Disfruta de la experiencia de Old Orchard Beach. Estamos a 75 yardas a pie de la playa ya solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de Old Orchard Beach, con todas sus atracciones, incluido Palace Playland, minigolf, fantásticas tiendas y excelentes restaurantes.

Esta unidad del primer piso tiene una amplia sala de estar, 3 habitaciones (2 habitaciones tienen camas de tamaño completo y 1 habitación tiene un sofá cama) que puede alojar hasta 6 personas cómodamente. Hay una sala de estar con un futón para 2 personas más y una cocina totalmente equipada, una cómoda terraza de madera con muebles y una parrilla de carbón. Direct TV, wi-fi y habitaciones con aire acondicionado.

Suministramos toallas de baño, paños, paños de cocina, mantas, almohadas y edredones. Deberá suministrar su propia ropa de cama (todas las camas son de tamaño completo / doble).

Siete millas de playa de arena donde puedes tomar el sol, nadar y practicar surf corporal. Estás a 20 minutos del centro de Portland y el Puerto Viejo y a 30-40 minutos del área de Kennebunkport. Disfrute de los fuegos artificiales en la playa todos los jueves por la noche.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely return again in the future. Our only complaints were we ran out of hot water in the shower rather quickly and some areas of the ceiling was beginning to sink down. Other than that it was perfect. The owners were so welcoming and helpful

Great vacation rental

I just returned from a week stay at Nautical Point unit 2. I have rented this unit for the past 4 yrs or so, and friends rent the other units. It's a great place for a big group. The unit is clean, it has a private backyard, it's very close to the beach and walking distance to the Pier. The kitchen has all the basics, no need to bring anything. The owners are great!! It's a great vacation spot!! I've already book 2017 vacation!!!

A comfortable beach house very close to Old Orchard beach. A bit run down. One towel not enough for a while week. Also not enough toilet paper. Overall, though, a very good place to stay for a beach holiday.

ANNUAL RENTAL

I've been going to OOB for an annual vacation for the past 8 yrs, this rental by far is the best I've stayed at. Owners and property manager are easily reachable if there is an issue, and very good service. The units are clean, AC and fans are provided. The location is great, short walk to the beach, Pier, Restaurant and shops. It has a spacious back yard, plenty of parking. There is a store and laundry just down the street. I will be returning next year and would recommend these units to family and friends.

We enjoyed this beach house!

This house was perfect for all our needs! The owners were wonderful from the first phone call, very helpful! The house was extremely clean and comfortable! Location was great. Close to everything yet private. We definitely will book again, no need to ever look at any other rental, we will always come back to Nautical Point every summer. The care taker across the street was so friendly. Took out the trash and always asked if we needed anything and made sure we were okay! Loved the house decor too~ perfect beach house! Thanks John & Marta 😀

Excellent for family and friends-close to beach :)

My family and friends loved Nautical Point. This year was our 2nd stay, We have stayed at Nautical Point now 2 times, each time we traveled with family and friends who stayed with us and we plenty of room and were very happy to find it clean and welcoming. The homes are just super short walk to the beach, has pretty much everything you need, including pots, pans, dishes towels and more. Our Kids loved the large driveway for riding their scooters, campfires at night in the firepit and outdoor cookouts on the deck but especially how close we were to the beach. The walk to the beach is so short you can comfortably leave the beach go back to the home, have lunch and be back to the beach in no time! If you are looking for a warm cozy place that will not let you down, you should book Nautical Point, the owners told me many stay as guests but most become friends for life, I can say that is 100% truth, we have already booked our week for next year!!

Best vacation in a long time

I have stayed many years in Old orchard when the kids where young and I came my self at a young adult age many many years. Old Orchard for me is the best beach in the world. Let's talk about the place ! It is a great place to stay. It was immaculate, the wind blowing at night without the air clim is a must! The kitchen is well stocked and made some wonderful lobster supper eating on the terrase. Bathroom was very clean and big...picture should be there but that was a nice suprise! Martha and John are sweetheart, always there for you, always with a smile, making sure that every thing is perfect. Being with the owners is the best better than a Seashore property! I wasn't even gone and was already taking about staying there next year for a month! Thank you Martha and John for our stay at ( Danielle's Cottage )!!!

Cozy Cottage

My husband and I have been going to OOB for 8 years (primarily the same group of friends). We've not always stayed at Nautical Point but right next door. Nautical Point became our "got to" about 5 years ago and we've been happy with the change since. Our group has lost some, but gained some so we rent the entire property for a week and it works out great for us. The property has a large private back yard to facilitate gatherings, fire pit and adequate parking. The rentals are clean, spacious and equipped with household items needed for a great vacation. The location is in close proximity of the Pier, short walk to the beach and perfect location for walking and biking.... John and Marta have been absolutely wonderful with any minor issues that come up and their property managers are attentive. I recommend this property for anyone looking for a carefree vacation.

Great little place right by the beach

This apartment was clean and had everything a family of 6 needed. I loved the fully stocked kitchen and the grill. The full size appliances was a plus!! The patio was big enough to hold all 6 of us comfortably. There is only 2 bedrooms instead of 3. However the 2 futons will make beds but there is no door or closet on those rooms. Manager was a very nice lady and told us some great spots to eat at. There was enough parking for both vehicles. I would recommend bringing extra towels and washcloths if you have a large group as there were 6 towels and 2 washcloths. The hot water doesn't last long so make the shower quick! Overall a great place and I'll stay there again.

Perfect Birthday Get-Away!

I sent my daughter here with her 3 college roommates to celebrate my daughter's birthday and they absolutely loved everything about the home. The landlords were very friendly and it was clear they were right there if anything was needed. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and great places to eat, the wharf and other things to do were a short drive away. The house was comfortable and the girls loved being able to cook meals together in the well-stocked kitchen. I can see them going back again next year!

BOOK RIGHT NOW!!!

If you are looking for a rental you need to book with John and Marta! I have rented places before but this place was my favorite! The fact that the prices are by the far the best in Maine but they take such good care of the place :) They are great people who are always willing to help whenever you need them. The place has enough space for up to 8 people easily, great parking, A/C, provide bath towels, huge bathroom, big deck outside and more! The beach is across the street which I was concerned since I always got a place by the beach but it is closer than you think. Just overall comfortable place! I definitely will be coming back and ill be getting more of my family to come!

Good location

We stayed in the fall, so a lot of OOB was closed. Good spot for many day trips. There are 3 bedrooms, but only 2 have doors.

A great beach get away.

We had a great time at John and Marta's property. The accommodations were great. We had a large group of adults and children and there was more than enough room for all of us. The beach is close enough that we could run back and forth easily, when needed. John and Marta were amazing and accommodating hosts, we enjoyed our interactions with them. We would definitely go back and highly recommend their properties.

Adorable and Very Clean Cottage!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Nautical Point Cottage for the first time this summer and will definitely not be our last! The cottage and grounds were very clean and were equipped with all the household essentials as well as an AC unit and fans (a huge plus for the warm weather we had during our stay!) The cottage is also in a great location tucked far enough back for privacy but also close enough to walk back and forth from the beach as needed as well as a short distance from the Pier. We will certainly be renting again next year and have already recommended these units to family and friends! Thanks again John and Marta!
