Awesome Vacation Home!! Great Owners!!

We've found our home away from home in South Florida!! Great location near Key Largo with great restaurants just a few minutes away! It was absolutely perfect for our family....very clean & roomy with all the amenities you would expect from a great vacation villa! The owner Frank was very accommodating and inviting! We'll be back for sure!!

Christmas in Florida

It is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. The fenced in yard is nice for pets. The back patio is large with comfortable furniture. Frank is very responsive and friendly!

Nice and Spacious

We stayed here as our base camp for a fishing trip in Key Largo. The house was nice and spacious for our group of 6 adults. Everything was in order, clean and comfortable. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are stores, shops and restaurants convenient to the house.

Perfect home for our visit to Homestead!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Does not feel like a rental. Frank could not have been nicer and made sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived there were snacks and delicious chocolates waiting for us. We enjoyed going out to our favorite restaurants, but also enjoyed some meals prepared in the kitchen which was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and nice to come home to after being in the Keys for diving, etc. all day. Our two dogs enjoyed playing in the large fenced backyard. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Love this place!

We loved our stay at this property! It has a great set up for staying with a large group...with a master suite and three bathrooms in the other side of the house, it provided nice spaces for our extended family. We liked the openness of the living room and kitchen. The house was clean and looked like it had never been stayed in! We enjoyed the extra amenities that were provided: chocolates and bath bombs for the spa. It is the perfect location for exploring Everglades and Biscayne Bay and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The communication before we arrived was excellent which allowed us to be in the know before we even arrived! We accidentally damaged some furniture and Frank worked with us to have our cost be as low as possible. I would recommend this house to everyone who needs a place to stay in the area!

Family reunion

Franks property was perfect for us. Newly refurbished home with great amenities. Thank you for letting us bring our dogs. We hope future dog owners take good care of your property too so that you continue to let visitors bring their four legged family members. Yard is great for dogs. Frank was very responsive and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this home.

Stay in Homestead Florida

The property was very clean and comfortable and suitable for our vacation. There were many small appliances and other necessities for us to use if needed. The owner was available and attended to the two issues we had. I would recommend this property to anyone. If I am in the area again and the property is available I would use it again.

Summer vacation

Always nice to come to Franks house. The water heater broke the first day Frank was there with in 2 hours fixed the problem. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great host and very clean

Frank was an excellent communicator and ensured that all our questions were answered before our trip and upon arrival. He was very accommodating and allowed us to arrive early to drop off our bags before we drove to the Everglades. He was at the home when we arrived and shared some helpful tips on shopping and restaurant locations. His home was in new condition, clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We had eight guests ranging from ages 7 to 70 and the house suited us well. The location was a short drive to many restaurants and grocery shopping which allowed us to make quick pickups of groceries when needed. When speaking to Frank I learned that he opened his VRBO last year and that clarified for me why there were no reviews at the time we booked. Our family would stay there again for sure.

Highly Recommend

We totally enjoyed our stay. Large fenced in yard, two car garage and four large, comfortable bedrooms. The home is immaculate and tastefully furnished. Every amenity we needed was provided, and more. Quiet neighborhood and great location for easy access to the Everglades, Florida Keys, Biscayne Bay, the race track, restuarants, shopping and the turnpike. Frank was very cooperative and responded to any request or question immediately. We were there to celebrate our mother's 100th birthday, had a ball and will be back.

Frank was very good to work with.

House was in excellent condition . Very roomy and had everything you would need. Could use ceiling fans or at least a fan . Also a few more mirrors ,us woman had a rough time putting our makeup on as most places we stay provide makeup mirrors or a full view mirror so we can see ourselves. LOther then that was a great place.

Great place, close to restaurants, directly off the turnpike.

The stay was great Frank’s House was easy to get to from the turnpike. The house was very clean the beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are updated. Nice yard for our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Frank is very quick to respond. He is a very reliable owner. We look forward to booking again in the summer.
