"Sandy Cheeks" se encuentra en una esquina de gran tamaño y sólo unos pocos minutos a pie de sol, arena y diversión! Características de la casa: para 8 personas cómodamente- 3 bdrm / 2 baño completo / loft con (1) Queen, (1) completo, (2) gemelos, sofá futón de tamaño completo, y sofá-cama con (2) gemelos, 2 baños completos, bañera de hidromasaje, cocina totalmente equipada con licuadora, cafetera, microondas y lavavajillas, w / d, WiFi y cable, parrilla Weber, 2 duchas al aire libre, mesa de picnic, sillas de playa y juguetes, libros / revistas / juegos / rompecabezas, decoración actualizada, y mucho de cómodos muebles para relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones !! Situado en la milla 4. 5 y céntrico a características tales como el Museo de los hermanos Wright, Avalon Fishing Pier, State Park Ridge Jockey, Isla de guisante, La colonia perdida, Carolina del acuario y numerosos faros. Cerca de complejos deportivos que ofrecen el parapente, kayak, esquí acuático, remo de embarque, el kitesurf y surf. No se olvide de la pesca !! Sandy Cheeks was a wonderful place to stay! Well maintained, cute and very clean. Beach access was easy and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck with morning coffee and seeing a bit of the ocean in the distance. It’s a nice size and doesn’t feel too large for a couple, but could also accommodate a family or small friend group. Would definitely recommend and consider staying there again on future outer banks trips.

Sandy Cheeks was the perfect spot for our family’s OBX vacation this year. The location was excellent- 2 blocks to the beach, walking distance to pizza and coffee, and close to restaurants and groceries. The house was clean and well stocked. WiFi had a strong signal (important to teenagers!) We loved the hot tub, especially since it was double red flags at the beach all week. The neighborhood was very family friendly. Mary was a wonderful host with excellent communication. We definitely recommend Sandy Cheeks and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful home within a short walking distance to the beach.

The owners were very attentive and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much, and no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house

The house was awesome, it had everything we needed, and perfect location. Loved the boogie boards and the beach cart for the very short walk to the beach, and the hot tub was wonderful!

Great location

We had a great week at Sandy Cheeks. Great location, easy access to the beach, the beach cart and toys were great, the outdoor showers were very convenient and the kitchen had all of the essentials.

Very Nice Vacation House

The house is in a great location, easy to get to and a short walk to the beach. It was very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a nice bonus, and the kids enjoyed the picnic table and played in the sand under the house on a rainy day. No complaints, the owner was very good with communication.

Fantastic Location & great Beach Get Away

Great location and a wonderful property with everything you need for an unforgettable beach get away no matter the weather. All the beach accessories you can imagine, beach games, board games, books, puzzles, hot tub, big dinning room table perfect for puzzle building and so much more. Wonderful owners, which makes the entire booking, check-in, check-out and stay process seamless and pleasant.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

The house was beautiful and comfortable and the perfect size for the 4 of us. The walk to the beach was so convenient and made it so easy to go back and forth. I already miss sitting on the deck with my morning coffee listening to the waves. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great time at the OBX

We had a great time at the outer banks. Sandy Cheeks was extremely clean and well stocked. Was 1 block from the beach and we spent most of our time their. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Would stay again.

Fantastic beach getaway

The property was immaculate and furnished with everything that we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The beach access was just a short walk down the street. We enjoyed beautiful views from the upper deck and relaxing evenings in the hot tub. We will definitely make plans to return.

Great Vacation at Sandy Cheeks!

The house was perfect for our relaxing week away. The location made it so easy to stroll to the beach, even with two little ones. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night and basking in the sun all day. There are also plenty of restaurants and a great kids museum nearby. We definitely hope to return next year!

Super Nice!

We spent the week at Sandy Cheeks and it was amazing. About a 2 min walk to beach and close to all the local places to visit. While here we went to Equine Adventures and rode horses on the beach. It was a great week and the hosts were a delight to work with!!

Great beach getaway

Super clean and convenient!! This was a lovely rental very close walk to the beach and right off the main road to all of the shops and restaurants. The home was cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Mary was a wonderful host who took time out of her day to check in with us and give us a heads up about things happening.

Great Location

Two short blocks to beach access. Also, around the corner a strip mall with several good eateries (Pizza, Thai, Italian), coffee and donut shops. House was well equipped and comfortable. Recommend highly.

Great Juune Stay at Sandy Cheeks!!

Everything was great! Super location and super price! Enjoyed the area and restaurants plus all the house ammenities. A bit warm upstairs, but cooler in the evenings for sleeping. Host provided wonderful information and was very kind! Highly recommend Sandy Cheeks!

We loved Sandy Cheeks!!

The property is perfect! Exactly as described in the listing. Location was very close to the beach. Well equipped all around with kitchen and beach supplies. Hot tub was very nice after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

1st time to the OBX

This property felt like home away from home! We had everything we needed plus some to enjoy our time at the beach. This was our first time at the OBX and we will definitely be back! The resources from the property owners helped us plan our activities/dining! They really thought of everything!!

Beautiful Property

Sandy Cheeks is a beautiful property. The house was very clean and in a perfect location. It is a few minute walk to a beautiful quiet beach. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The rental process was a great experience. The owner is very receptive. I would stay again at Sandy Cheeks!

“Sandy Cheeks” has it all…

We had a absolute wonderful beach vacation at Sandy Cheeks! Mary is a fantastic owner who keeps you up to date on everything and stays in constant contact regarding your booking. The house is very clean and has everything you need for a enjoyable stay! Just steps away from the beach and so close to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back in the near future and would highly recommend “Sandy Cheeks” to anyone!

Great location with all the comforts of home

Loved this home! Thank you for a wonderful vacation on the beach! Owners have created a great vacation home to share. We had absolutely everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Loved having chairs, unbrella, etc for the beach trips. Appreciated convenience of laundry and dishwasher. Great books to read and games to play! A short walk to the wonderful beach. Close to many stores, restaurants, and activities! Will return.

Perfect location! Great home.

This house has all you need and more. So many amenities to keep you occupied, even on a rainy day. Location is perfect...and price is more then fair for what you get. A bright cheery up to date home. Hot tub was amazing. Plenty of room. Upstairs is great for kids or adults who want to have their own space. Will be booking again next time I come!! Owner communication was great as well. Overall couldnt ask for better!!

Amazing House!

This house was absolutely wonderful. The location is amazing and is very short walk to the beach, while also being close to restaurants and shops. There were 6 of us staying at the house, and we never felt cramped. Loved having the hot tub, the upper deck, and the giant kitchen table that allowed for all of us to eat together (inside and outside!). There are plenty of board games and movies to entertain yourselves if there is a stormy day as well. We also really enjoyed using the boogie boards and beach chairs that are stored at this house. The owners were also incredibly accommodating and approachable. We look forward to renting this house again next year!

A wonderful week was had by all!

2 adults and 5 children (12-15) had fantastic stay at this location 8-11 thru 8-18. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach is a 5 minute walk and was beautiful and very peaceful. We brought most of our own beach stuff but there are plenty of thing at the house to bring as well. The kids enjoyed the hot tub each evening as did the two adults who actually got to use it one night! ;) The owners were quickly responsive in any correspondence and the transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend the home for a stay in OBX and hope that my family is able to stay next year as well!

Loved the opened floor plan and the huge table to fit all 7 members of my family.

The home was more than I expected. It was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I loved the opened floor plan as it allowed us enough room without being on top of one another. The younger boys loved the loft as it gave them their own space. The dining space had a huge table that fit everyone perfectly. There was nothing missing in this home. It had two outside showers which were very convenient since we spent most of our time at the beach. Although we've always brought our own beach items, there were chairs and a buggy for your use. The location was great. Short distance to the ocean. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again!

We LOVE the location. Centrally located and close to the bridge. We have a great open main floor with three bedrooms in which two share a newly renovated Jack & Jill bathroom. The other full bath is located in the main hallway. We have a unique upstairs loft with plenty of room to spread out - it is the kids/teens hangout. Equipped with cable & Wi-Fi, there is a full-size fold down couch and a separate " loft bedroom" with door for privacy and daybed with 2 twins. We have some great books, magazines, puzzles, and games to keep your family busy. We have a Weber grill to cook your freshly caught fish and a HOT TUB to enjoy after a long day at the beach. An assortment of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and accessories are available for you to use as well.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Kitty Hawk is a safe & friendly town. While we love our beach location, we encourage you to take a day trip or two. If you head north, visit the towns of Corolla & Cordova to see the wild horses...or head south to the famous Hatteras Lighthouse...or any of the numerous state and national parks like Pea Island. Try a day of fishing at Avalon Fishing Pier or try hang gliding at Jockey's Ridge. For a great lunch, walk north on the beach road about 3 blocks to John's to try their famous Dolphin bites lunch and one of their awesome milkshakes! For dinner, try either Black Pelican, Hurricane Mo's or Barefoot Bernie's across the highway. Just a few of the great places to enjoy close to Sandy Cheeks!
