(aprox. 1100 pies cuadrados) Tiene baño completo, cocina y LR. Cerrado en el porche. Patio al aire libre. Aprox. 450 pies de la playa. Esta es una unidad de primer piso. Un corto paseo hasta el centro de Salisbury, donde encontrará pizza, masa frita, helados, juegos y algo de vida nocturna. (1 de 3 unidades en la propiedad).

Great location!

I have really enjoyed my stay at this house. Walking distance to the beach and the owners are so spectacular and friendly. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Would stay here again.

Completely puppy friendly and spacious.

This home was spacious, enough room for my family, and our little pup. The beds were comfy, the rooms were sized well, and the stove/oven cooked our meals to perfection. We loved the area, and would love to visit again!

Great stay in a great location

Our family of 6 (3 adults, 2 kids and dog) visted the 'lower deck' for a few nights. Great location and amenities. I am not sure if the noise level above us was from other guests, the cleaner, or both, but you can definately hear it, so keep that in mind. All in all it was a great stay though, and we would return!

Fun and friendly

This rental was a breeze. Dalila was very communicative and helpful. The cottage was cute, clean and an easy walk to the beach or the boardwalk. We made use of the firepit, screened on porch and the grill. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Beach location

Close to beach and walkable to take out pizza, ice cream. Stayed in lower deck- although it says freshly remodeled, it is dated. Great for a family who wants to hang out at the beach. Host had excellent communication and addressed any issues.

Disaster

The property was shabby and had a foul, musty odor - the bathroom reeked of urine. The screens on the windows were torn and the area between the screen and window was filled with sand. The porch needs to be ripped off of the property. The grill was full of rust. The outdoor furniture was worn. We stayed only one night because we were so uncomfortable. We contacted the owner, who denied the problems and turned it back on us. Just don’t stay here - it’s terrible!

Mediocre at best

The location was convenient as stated, but the property is very run down and not well equipped compared to other VRBO properties we’ve rented. No sponge, potholders, peeling wallpaper, one broken spatula, the shower handle was broken, and would flood bathroom if it wasn’t held by one hand, outside shower was unusable due to lack of cleanliness and proximity to overflowing garbage cans. Cabinet that stored pans and cutting boards was covered with crumbs. Owner’s response to that was maybe my daughter can get to the beach on Tuesday to clean it- I called on Sunday morning. Also, make sure you bring your own toilet paper. Only one roll is supplied

Nice Property

It was clean and quiet. A leisurely walk to the beach. The neighborhood was nice, and people were friendly. My friend brought her dog, and the property was good for that too.

Great beach vacation!

We enjoyed our beach vacation at the 1st floor of the Mello beach house. It started out a little rough when there was no propane in the grill, and the trash barrels were full when we arrived. But it only took 1 call to the owner, and those issues were resolved right away. I did have to put the trash barrels out for pick up on Tuesday AM. There was ample parking, and the walk to the beach was not too long. The unit was very clean, and we appreciated the central air conditioning on the very hot days. The beds were very comfortable. The small patio area was great to sit in when company arrived.

Lovin' life at Melo's Lower Deck!

The lower deck was charming, spacious and perfect for our family ages 8 to 82! The neighborhood was peaceful, friendly and close to the beach. We were the only apartment rented out of the 3 units so it was very quiet and had everything we needed! The hosts responded to questions promptly. We met the owner when he came to weed whack the lawn and he was very pleasant. We also met the cleaning person who was very sweet as well. We LOVED our time here and only wish we had booked a longer stay! Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!

Great place to stay in Salisbury.

Great location. Very clean! Everything to make your stay at the beach very comfortable. A welcome basket of goodies and the coffee pods were such a nice touch. The communication from the owner was was very good. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in the area.

Highly responsive and friendly host

Dalila was great to work with. She responded to my inquiries before and during the stay with amazing responsiveness. House was well-cleaned and ready for us when we got there. Highly recommend!

The melo house

We enjoyed our stay at the melo beach house It was very clean and welcoming. The rooms were a good size and everything you would need was provided. The two rooms with the single full size beds could have had king size beds. The bathroom was accommodating and clean , an exhaust fan would help with hot showers. Looking forward to returning next year.

COVID had other plans

We were supposed to stay here in Salisbury, but ended up with same host in Hampton Beach, NH. She was flexible and we were provided excellent accommodations. So nice, we're planning to return!

July vacation

We had a great time and what a nice place to rent with a very short walk to beach and boardwalk. Definitely would use again. Owners were super nice. Plenty of room for 8 adults at all times with the porch and outside sitting area

House was as described

Beach house was nicely decorated and was as described. Communication was quick and friendly. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of some of the amenities given the time of year and the fact that it rained the whole time we were there. As stated in the description, the house did get noisy as they were filming a movie in the apt above us but we didn't mind too much.

Comfortable Beach House Close to the Beach

Had a great vacation at Melo's beach house! 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. We were very comfortable in the downstairs apartment. Can't wait to come back!
