Este condominio de dos dormitorios se encuentra en el segundo y tercer piso de un edificio encantador, que data de la década de 1800. We absolutely loved the condo. The location was the best! No need for a car you can walk everywhere. The beds, bedding were wonderful. It was equipped with everything you need. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Wow! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Loved our stay! Location was perfect, and we appreciated the parking pass that made parking convenient. Rooftop had a great view and was a relaxing place to unwind. Loved our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This property is perfect for out of town travelers. It’s in a great location and the roof top patio is ideal for relaxing with a drink before dinner at restaurants that are steps away.

Work and Fun

The location was perfect for what we needed... access to great restaurants and Newport Shipyard. Very spacious and clean. There were a few small details that were an issue but the overall stay was great.

Excellent location!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything in the house was perfect and the roof top deck was HUGE! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The loft was in a perfect spot for walking around shopping and eating. The only downfall was both of our coffee makers didn’t work but the cafe below us was wonderful!

Great location! Very clean and well stocked bathrooms. Spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck. Only complaint, and it was probably user error that we couldn’t figure out how to shut them off, are the deck lights shining into the upstairs bedroom at night.

Location is great. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, with parking right across the street. But, the interior layout didn’t work for us. The main floor bedroom is just off the living area, separated by a sliding frosted glass door so privacy is not great. And, the beautiful upstairs deck, which overlooks the village and harbor, is accessed through the upstairs bedroom, so again, privacy is limiting. Finally, there are flooring lights on the outside deck that can not be turned off and we found them intrusive for sleeping.

Wonderful location

Our family of four stayed for a few days visiting extended family in the area. The rooftop and location were the highlight of our stay. The place was very clean and just as pictured and so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The only improvements would be to better stock towels (no hand towels in the kitchen- none even for drying dishes, and only one towel per person for our stay) and bathroom supplies (we had to buy toilet paper which wasn’t a big deal but an inconvenience for only a 4 night stay). It was really a wonderful place and felt almost brand new!

Ladies Getaway

Very comfortable and well-located condo. Beds were comfortable, linens/towels of good quality, spaces were wonderful for gathering; loved the roof-top deck space. Temperature control for summer was excellent. Bathrooms modern and lots of hot water and water pressure! Be advised, there is a bit of a staircase to get up to the apartment, if that's a consideration; also an upstairs bedroom. Great place.

Great location and property

Stayed here for 3 days with my wife and 2 teenage boys. Great location right in the heart of the Newport waterfront, walking distance to so much with shops, restaurants, waterfront, and other attractions. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was great having the private rooftop deck to hang out and enjoy the sunshine and ocean breeze. The parking across the street was easy and close by. Noise from the street below was minimal and never disturbed us. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Great location! Very clean! Loved the outdoor space! And sleeping areas. Not ideal for cooking a proper meal as the kitchen supplies are super limited. Had to buy salt and pepper. Communication with manager was good on Friday but went radio silent when I had questions over the weekend. So nice stay but not perfect. We will continue our quest for the perfect Newport lodging.
