Este (2) dormitorio (1) condominio de baño se encuentra en West Avenue (unidad trasera tranquila). Está completamente renovado y todo es nuevo. La unidad está en la parte trasera del edificio, por lo que no tiene todo el ruido de la calle. Se encuentra a unas 4½ cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo de Ocean City. La unidad cuenta con aire central, lavaplatos, lavadora y secadora, (3) televisores de pantalla plana a color, (1) videograbadoras, (1) reproductor de DVD y microondas y wifi (disponible en junio, julio, agosto y septiembre). El condominio es para no fumadores, pero tiene un pequeño porche donde alguien puede fumar. Hay (1) lugar de estacionamiento dedicado detrás del edificio con estacionamiento adicional gratuito en la calle. Convenientemente ubicado al otro lado de la calle de un Wawa. Ropa de cama y toallas no se proporcionan.

Great weekend at the Jersey Shore.

This unit is cozy, extremely clean and pleasant. The property manager was communicative and very helpful. Location is perfect-close to the beach, boardwalk and shopping. Would definitely recommend for families or small groups.

Ocean City Stay

Great place and the property is near everything! Quiet area and we could walk around the corner to two places to get breakfast or walk down the road to another place. We walked three blocks to the boardwalk, if we went left, we could go the full boardwalk area, if we went to the right, we could take a nice quiet walk down the other stretch of the boardwalk.

Summer Fun by the Ocean

Needing a beach trip, I chose to meet my VR friend for the first time in her vacation resort in Ocean City. This condo was available and set in the perfect spot. Very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need and the host will always keep you in touch with anything you need. I WILL be renting this one again next year when the wife and I head that way.

Very nice!

We were quite happy with the accommodations at this VRBO. The apartment was very clean. The location is great. We never even moved our car the entire time we were there. The beach, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance. Check-in was easy. Our host was a good communicator and provided us with all the information we needed.

Ocean city, new jersey

The location was a big plus. But the house was not as clean as we would have liked. No laundry soap or toilet paper to start us off. The grease trap in the dishwasher gave out so we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom 🙁we had a great time on the beach

I don't know of a grease trap in the dishwasher, so I am not sure what you are referring to. And if there was something wrong, you never reached out to me to resolve the issue. A few things you forgot to mention in your review is that you put shells, rocks, bones and whatever else in my garbage disposal and broke it. You left standing smelly water sitting for who knows how long without informing me, which required an emergency visit from a plumber for the garbage disposal on a Saturday. You also broke a vase I have had for 17 years that was on my table. You left very large stains on my kitchen chair as well as the ottoman as well as stains on the walls and half wall. You also left soiled clothes in the washer. All of these issues had to be resolved so that my next guests could enjoy their stay. And there was a brand new roll of toilet paper when you checked in and it is stated I don't supply toiletries.

Cozy Spot Near the Beach

The condo was as - advertised. Small and clean and just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk restaurants and shops. It's a perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. If you're looking for some hidden local gems, be sure to check out the annual "Do-Dah" parade - quite possibly the world's longest parade of Bassett Hounds. It stretches several blocks and features a nearly-neverending conga line of dogs seeking pets and the occasional treat from spectators. Hungry for some authentic Hawaiian cuisine? Add the Hula Restaurant and Sauce Company to your to-do list. The restaurant is tucked away at the back of the Boardwalk alley near the go-cart track. It features a solid menu of seafood cuisine including a delicious, authentic grilled mahi fish taco. Be sure to leave room for their homemade key lime pie too!

Great OCNJ Apartment

Kim’s place was excellent - extremely clean and comfortable, right near shops and, of course, the beach and boardwalk. Very conveniently walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Kim is a fantastic host, very responsive and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful place

Great experience and Kim was wonderful to deal with. She responds quickly to questions and is very helpful. We go to OC every year but this was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel stay and we would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and as described and it’s walking distance to everything (even with a toddler and baby). We really enjoyed our stay.

This was my family's first time renting in OC and we were very pleased with the property. The owner was responsive to our questions and provided recommendations for our stay, which we appreciated. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It was close to the beach and boardwalk, so the location is ideal. Overall, we had a great vacation.
