Home away from home

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love this house. It has everything you need and more. Bedding is super comfy and home is very spacious. The location is fabulous. Far away from the noise but close to everything as well. Only thing is we wish the hot tub got hotter but other than that 10/10

As advertised

This house was perfect for mine and my friends family. Everything was as advertised and we did not have any issues with the house or location. The pool and spa were great. It is near everything we were doing. It's a quiet neighborhood and the people I met were pleasent. If I had one complaint it would be that the bedrooms seemed to be hot at night. I brought a fan with me, but had to use the one provided as well. Other than that I couldn't have been happier with our stay.

I want that house lol

Everything was great my family enjoyed was a quit neighborhood had no problems not complaints if you follow the rules you will be fine very very nice place there were minor things that need taken care of but they didn’t effect us in anyway all good deff going to stay again

This home was immaculate, very clean and neat, and well-maintained. We had a little trouble getting the code for the key lock, but they were quick to take care of everything. You will not go wrong to rent this home, we loved every minute of our vacation.

It’s ok

Hi when we got there the cleaning company was still cleaning. When we got in the Clorox/cleaning products smell were super strong ! The Jacuzzi was amazing , the inside bathtub is clothed and water wouldn’t go down the drain it was also dirty. It has Carpet floor for this who are allergic … the bunk Bed is About to fall it’s wrapped around a cord or something to but wiggles dangerous to sleep in the bottom bed. Overall…. Ok! Pleanty of space !

Nice home

The house was good. It’s in need of some updating .. mattresses, dishwasher, refrigerator missing plastic bins. And roof leaked when heavy rains. Overall nice house and location was good for theme parks.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Home was very spacious, clean and very close to Disney. Our kids loved the pool while we loved the hot tub. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property

Our stay at this property was awesome. Everything we needed was available. The house was comfortable and the pool was in a direct path with the sun. The only thing we hated was leaving.

Nice place to stay not far from all the parks

We enjoyed our visit. Very clean and not far from the parks and very close to walmart which was very convient to grocery shop and they had souvenirs. Only thing we wished was that the jets in the hot tub were stronger. But we had a very good experience and would stay again.

Great Location

The location for the house was perfect for Disney. After going back and forth with the Property Manager we were able to check in at 3:30pm versus 4:00pm, which was good. The house is actually five bedrooms not four a nice surprise. The overall experience was good, just a few things but I have already communicated with the Property Manager about.

Great family stay

Great location!!! Close to everything, but just far enough out of the way. The property was clean and as described. We felt safe, secure, and happy with the entire experience.

Did not agree with having to pay more to heat spa. That should have been disclosed at the booking. Couple shelves in refrigerator broke. No dish towels or dish rags. Surface clean but could use a deep cleaning.

Great location with great pool

Overall great location and close to dinsey. Everything was clean and comfortable so Overall good experience. The bad was we could not control the temperature on the house. It's hot in Florida so we do not sleep well when it's hot. I wish we could have adjusted temperature at night at least. Also alot of things were old or needed updated. For example, the pool table sticks did not have the pads at the ends of the pools sticks so was impossible to play pool. Also tv had about 5 channels to watch but no big deal since we were gone during the day anyway. Overall good time just needs some few minor upgrades. Location was prefect

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed here for 7 days as part of our vacation to Florida. The check-in process was straighforward and the home was welcoming upon our late arrival. On our first evening we have no WiFi or cable TV, management were aware (but as the last visitor hadn't told them didn't know until this was checked just before we arrived) and had arranged an engineer to turn up the following day. Maria came to sit in for the engineer whilst we went out and upon our arrival all was well. The pool was great, we paid extra for the heating but this was worth it. No other issues whatsoever.

2022 vacation

The house was nice, clean and spacious! We had hot tub issues but Maintnance did fix the problem in a timely manner. The view from the pool area is not ideal as your looking at a main road and the front entry looks at a highway. They control the air conditioning and lock the thermostat! That is not cool literally as we pay good money to stay and should be able to control the temperature! The living room has a dive/ blue ray player but it doesn’t work and the surround sound looks nice but again doesn’t work. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the home but we definitely wouldn’t rent that house again.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great - at most it took us 10 minutes to get to the Disney parks each morning. There's also a Super Walmart close by that made going out and getting things a breeze.The home is clean on the surface. However, it is lacking in general upkeep. There is a sound system (living room & pool area), but it is not functional/missing remotes. The pool table pockets have holes that cause the pool table balls to fall out onto the floor. There are safes in each of the bedroom closets, but no way to access or use them. There were a number of lightbulbs that were out to include the front door light and back pool area lights. The fan on the back deck is not operational. All of the shower heads have built up grime on them. There were various pool toys but they were mostly damaged (ie- pool noodles ripped to pieces). The carpet was also pretty worse for wear. In a number of spots there are stains or hardened areas where it looks like the carpet has been damaged.We were a bit frustrated that the thermostat in the home is locked completely. Even with the overhead fans in the rooms, in the evenings it got hot in the bedrooms, enough so that we had to go out and purchase bedside fans.

Spacious home close to Disney

Nice modern house, spacious with 5 bedrooms and was very clean, close to Disney. Really enjoyed the pool and hot-tub. Overall we had a great experience staying here for our trip to Disney.

Older, but clean

An older home, very large, well equipped in need of a few minor repairs. A little annoying you have to email mgr who emails owner who adjusts the thermostat for you. Located near Disney, near restaurants, near Walmart. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice, we only had a couple of issues. One being the house phone rang almost off the hook it was very annoying. We tried to turn the ringer off and it didn't work. I didn't tell the rental company about it so they couldnt have fixed it. The other issue was that I contacted them the morning of our day of arrival for pool heat and didnt hear back until someone was there to exchange towels. That person was there to also turn the heat for the pool off since we hadnt paid for it but I told her we had emailed but hadnt heard back. It got straightened out while she was there but we got charged a service fee for her to come out but she was already there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was close to everything we wished to visit in an older neighborhood of rentals and private residences. Upon entering, we found a drain cleaning tool and rather dirty cloth on the kitchen counter. Master bathroom tub drain had been left dismantled. Property could use a thorough cleaning and some updating. Trash had not been picked up prior to our stay nor was it picked up during our stay even though bin was in designated location.
