Este es un apartamento estudio ubicado a pocos pasos del Océano Atlántico, justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa White Sandy de Hollywood. Viene con una cocina completa, un baño completo y un vestidor independiente. Se trata de un apartamento de planta baja que da al patio. El complejo cuenta con una piscina climatizada junto con una gran zona de barbacoa, que es conveniente para que usted pueda hacer su propia parrilla. Esta unidad viene con su propia plaza de aparcamiento privado. La ubicación es excelente. Se encuentra enclavada en el corazón de Hollywood Beach, a sólo 10 minutos al sur de Fort. Lauderdale y 20 minutos al norte de Miami Int. Aeropuerto. Está ubicado entre Miami y Ft Lauderdale, con fácil acceso a South Beach. Está cerca de excelentes tiendas, excelentes restaurantes frente al mar, una tarde en el hipódromo o incluso una noche en el casino. También está a pocos minutos de una ronda de golf y pesca en alta mar. También está a 5 minutos a pie del recientemente inaugurado Margaritaville Hotel and Spa.
No es el Hard Rock Casino 15 minutos donde se tiene numerosos restaurantes y bares y un montón de compras. También está a 5 minutos de otros 3 casinos.

What a perfect gem steps from the beach with everything right in walking distance!!! Absolutely a great stay my husband and I enjoyed ourselves! Gail was very helpful and attentive :) I would definitely book this again and it’s perfect for a couple .

unit was perfect for 2 people, a block from the beach, courtyard with heated pool was excellent.only 2 negatives...need a full size coffee maker and the beach chairs need to be upgraded.other than it has everything you need

Host never sent check in info, lost 1 day looking for new place to stay.

I was out of the country at that time, my phone got hacked. I did respond but not all of my messages went thru to you. On arriving in the USA the next day there was a text stating that this booking was cancelled and a full refund was issued. So sorry.

Cozy, comfortable, the pool was just the right temperature and very clean! It had everything needed for our week long stay. Lots of towels both for bathroom and beach/pool. We had our own beach chairs, but we did see a couple of chairs coolers in the closet. Everything was to our liking, a wonderful stay!!

Everything was wonderful. The place was clean, our host was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze. The pool was exactly what we needed. The complex felt safe. The other people at the complex were very friendly. It was an extremely short walk to the beach maybe 2 minutes. Our host had beach towls, beach umbrella and a little cooler. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Checking out was also easy.

This condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy and you can’t beat the location to everything. Very nice and well kept pool as well. The owner was magnificent and we will definitely rent again from her. This condo is a gem.

Great location

Great location close to alot of stuff, rented bikes and rode on Broadwalk alot to food and entertainment and golf and fishing and concerts. Nice pool and close to beach.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second time renting this beautiful beach apartment. Everything was perfect. The location is absolutely the best, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Minutes from the sand, quiet and secure. Gail is an incredible host, we will be back! Five Stars! Highly recommend!

We have been to the area frequently. This stay was longer and we wanted more than 'a room' Being from Jersey, we are familiar with beach condos...this one was the usual. Loved the pool and the location.

Pool AND Beach!

This property is ideal. If you want nightlife, just walk down the broadwalk for bars, restaurants and live music. If you want quiet, spend your morning on the beach and the rest of the day by the pool.
