This is the second time we have stayed here. We just love it. Everything clean and nice! Dawn is an excellent hostess. We didn’t need anything during our stay but had her number just in case. Highly recommend staying at this cute adobe VRBO

We spent 2 weeks as a family in the house. It is surrounded by a beautiful and very well kept area. The house itself is also amazing. We found everything we needed and much more. We did a lot of cooking at the house and the place also already had many needed basic ingredients and all the cooking gear you could imagine. It felt like a second home to us where we could relax in the evenings and enjoy the time together. The pool was also absolutely great. Just a few steps away. Overall everything was perfect for us and we can just recommend this place and also Dawn :)Kerstin and family

Amazing!!! Dawn… thank you! This is a beautiful home, in a beautiful setting! Truly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again! Loved everything about it including the location. The people in Tucson are incredibly friendly! Sitting outside for breakfast listening to the birds, watching the quail family, was just what birders would love! And we did!!

This was the perfect place for our visit with our Tucson friends. The property was beautiful, well maintained, conveniently located, and well supplied. The host was very gracious and welcoming. The communications (before and during the visit) were very helpful, timely, and appreciated.

The property was excellent! The residence was very comfortable and in a very good location. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and had all of the supplies you would need; soaps, pots and pans, kitchen ware, etc. while this is a townhouse and there are two adjoining walls with neighbors, we never heard them. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Dawn for your thoughtfulness towards your guest. We will make this our go-to place when we come back to visit family

Nice quiet place to relax - Great find

I loved this place. It was quiet and a great place to relax, and a great base for coming and going. I always look forward to being outside when I go to Tucson. My favorite place to be. The terrace is wonderful with some sun and shade. I go out every morning to hike, bird watch and enjoy the parks. The afternoons and evenings are perfect on the terrace. The best mix for a vacation. The villa is comfortable and clean. The hosts are helpful, think of everything and are gracious. I will be back to enjoy this great little spot.

This is a wonderful property and it's the second time we've stayed there. The location is perfect and the house and backyard area are beautiful and very well stocked. The owner is wonderful and a delight to work with. We plan to stay at this location again next year.

Wonderful!

Dawn was a wonderful host. Condo was in a great location and had absolutely anything you would need. Neighborhood was great, nice area to walk and close to the pool. Loved our stay and would 100% book again.

Our home away from home. In fact we plan our semi annual trips around its availability and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is exceptionally clean, comfortably furnished in a perfect location, and Dawn is a very gracious host.

LOVED this place!

We would happily stay at Dawn’s place again! It’s a beautiful townhome, sparkling clean, very comfortable, quiet, great location and atmosphere, pool & jacuzzi close by, and everything we could have asked for was provided. Dawn is an exceptionally gracious host, an excellent communicator, and we are so happy we stayed here!

Close in location

Our stay was relaxing and as busy as we wanted it to be because many places we wanted to visit were relatively close. We were disappointed, however, that the pool and spa area was not available to us the entire time. This was due to the pool needing repairs, not the VRBO owners’ fault. The patio also gets windswept and very dusty; a mid-visit cleanup of the exterior would be nice for us renters. Dawn is a responsive host and takes care of her guests.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay. All aspects (layout, feel, location, neighborhood, communication with host, amenities ...) were excellent. Very accommodating for us with our dogs. We enjoyed the courtyard and ability to have a nice fire and grill. Charming walking around the beautifully landscaped community. Would love to stay there again.
