Este apartamento de planta baja cuenta con todas las comodidades de un hotel, pero con más espacio para vivir. Con acceso interior a Oglethorpe casa principal, estas dos propiedades se pueden combinar para acomodar hasta ocho personas.

A partir de la calle York, podrás entrar en la sala de estar, que tiene dos grandes sofás cómodos para relajarse (cada uno merece su propio sofá de la derecha!). Un pequeño escritorio ofrece el n��mada digital con un lugar para trabajar. La cocina tiene una nevera, horno tostador y cafetera - lo suficiente como para calentar algunas de esas sabrosas comidas de una de las experiencias gastronómicas exquisitas de Savannah, o simplemente disfrutar de una taza de café.

El dormitorio tiene una cama y baño privado con dosel baño de matrimonio con ducha / bañera combo y lavabo de pedestal. La chimenea, ahora decorar, es original de la casa y le dan un toque cálido y acogedor.

Esta casa está muy bien situado a pocos pasos de muchos de los puntos de interés y la increíble selección de opciones para comer histórico de Savannah. The property was centerd in the historic district which allowed for quick and convenient access to most all the attractions we were seeking to do, and most within walking distance. The host updates and process was turn key and very easy. This is a very unique unit that we would look forward to returning to when in the area again in the future.

The flat is lovely! Street level entrance with cute flickering outdoor lights. 2 cozy couches and a desk in the main living area. The queen poster bed is appropriately placed in the classic designed space. It is in a great location just across from Oglethorpe Square. We were able to walk to the River within 7-8 minutes. Forsyth Park was a little farther but walking gave us the opportunity to enjoy cute boutiques, restaurants, book stores, etc along the way.

Enjoyed!

Overall a fantastic location and fun getaway. Parking could have been an issue but used the Savannah Park app and was easy to do. I would just suggest a Keurig. There was an older coffee pot but no coffee/ creamers/ etc. So if you go, take snacks/ drinks/ coffe/ tea/ water. Will stay again!

Great place - shame about the neighbors

Great apartment and a great find in escaping Hurricane Milton. Ideally located, etc etc. Savanah is just wonderful and this place puts it at your feet. Two spoilers - (1) VRBO makes a point of charging for housekeeping - so with the AC thermostat showing change filter and the filter itself covered in dust inside and outside, you'd think this would not happen. Small detail maybe, but when you have a guest with respiratory illness, it really matters. (2) Savannah is of course old houses with thin walls and wooden floors. That said listening to the upstairs guests coming and going at 1am and 3am every night, their dog left alone crying most hours, and the rolling of furniture across the floor (our ceiling) every might after midnight is a bit much. If you own the property upstairs consider how you mitigate this. If you don't, be wary it's a potential spoiler for any guests.

Lovely Area

The location was amazing. Walking distance to everything. The apartment was super clean save beautiful. We had an issue with our code checking in but called the property manager and had a new code immediately. Our mini fridge also was not in working order but they had a maintenance man replace it within an hour. I would recommend this place highly.

Neat Apartment

Perfect little place to take a break from all Savannah has to offer for a couple or single person. No kitchen and parking is not the best with on street. Guest above were extremely loud when present. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

Walking Distance to just about everything

Great Stay! Definitely recommend Lucky Savannah for any additional stays. It was walking distance to Olde Pink House, Collins Quarters and Broughton St. We rented a car to travel some outside of the downtown area but if your staying local it’s an easy trip to Uber wherever you need to and save on the rental car. The Downtowner(Sav Uber) is free in the historic district.

It gave this lovely place a very laid back and cozy feeling. It is conveniently located within walking distance to many bars, shops and restaurants. It was nice to see the horse-drawn carriages traveling down our street. I will definitely stay here again with my next visit to Savannah. It was definitely a very good experience.

Good Location for short stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found the location of the "HOUSE" to be great for walking and biking into tourist areas of historic district. It was good for a short stay, but the kitchenette, was really a wet bar SMALL refrig, sink and one plug where you had to choose to use either toaster oven or coffee pot not room for both on counter at same time and access to oven. The "House" as it was advertised was an apartment from lower level of the house with possible renting of full house. The guest upstairs in the later part of our vacation had a dog, which is allowed, but their dog barked and howled every time they left, so no quietness for us. This should be a consideration by the rental company when 2 separate parties are renting the property. Couches are very close to needing replacement!

The heavy old entry door, cute front steps, the comfy four poster bed, fireplaces, the pedestal sink, mosaic tile, and sunny window in the bathroom, and the wonderful ivy covered private courtyard all charmed me. We left our car in the parking space behind the building and walked all over the historic district easily (we bought passes for the hop on-hop off trolly.) We had no noise issues at all. Check in was very easy and I really liked having a coded door rather than a key. We loved all the little squares, enjoyed the historic ice cream shop nearby and had breakfast at Two Cracked Eggs. Captain Derrick's Dolphin Tour was fantastic. It's a beautiful city, the weather was perfect, and we highly recommend this bnb.

Great location but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is is an excellent location, very accessible, easy walk to everything in the historic district. A couple of warnings... there’s a unit upstairs which takes pets, but you may end up listening to a dog cry for hours when their owners go out. The listening is easy because the walls are paper thin and you hear everything your neighbors say, and vice-versa. A few maintenance items: the toilet seat needs to be tightened, the coffee pot is so low end it doesn’t have an auto shutoff, the light switch in the bedroom is a dimmer and needs replacing as it causes the overhead light to flicker and the sill of the back door could use some attention. All very minor, overall the place is in great shape though personally we’d prefer a sofa and two chairs rather than two sofas. And if there are upstairs guests get to the shower early or run the risk of no hot water.Pretty picky, I know. I would definitely stay there again which is the main thing.

Excellent location

Fantastic location for exploring historic Savannah. The upstairs units need carpet and runners, and the door between the units a threshold and insulation to cut down on the noise and improve privacy. A microwave would be a great addition and cable TV.

Great walkable location

The property was walkable to downtown Savannah. The apartment had old world charm, however pictures on website makes it look better than it was. Living room furniture needs updating. Pillows on the bed were terrible. A microwave in the kitchen would be more useful than toaster oven! Lastly the garden patio needs some major clean up!!

A Short Stay in Savannah

About the size of a hotel rooom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Downtown Savannah is a wonderful place to visit. If location is the primary goal, this is a great place to stay. It is on the tour bus and horse carriage route in the heart of the city. The apt is about the same size as a hotel room but with nicer furniture. Just know that there is no microwave, dishwasher, or ice (dorm mini fridge), wifi is slow, and because it is on the tour route, it can get loud. The biggest issue for us was parking. The metered parking out front has a 3 hour limit. We discovered this was the case all around this area. Therefore, you are forced to go down the street to a $10/day parking deck if you dont' want to keep feeding the meter.

Oglethorpe Square Garden Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently enjoyed a three night stay in this lovely apartment. The location is fantastic and the accommodations are great if you're doing little more than sleeping and slower. The property however could use some TLC. The kitchen is very tiny as stated in the property description. No glassware or wine glasses are provided. The toaster oven has been relocated from the kitchen counter to the top of the small desk in the living area. We were not comfortable making use of the oven on a wood desk, it just didn't seem like a safe idea. We suspect the relocation was due to a slightly melted outlet from the plug. The small desk is no longer usable as a desk now. The tile work in the bathroom is very old, and while housekeeping did their best, we weren't comfortable without shower shoes. The bathtub felt unstable. When showering, it felt as though the support under the tub liner was structurally deteriorating. The sofas in the living room, were old, but comfortable. They however smelled of previous renter's dogs. Some of the sofa pillows also had feathers coming out of them. Probably not the best choice of furniture if you're going to have a dog-friendly rental. Our stay was still pleasant, but would probably not rent this particular unit again.

The unit looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and very inviting. There were just a couple issues during our stay. The front door code did not work, and we had to call. The TV was not in working order, and there was a joining door to other tenants that would not lock, and made us feel a bit vulnerable.

Leopolds is only one street away, yum. I would suggest The Funky Brunch for a great breakfast or brunch. We enjoy Savannah a lot and it's a wonderfully pet-friendly place!
