Great place to gather

Each of us enjoyed our own bedroom and bathroom and all of the common areas to sit and talk and share. Extremely clean home, and very accommodating and comfortable.

Beautiful home, lovely neighborhood and just an overall pleasant time away from home. I would recommend anyone who wants to relax in comfort with NO hiccups…this it. Would do it again without hesitation.

Wonderful home and location!

Great home location and accommodations and very clean! Wonderful owner response when needed. Communications and clear rental instructions from booking months ago until move-out! We would definitely stay here again!

An excellent home for out of town family & friends here for our daughter’s wedding. Beautiful home and great communication with owner. Met and exceeded all our needs.

Fabulous Stay in Colorado Springs!

Highly recommend this beautiful home - great location & views, tons of space & amenities for the 9 of us who stayed. (Bonus - we saw 2 baby deer & bunnies behind the house almost every day we were here). Owners were warm, friendly & very helpful, too. We had a fun & relaxing week & loved our time here! :)

I loved hosting this family! All of the house rules were respected and they were able to come and go with ease. Would definitely host them again and recommend them to others!

Beautiful home. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for all. Owners are awesome and very attentive.

An amazing house and owners

This was the most well cared for and stocked home I’ve ever rented! There were cookies, fresh fruit, and drinks in the fridge waiting for us. Kim even left a message in the foyer welcoming us and congratulating us on our daughter’s wedding that weekend. We loved staying there!

Kim was very helpful and accommodated our friends celebration of life gathering. Very well furnished and included so many amenities we didn't have time to take advantage of them all. The items we noted as needing attention, downstairs bedroom light, fireplace and 1st floor toilet she was already aware of. All in all a fabulous stay, centrally located and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic property in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Colorado Springs! Plenty of space to spread out--the basement area is a nice get away from the rest of the house, and the upstairs bedrooms are great as well. We saw deer in the backyard every morning, including three fawns chasing each other through the trees. Just a 5 minute drive to Ute Valley Park, which has outstanding hiking trails. Coming from Texas this was an amazing change of scenery and weather--we would definitely enjoy staying again!

Celebration of Life weekend

The property was amazing! Absolutely nothing not provided by the host. Very comfortable and lots of space. Immaculate and well-maintained. Everyone would enjoy this beautiful home!

These guests are every hosts dream! They left my home immaculate and everything was back in its place. If it weren’t for the stripped beds, I wouldn’t have known they were even there. Thank you Garza family! We hope you come back to CO for future vacations!

Wonderful trip

Perfect location for hiking an garden of the Gods. Despite some poor weather there was ample space and activities in the home to keep us occupied. No real complaints.

We were harassed by the owners for having a service animal

This is a home is not pet friendly which it clearly states. We had our service dog with us and the owners said that we would need to Venmo them to have the house cleaned or we would need to leave. We reached out to VRBO to get clarification as we didn’t think that was right at all. The owners then showed up at the property requesting we pay the fee (not a small amount either) or that they were calling the cops on us. We told them that they would need to call the cops as we are compliant with ADA and VRBO policy. They owners called the cops. The cops came and we explained the situation and then the cops said enjoy the rest of your stay. The owners then sat out front of our VRBO for the next 2 hours making everyone in the house very uncomfortable. They were able to connect to their nest thermostat remotely and turned the AC up to 80 and locked it so we couldn’t turn it any lower. As you can imagine it was very uncomfortable in the home for the remainder of our stay. They also somehow turned the breaker off on the stove so we were unable to cook on it. That forced us to take our family of 10 out to eat causing additional and unnecessary expenses. Once we called VRBO back to file a complaint the stove started working again that night but the AC never would go below 80. Coincidence, probably not. While the home was everything we had hoped the owners were difficult and harassed us any way they could. We worried about leaving the next day as we didn’t know what we would come back to.
