully. The master bathroom was lovely - loved the shower! Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms - didn't need to bring any towels and there were plenty of dishes/pans for us to use. TVs in every bedroom was a nice touch! Made it easier for the kids (no fighting over which room). The beds were comfy too. The pool and outdoor area is a nice size. The pool does need a little TLC as it seemed slightly older, but it was still plenty good for our use! I believe the other amenities and the nightly rate justifies it as well. Overall we would stay again!

A little underwhelming...

The front of the house was really nice. First reaction was that it looked to be taken care of. But once in the house, we could immediately hear a constant humming throughout. We were hopeful that the hum would stop but it never did. I think the hum was caused by the water pump. I think there is something wrong with device that pumps water into the pool because it never stopped running either. Some of the TV remotes were missing and what they did have did not all work. For the Roku TV’s in the guest rooms, only one remote worked for all. The property manager did offer to come check it out but it was just too early in the morning for us vacationers. There were under garments left around the washer/dryer. They were definitely there for a while which was pretty gross. Most of the kitchen items were in complete disarray. I know it’s a VRBO but the cabinets could be tidied between stays. The back structure definitely needs some work, gutters were laying around, gaps in doors, leaves built up between the screen and roof. I thought the garage door was going to fly off the rails. A property manager did stop by and made mention that the place was being shut down for repairs, I just wish we would have known that before we decided to rent it and spend our money. I am excited to see the changes and I hope for much better stays for future renters.
