¡Demasiado bueno para ser verdad! Aquí es donde el buen diseño y la comodidad se encuentran con un precio asequible y seguro.

Super cerca de todo!

Estudio / dormitorio nuevo, moderno, luminoso y acogedor con baño completo y pequeña cocina en el nivel inferior de una casa familiar. Entrada privada y patio con zona de estar. Estacionamiento disponible para un auto.

Esta casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca del aeropuerto, Viejo San Juan. A poca distancia del principal centro comercial de Puerto Rico, Plaza Las Américas.

Si lo necesita, podemos programar Uber desde el aeropuerto a nuestro espacio.

Tendrá acceso a muy buenos restaurantes locales, cafeterías, parques y cines a poca distancia de nuestro lugar.

Perfecto para el viajero con presupuesto limitado que quiere explorar Puerto Rico y solo quiere un lugar limpio y seguro para recargar la batería para el día siguiente.

Las calles principales y la autopista son de fácil acceso y el área cuenta con transporte público.

Conexión WiFi disponible.

Quick trip

It was a very cute, clean place to stay. We needed a place with a garage/parking spot which they had and it worked out great. Quick drives to Oldtown, market, ect. Very delicious bakery and coffee spot within walking distance.

This property is so cute and cozy. Easy location to get around, super close to La Plaza de las Americas and El Coliseo, if you’re here for Bad Bunny :) Eduardo was a super attentive host, and he even gave me helpful suggestions of what to do nearby (without me asking). Would definitely recommend this for your stay!

Clean and Nice…

Upon arrival the power on the property was out. The owner came out and offered us flash lights. We arrived at 1:30am. Unfortunately, the 1st night was pretty miserable due to no AC but this was out of everyone’s control. Overall the property was nice and clean. This is a really small space like 300 square feet including the bathroom. Be prepared to be intimate if traveling with someone. The main plus that made it better was the outdoor patio (walkway between the guest room and next house). We had to ask the owner for clean sheets after the power being out the night before. Everything on the island goes by the streets name and house numbers are not utilized. The street location of the house is not walking distance to stores nor would I recommend it so make sure you have a car. San Juan is about 13-15 minutes away driving. Overall we were happy with the stay, it was very private and the owner was available if anything was needed.

Great place and location!

The place was as expected and then some. Ed was quick to answer any questions I had and the place was very well located! Really clean and nicely furnished room! I recommend this place for 1-2 travelers.

Excellent place to stay

My daughter and I stayed here and I must say that my expectations were met for being a first timer booking through VRBO. This place is super neat/clean. As soon as my daughter and I walked in we were ecstatic with such clean/cozy place. The place is so nice and cozy that you literally have everything you need. We live the fact that property was equipped with Nintendo system and Super Nintendo Switch which just happens to be one of our classic favorites. They have board games/books. The fridge already has some water/sodas and a few fruit snacks which I thought was awesome. Theres a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes/utensils. There's a small sink with dish soap and a sponge to be able to wash the dishes which I thought was perfect... The restroom is beautiful and have cleaning supplies underneath along with shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, brand new toothbrushes in case you forget to bring your own..The room is emaculate and the hammock outside makes the place even better. The sound of El Coqui in the mornings is priceless. And there's many restaurants at walking distance. Property managers were helpful and very attentive at all times

Superlative, immaculate GEM!

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was welcomed in a safe, clean, and exquisite custom designed space. The hosts are responsive and helpful everyday. Most lovely about the space is the Hosts attention to detail, truly true artists! I will never forget this Gem of a place nor will I forget the Hosts. Without a doubt I will return! Great place

This was a beautiful comfy place. We got to play video games and watch movies when we weren't out and about. Unfortunately, there were some earthquakes (which we barely felt but did affect our lights for one night) during our stay. Ed brought us a backup generator to help us and some extra refreshments - wow! PR is beautiful and what is more beautiful are the people.

AMAZING

This place was perfect. Ed was super accommodating. He responded to messages quicker than anyone I have ever dealt with. The room had everything you could possibly need. Kuddos to the decorator, I fell in love. Not to mention you are no more than a $10 uber from all the best spots ( Old San Juan ) is just one of them. I would highly recommend.

Excellent studio, very small space, but cozy and well located. Ed is a five star host.

The small studio has everything that you need to enjoy San Juan /Hato Rey experience. It's nice for 1 or 2 persons, no more than that. The place also has a small patio with a hammock to enjoy outside. Well located just in front of Placita de la Roosevelt, with nice restaurants and very close to Plaza Las Americas famous shopping center, among other San Juan attractions. Can easily take UBER, although the apt has parking if you have a car. The host Ed, was very kind and helpful - 5 stars for him.

Very pleasant and accurate

If you are thinking that the description is a little bit exaggerated you are wrong. It is exactly as the pictures and the description. Near the malls and the beach. It Has a great location if you will be using Uber, because you won’t spend more than 7$ to get everywhere pretty much. It is very clean and organized and they will provide you with anything to can imagine: from an umbrella to a beach bag and iron for clothes. Also the owner and the lady in charge are very sweet and always making sure you are doing well. I highly recommended..!

I had the privilege of staying at this property Oct 21 to Oct 23 2018, this property is very well maintained with all new fixtures and appliances (frig, microwave, AC, TV, Kitchenette, very nice bathroom and a cozy patio.) This is a small property but 2 people can stay comfortably. I was very surprised to see that with-in a few yards, was a restaurant, taverns, a plaza and 3 blocks from a movie theater. This was a plus for me because I chose to stay outside the tourist area. But the crowning feature of my stay was the owner Ed, who went out of his way see that I was comfortable and had access to, and recommendations about attractions and shopping. I would recommend this property to friends and I would stay here again. Thanks ED for being a awesome host
