Esta es una casa realmente impresionante con vistas para igualar. Su oportunidad de disfrutar de este nuevo hogar arquitectónico de tres años durante su estadía en Queenstown. Cuatro habitaciones de tamaño generoso que maximizan la vista a la espectacular gama de Remarkables y al lago Wakatipu.

La amplia sala de estar de planta abierta con la cocina de los artistas ofrece un espacio verdaderamente único enmarcado por una enorme "ventana" a los Remarkables y al Lago Wakatipu. Con techo en altura es un espacio muy especial.

Terrific spot for a few days as a base to enjoy all Queenstown has to offer. Views from the property are spectacular and everything was as advertised. Most enjoyable few days.

Amazing property that was excellent for our combined family stay. Well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. The hot tub was great for relaxing after long days of sightseeing. The views left a lasting impression with us all.

Great Time In Queenstown

The house has an amazing views of the lake ….on a scale of 1-10 about a 15. Location to downtown Queenstown was terrific…just 5 minutes away….although you definitely need a car if you’re staying here.We had a wonderful 4 days and even got to cook a terrific Christmas Dinner for ourselves.

The breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu certainly did not disappoint from this modern and beautiful home. We left feeling in awe of Queenstown’s beauty from the comfort of home with these majestic mountains. Communication was easy and open, the house was clean and spacious, and location was in close proximity to town. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

Absolutely stunning!! The views are breathtaking and were a perfect backdrop for our relaxing stay. The home is warm and cosy with all the amenities we needed. Access to town was easy, we had a car so just a short ride but also used the bus which goes from the end of the street on a regular basis. The local shops are only a few minutes walk away and offer a grocer, Chur takeaway (yummy fish and chips) and The Lokal bar/restaurant (trivia night on a Wednesday is fun). Gavin, the host is brilliant .. always prompt to reply if you have any questions. Highly recommend.

10 Days Mother of Bride

Fantastic 10 days, Great views, Comfortable beds, Parking Challenging, but doable for 2 cars. Mostly we were 3 people and 2 nights 5. We came to stay in a 3 year old property.... description 10 years out of date. TV, not working, due to be updated, Barbeque, stuffed - also due to be replaced. 3 gas, elements worked on the Stove and i could cook the 8 kg ham in the oven - just. Annoyingly only 1 teatowel.....The Spa while some might consider private, is in the driveway. Open Plan Home, living all upstairs, bedrooms down stairs, 2 water cylinders and a very noisey hot water system next to Master. We ordered at least 6 Uber Eats and only one delivery had all the meals requested. Yes this is a beautiful home, but not quite as described.

Clean and warm with amazing views and close to town. Trip unfortunately cut short by Covid-19 lockdown but the property was great. Just note one bedroom (two beds) accessed externally.

Excellent family stay

Very nice, new holiday home with amazing views of lake and mountains. The area is a short drive from central QTown. Owner very helpful. Property is up in hills of Fernhill and most may not want to walk into town, car generally better. Recommend.

Stunning views and perfect location

A beautiful modern property located a very short drive from the city centre. The views from the house were absolutely stunning, the underfloor heating was a treat as was the lovely fireplace which added to the ambience of the property. The house always felt lovely and warm considering its was the middle of winter. Our group of 9 had plenty of space and we had all the necessary basics to see us through for the week. The communication from our hosts was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Très belle maison bien chauffée, agréable, 3 chambres dans la maison principale mais une chambre à l'extérieur sans toilettes, ce qui n’est pas très pratique l’hiver. Situé à 10min de la ville en voiture.

Great Location-Amazing views

Family of 10, stayed for 1 week. Beds were very comfortable, under floor heating left the house cosy and warm. Hot water was plentiful for our requirements. Wood fire was more than enough to keep all warm. Ideal location, just out of the Hussle and bustle of town. Waking up to the view every morning was exquisite. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Queenstown.

Breathtaking views,big house but cozy & welcoming! Worth the cost....

Great communication with the owner who was very flexible and helpful. From the moment we saw the house we LOVED it. Absolutely stunning views that made you never want to leave...lovely big living area with comfy couches, fireplace that will be awesome in winter, kitchen well set up with lots of bench space for entertaining...fast internet, nice bedrooms with decent size wardrobes & equally stunning views,extra linen/towels/blankets should you need & full laundry facilities. So handy to town & easy to get uber or taxis if you're gonna be indulging in the wide range of craft beers or delicious wines in the numerous bars/restaurants. There's lot of houses at the end of the driveway & you cannot see the house at first...go straight ahead and once past a house tucked round the corner to the right & down the driveway is this stunner. It does have a lot of glass so be sure to open the ranch sliders & front door to get a good breeze/airflow. No bathroom on the main floor so this house probably not suited for those who have difficulty with stairs....cannot recommend this place enough, you will not regret it and will be like me,impatient to return and stay longer!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Queenstown is a fantastic town to visit especially as it offers up different attractions in the four seasons. I love the kayaking and mountain biking in the summer. Autumn is all about the hiking as the temperatures cool. Winter is time to bring the skis and backcountry kit out for trips to the mountains. Spring is when I get fit on my gravel bike and set off for some destination training rides.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My guests tell me that they love the views especially as the change each day. The house is super warm throughout the whole year, as it has many sustainability built features. It has flexibility to accommodate a small or large number of guests. The location which is not far from the town centre is also a big factor in that it is close enough to shoot down to visit but also away from the hustle and bustle.
