Con vista al mar, esta casa de 3,206 pies cuadrados recién construida cuenta con 7 espaciosas habitaciones, 4 1/2 baños y 2 cubiertas con orientación sur, cada una de las cuales brinda 304 pies cuadrados adicionales de espacio habitable. Mucho espacio para divertirse juntos, aunque también espacio suficiente para encontrar algo de tiempo a solas a veces también.

Imagine un café por la mañana en la terraza de la segunda o tercera planta viendo el amanecer sobre el Océano Atlántico, disfrutando del sol durante el día o sentándose en una cálida tarde de verano con una copa de vino mientras observa el puente de Newport totalmente iluminado contra la noche cielo.

Family fun in Narragansett

This is an ideal location for a large family gathering. From the time we booked the property to the time we left everything ran smoothly. Chris was timely with the few questions we had. Highly recommend this place.

A Great Vacation Home

My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property allowed for great walks by the beach in the morning, idyllic beach days and day excursions and a variety of delicious establishments to eat. The home was large enough for everyone to have ample, comfortable accommodations. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home.

Large Family Getaway

This was the perfect house for our large family summer vacation (15 of us)! Chris and David were great property managers and were a phone call away (and street) if need be. The house was sunny, spacious and clean. The outdoor decks on floor 2 and floor 3 were absolutely awesome with ocean views and a great place to enjoy dinner. The location was prime and a short walk to many restaurants, shops and the best town beach ever! The kitchen was completely accommodating to whoever is cooking or grilling! There’s an extra fridge in the garage which was great and an abundance of beach necessities. Everything was within walking distance so park the car in the large driveway and throw away the keys! To be fair, the only interruption we had was one of the bathrooms’ s sink faucet and toilet on the 3rd floor made a weird noise (probably a pressure issue) when used as noted in one of the other reviews; I’m sure that will be addressed. We spend a week or two every summer in Narragansett Pier and would definitely rent this house again. Thanks Chris, thanks David!

Great location, house needs some work

Overall we had an amazing stay due to location and size of house. There were a few things that were disappointing that we encountered. The listing and day of check in stated there was a propane tank in the grill and another one that was full. We bought several items to grill and both tanks were empty so we had to go out and buy a new one. The floors were very dirty and our feet were black after the first day. Finally, toilets and sinks made an extremely loud noise when using them which was a disruption to people sleeping. In addition, the space on the first floor was not utilized and could have been if there was a tv for entertaining purposes. If a few of these things change, we would love to rent again.

Great 3 generation summer vacation.

House was exactly as shown in pictures and very well stocked for a large extended family. Narragansett is a beautiful location, perfect for that annual family get together. We walked to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops. The newly opened Boon Street Market is awesome and just a 2 minute walk from the house. The play ground across the road was ideal for the grand kids to spend some time while we organized food etc. Chris & Beth were great hosts and very responsive. We will be back.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our gathering of 15 family members- spacious, comfortable, and all the provisions we could ask for to enjoy cooking and eating together, and trips to the beach. Excellent location to walk to the ocean, and nearby places to eat. We had six children and young teens, and a special Bonus was the park across the street which everyone enjoyed for Basketball, frisbee and playground. Chris was a great host, very responsive to any questions. Thank you for a memorable vacation !

A gem

This house was perfect for large families or groups. We were 8 adults and seven children. Well stocked kitchen, a garage /playroom loaded with toys and beach chairs. Owner was responsive and resides locally. Beds were comfortable. Quiet street , decks with With water views. Will definitely return.

Weekend with Family and Friends

Can’t say enough good things about the property. Great set up for a get away with family or friends. Beautiful location right near the water makes for great views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Owners made it very easy to check in and answered any text messages quickly. Big kitchen makes it ideal to have a nice dinner at the home. We will be looking to come down again next summer!

Words cannot begin to describe our wonderful experience staying at Chris’ beautiful location. Being a stones throw away from tons of delicious restaurants and the ocean itself, this location cannot be beat! Chris was extremely responsive and his hospitality could be felt through his attentiveness to small details that make a big impression on his guests. Will definitely be staying here again (and again)!

Excellent property

We rented this property for a week with family and friends. The house was extremely clean, had a great yard, and an awesome location. My only recommendation would be to add a larger second refrigerator.

Stay here!!

This property is everything that we were looking for in our stay in Narragansett for our wedding! Our bridal party stayed with us over the long wedding weekend and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. Chris and Beth are so kind and responsive - I had misread a text from Chris and accidentally overlooked that we would need to bring our own sheets; Chris came over immediately and provided sheets for our whole house, he could not have been a better host. If you are looking for a large, clean and beautiful home, look no further!

Perfect vacation home for spending time with family. We used it as a home base to reconnect with family and tour New England. The owner made himself available by text, which was very helpful, but we didn’t have to bother him, because we had everything we needed.

Bryant Grad Wkend

We gathered my large family to be together for my youngest's graduation from Bryant University. The accommodations were perfect - room to be together and also to spread out when necessary... hahaha. Places to walk/run, stunning deck views, a short walk to the beach, and a park for the littles right across the street. Host was helpful and super responsive. Would love to return some day! Just sorry to see our wknd end...

This was a beautiful, spacious and comfortable house with a nice view and close to the beach.

We rented this as a girls weekend/bachelorette get together for a mixed age group (age range 25-45) of 13-14 people. Although the weather was beautiful and the location is a great hop off spot to other places, we spent a lot of time at the house - which was spacious enough on the second floor living area to accommodate the entire group. Would absolutely recommend and was very much worth the price. The host communicated and responded very quickly to inquiries and was really accommodating of last minute changes. Awesome stay!

Excellent property that accommodated our large group of 14 with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was within sight of the ocean in a wonderful neighborhood. We have a won derail time which we will always remember.

Perfect for weekend getaway

This home offered us everything we needed during a stay for the Newport Marathon. Plenty of space for a large group of friends or extended family! Just about 30 minutes from downtown Newport and plenty to do in Narragansett itself. Makes us want to come back when the weather is even warmer and enjoy the beaches :)

We had the most amazing time staying at this property! It was very spacious and easy to navigate around. The owner was helpful by being available at all times through text. He even came to fix a small issue for us. I am so happy we got to stay here!
