Esta casa adosada de 2BR / 2BA de unidad final ofrece increíbles vistas del Golfo desde ambos pisos. Esta encantadora casa adosada de Quiet Surf es una mezcla encantadora de lo moderno y lo rústico. Cuenta con muchas renovaciones que incluyen pisos nuevos, nuevas cubiertas frente a la playa en ambos niveles, baños renovados y muebles nuevos con un toque náutico. Arriba, la espaciosa suite principal te está esperando. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas tamaño queen con lujosos colchones de gama alta con TV de pantalla plana y un baño contiguo. Limpia ropa de cama de estilo hotel blanco en todas las camas.

Salga a su balcón privado que se extiende a lo ancho de la casa. Disfrute de su café de la mañana mientras disfruta de los sonidos de las olas rompiendo en la playa o mirando la puesta de sol al final del día. Dated home, good view and comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was full of sand, top to bottom when we arrived. Over all, it was generally in fair condition at best. The floor planks are broken in several places, the paint is chipped/scratched throughout. For the price point, we expected better. I have multiple pictures to support this information.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that you arrived to find sand throughout the home. Our housekeeper has done a very good job cleaning this property for us over the years, and we were disappointed to learn that the home was not in the condition it should have been when you arrived. Just prior to your arrival, a plumber had been at the property to address a water-pressure issue in the primary bathroom. After completing the repair, he told us that he had “cleaned up after himself.” He had been inside the home, outside, and underneath the house while making the repair. Unfortunately, we assumed that meant the property was left in the same clean condition it had been in when the housekeeper finished. That was our mistake. We should have gone back behind the plumber to inspect the home and make sure everything was properly cleaned before your arrival. We genuinely apologize for that oversight. Regarding the floors, the planks are not actually broken, although we understand why they may have appeared that way. There are areas where the flooring was not installed correctly, resulting in small gaps between some of the planks. We will certainly take another look at those areas. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We take the condition of our homes seriously and will use your feedback to make sure we do a better job of inspecting the property after any maintenance work is completed. Frangista Beach Properties

We totally enjoyed our stay. Very accommodating. Our keypad actually did not work after couple days. I reached out and they reset it while on the phone. I highly recommend the home we stayed in. Home very clean. Excellent beach view. Very family friendly.

Location, location, location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is perfect for two couples and the location can’t be beat! We stayed in this unit over Labor Day weekend, but the crowds did not bother us in the least. The private beach (mere steps from your back door) comes with a security guard who made sure we never had to worry about outside set ups. The townhouse itself is stocked with everything needed for your stay. We especially appreciated the daily beach set up, extra beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. Overall, Miramar Beach is quieter than Destin but still has numerous restaurants and grocery stores to choose from. And having Kenny D’s right across the street is a real plus! Also, management was helpful and even let us know when our unit was available for check in. The property is clean and well kept. It was our third stay at this property, which says a lot. We feel like it’s our own vacation home!

Amazing!

This place was right on the beach! Beautifully maintained and very well stocked. The property management company was fantastic and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Great view!! We had a great time and can't wait to return!

Exceeded all expectations!

Quiet Surf #1 was amazing. This was our first year branching out from a condo tower we normally stay in and it was well worth it. Check in was as simple as receiving a door code to my phone. Location was perfect and near plenty of restaurants. I will definitely book this place again hopefully next year!

April vacation

Very nice place. Beds super comfortable. Good cable package. Beach was a little more crowded than expected. Master shower stall leaks water onto floor very easily and 2nd Bath tub had areas of discoloration but otherwise was as expected.

AMAZING BEACH VIEWS! Quiet Surf #1 was a delight!

Staying at Quiet Surf #1 townhouse was a delight. It had all the amenities for a relaxing getaway over the holidays... a well stocked kitchen, new ceramic cookware, propane grill, books for reading, board games, and 4 extra lightweight folding chairs for the beach. The house was very clean and cozy and definitely right on the beach. The views are awesome as this townhouse is an end unit. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and all the beds had fresh white duvet covers. Frangista Beach Properties provides beach towels and a Keurig as a bonus! I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful getaway!

Quiet Surf II is a beautiful townhouse located on a pristine shoreline in Destin. The beach and water are stunning! Our party consisted of two couples in their 60s. We loved this place because you literally step out onto the beach from the deck steps! The master suite is amazing and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. This townhouse is close to restaurants and shopping. In fact, there’s a small restaurant called Kenny D’s right across the street. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good stay. Home was clean and staff efficiently fixed door code that quit working. Slider was noisy and could have used a baking sheet for cooking but those wete minor issues.

Baking sheets should be stored in the pull-out drawer under the kitchen range but we will double check that. If you stay with us again, don't ever hesitate to let us know of anything you need. Perfect location!

The kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook on site. Linens and towels included with inset laundry. Even beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas. The property management was easy to speak with and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Excellent Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED QS #1, so close to the ocean, but yet so private. We really enjoyed the way it was laid out and the decorations were nice. The condo was clean, the beds so comfy. The second bedroom did get a little warm for the girls, but nothing they couldn't manage. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were all an added plus since this year we flew. We enjoyed the condo so much we've already booked it for next year.

Right on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and good accommodations overall. There were some minor maintenance issues but they really did not have a significant impact on our overall satisfaction. The rates were also good although we did stay during slow season, a week or so after spring break and before summer. We would definitely stay again. Also we drove an EV and it would have been really nice if they had a 220 connection so we could have chargers over night. I would even have paid more for it.
