Free Beach service thoughtfully included by owner - two chairs/umbrella set up available right on the beach in front of Emerald Isle (March 1 - Oct. 31)! This a $300 value for a week-long stay! Take in sweeping views of the Gulf from the living room and balcony in this 14th floor Emerald Isle condo on beautiful Pensacola Beach. Bright and modern, this condo will take your breathe away.

The updated kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, beautiful tile backsplash and Keurig coffeemaker. The master bedroom has 1 King bed and a master bathroom with walk-in shower and grab bars. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The second full bathroom is between the two guest bedrooms. All three bedrooms and the living area have large flat screen tv's for your entertainment and Blu-ray dvd players in the unit.

The Emerald Isle is within walking distance to shopping, entertainment and restaurants and the onsite amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center.

Due to hoa regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Amazing property

By far one of the best properties we have rented at Emerald Isle. Condo was beautiful, had a fantastic view and had everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen!! Location is premier!!

Short break

Short vacation with the grand kids. Great location. Beach and amenities was everything we needed. Condo was showing signs of aging but clean and had everything needed.

Amazing vacation spot!

This unit is a perfect gem! We came for the Blue Angels week & it did not disappoint. The views from this unit are breathtaking & then you can head to the balcony and it gets even better. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a phenomenal vacation.

Family Trip

Great view, plenty of room & stocked with all pots/pans you need, sliding door in main bedroom wouldn’t open, almost to much furniture on balcony, the room with two queen beds actually had full size mattress. Also, I wasn’t told to check in to Paradice Beach Rentals, where we received 2 keys instead of key code. It was overall a great trip!

Emerald Isle

This was our third VRBO rental at Emerald Isle and each one has been satisfactory. This unit was spacious, well decorated and clean. We don't visit the beach for indoor activities, but this unit has four tv's, a lot of DVD's, as well as books. We really enjoyed the natural light and views from so many windows when we were in the unit. No disappointments at all.

Amazing views

Pictures never do it justice. You have to see it for yourself. Views are great from this location. The unit is very nice, and they provide the basic needs. Just remember to bring your own spices if you plan to cook much. The bed in the primary bedroom was the best I have every slept on. I really want to know what mattress that was. I hope the owner will contact me with that info.

You are close enough to walk to everything but far enough for it to not be overly crowded. The private beach access and personal chairs and umbrella were a nice touch! The pool was great and the hot tub was just what I needed at night. The condo was clean and the layout was worked well for my family. The beds were a little hard for my personal taste but my husband said they were perfect for him.

Friends Week Vacation

This was our second year at Emerald Isle. My only complaint was the floor, which was dirty. My friend had white socks on, and they were black on the bottom the first day. They could not be savaged after washing. We scrubbed the floor down and were happy. Other than that, the condo was in perfect condition. Will definitely book again with them next time we are in Pensacola!!!!

The only negative thing I can say about our family stay and vacation at Emerald Isle is, the people that were in the unit below us did not adhere to the NO SMOKING policy. Despite polite requests to the people smoking, to not smoke, it fell on deaf ears. The smell came right up to our balcony.

NICE PROPERTY. SECOND BATHROOM: NEEDS WORK ON TUB WATER SPOUT; IF OTHER WATER IS TURNED ON IN UNIT, SHOWER HEAD KICKS OFF. ALSO, WE HAD 5 OR 6 INCIDENCES OF WATER STOPPAGE TO UNIT DURING THE WEEK. THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE WHOLE BUILDING, NOT SURE. NICE TO HAVE PLENTY OF DISHES, TOWELS, ETC. VERY NICE UNIT, WE WILL BE BACK. ONE MORE THING: TOO MANY TV REMOTES; VERY DIFFICULT FIGURING WHICH ONE(S) CONTROLLED THE TV! THANKS.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the condo for the July 4/Blue Angels Airshow week. Watching the fireworks on the fourth and later in the week the several Blue Angels airshows from our 14th. floor corner unit was awesome. Our condo was well equipped and clean. There was a variety of great restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. The only downside was the new security system that the HOA had installed. It was not at all user friendly, at least for renters. Hopefully, they will have this corrected before our next stay if booked. The folks at Paradise Reality, who handled our rental and especially Mr. Kristopher Kessler, were professional, friendly and very helpful. In my experience, that's a difficult combination to master.Bottom line: we will stay again at this condo AND we will use Paradise Realty to handle the stay for us.

Great location to see the Blue Angels

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is not luxurious but we find it clean and well furnished to accommodate our family. It was our second time to stay in this unit and our at least 6th time to stay at EI. Appliances were relatively up to date including a Bosch dishwasher. The overall property, Emerald Isle, is showing some age, but the maintenance staff appears to be diligent and conscientious, though we never had occasion to request any assistance. The management agency that we worked with is located across the street from the property and were courteous and attentive. Numerous restaurants and entertainment venues are located within a 10-15 minute walking radius. Parking during the 4th of July Week and the Blue Angels Week that follows often exceeds the capacity of the lot so be prepared to take advantage of the proximity of the restaurants by leaving your vehicle parked, particularly closer to the end of those two weeks. Most other times of the year the parking is adequate. As stated previously, we have been repeat guests at this and other units in EI so we highly recommend the property if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.
