PARKING
There is one free parking space available to you directly in front of our condo. For additional parking, please park on Caliente Dr (the street you use to enter the complex). We kindly ask that guests do NOT directly park in front of another person's condo.

GARAGE
The one-car garage is available to guests for parking. The garage is also use to store garbage and recycling bins which are taken out for pickup and put back in by an outside service.

PETS
We do not allow pets within the condo at any time.

UTILITIES
All utilities are included in the rental price.

MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age of children that can stay at the condo is 12 years or older.

30 DAY STAY OR LONGER
The minimum stay at the condo is 30 days with longer stays welcome, "The Getaway PS" condo is perfect for work-from-home professionals or semi/retired individuals looking for an extended stay.

NOISE
Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
