Windswept-Un adorable apartamento frente a la playa

Adorable apartamento temático de playa al otro lado de la calle en Lobster Cove (el extremo sur de la playa de Long Sands). El apartamento está a nivel del suelo, adjunto a nuestra casa, acceso privado, terraza cubierta con muebles de terraza, patio trasero con parrilla y mesa de picnic.
La cocina es una cocina completa con microondas. Ropa de cama y toallas de baño incluidas. A poca distancia a pie de la playa de arenas largas o tome el tranvía que se detiene justo enfrente y el restaurante Lobster Cove está al lado.

Very pleasant stay: Clean, comfortable, good location and great guests

The title says it all. Exactly as described, we all enjoyed the peacefulness of the place, the comfort of the beds and of the overall apartment . Guests have been very welcoming and available. Would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect beach spot in York

We visit York every few years and this is the best property we’ve stayed in. Clean, comfortable, close to Long Sands Beach. Owners were friendly and so helpful, particularly as our check in was late due to an emergency. Private entrance and backyard area are quiet and really pretty.

York Long Sands Paradise

Wonderful stay for the week in the private apartment (and entrance) at Betsy's house. Had everything we needed including a backyard, grill, and covered outdoor deck. Right across from the ocean and a 5-7 minute walk to the sandy and expansive Long Sands beach. Great location, gracious and responsive host. Thank you Betsy and Jerry.

Reny's to the rescue

Overall it is a very nice property. Comfortable and the decor was very pleasant. Great location! Unfortunately the listing indicated that linens were provided and we expected an adequate number of towels. We had four in our party yet only 4 bath towels were provided. Because we were staying 7 nights with one towel each we had to search for a place to buy towels & purchase an adequate about. When this issue was addressed to the hostess, she responded by suggesting that we go to the laundromat. This would have taken precious time from our vacation. Disappointed!

Beautiful

The place was amazing!! So clean and nice. I Felt very safe. The back yard was secluded so it felt as though I was right at home yet so convenient to everything around us. Loved every minute of my vacation!! I’ll miss my morning and nighttime walks. I hope to come back again and again!!

Great vacation place

A perfect location for zipping across the street for a walk along the beach or next door for dinner. The house was clean and comfortable and made a terrific home base for us as we explored the area. The owners were very nice and friendly.

An Amazing Time

We were extremely happy with our stay at Windswept. The house was beautiful and every amenity we could ever need was right there. Beach access was very easy and so beautiful and we loved being at the quieter end of Long Sands. Betsy and Jerry were so nice and welcoming. It was a perfect week!

A fantastic stay on Long Sands beach.

We had a fantastic week at Windswept. Betsy was a great host, the property was spotlessly clean, and the access to the ocean (right across the street) is incredible. Lovely backyard and deck as well. We had a magical week.

Lovely Home!

We stayed as a family of 5 (3 teenagers) at this adorable and cozy beach condo. It was clean, private, peaceful and we had everything we could’ve asked for. Betsy and Jerry were great hosts and we’d love to go back next summer!

Refreshing and rejuvenating!

Great location and spotlessly clean!

We loved being in a quieter part of York, next door to a great restaurant and a couple doors down from a coffee shop. The owners are the most lovely people and so accommodating, even printing out lawn game directions for us when we had a cookout. The yard space and covered porch are like an oasis. We can’t wait to book here again!

A Perfect Stay in York!

Betsy & Jerry were amazing. The apartment's location was PERFECT, and the space itself is so much bigger than it appears. The set up was ideal for vacationing with two small children with the living room on one side of the apartment and the bedrooms on the other. The outdoor space was perfect for meals outside and the yard was a great play space! We can't wait to return to Betsy and Jerry's apartment again next year!

Perfect spot!

We had a wonderful week at windswept. It was the perfect family vacation spot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor space and ate most of our dinners there. It is just across the street from the water and only a short walk to the sandy beach. The hosts were fantastic! We hope to return in the future.

Location location location

Very clean cozy walk out basement apartment on the beach. Accommodations had everything you needed. Great outdoor space. While you don’t have view directly from apartment it is but a 2 second walk away. I had my tea overlooking the beautiful view just about every morning. Hosts were very dear and responsive. Really. Any be beat.

Beautifully maintained and relaxing property

With restaurants and the beach a short walk away and a wonderful backyard and covered deck, our family really enjoyed calling this property home for a week. Our hosts made our stay comfortable and the check in and out process was a breeze. If you are looking for a well maintained, well equipped getaway spot this property will not disappoint.

Perfect family oasis

This rental could not have been more perfect for my wife, toddler and I to stay at for our vacation. The location is amazing, the backyard is private and peaceful for relaxing shady times away from the sun and to let the kiddo play, and the apartment itself was more than enough space for us to unwind and feel at home. It felt like a home away from home. Betsy & Jerry are fantastic hosts, thank you for having us!

Fabulous location

Awesome Location

We had a really nice time staying at Windswept. You cannot beat the location and proximity to the ocean. We had two young kids and it was the perfect size. Betsy was very helpful and friendly. The beach is less than a mile from this location and you can easily walk to restaurants. I would highly recommend!
