Beach view from balcony was not as nice as we hoped due to walls on either side of balcony, also note that the front door was right in front of elevator so you heard that throughout the day. Overall the place was clean and check in was easy.

Great location

This condo is located within walking distance to many restaurants, the pool is very nice, the entire atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

The condo was amazing - very clean, updated, well furnished, bed was comfortable, had everything we needed! Great view of the beach - could walk right out of our building and be on the beach! Gorgeous sand and clear water - also love that we could rent chairs/umbrella. So convenient! We loved our few days there and would book the same room again in a heartbeat!

Terrific location & great views. Unit is dated, but clean & with a well equipped kitchen & nice balcony overlooking the gulf. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Such a great condo resort in a super spot on the beach. Very convenient both locally and to many spots in central Florida or gulf coast. We have been here several times now along with other spots on St Pete Beach and Treasure Island and this is the best. Only thing missing is a bar in the resort but lots of options close by.

Overall it was great! Leeann and staff are always wonderful and are there to help all the time. You can tell just by seeing the same people year after year that everyone enjoys the caprice. It is clean and we love the heated pool and the closeness of the beach.

Very enjoyable vacation! This is an excellent condo and the whole place is family friendly. one suggestion If there was anyway that you could put a gate on the ocean side would be great for those of us who have to carry everything but the kitchen sink to the beach.

Quick weekend trip

We had a good stay at the condo. The condo had everything we needed except for beach towels. We were able to get those at the office so that worked out. We didnt love that we were right next door to the public beach access but other than that the location was good. We could walk to some restaurants and bars.

Unit needs to be updated. Carpet/couch cushions small stains. Nice balcony. Great views. The complex is nice and well maintained. Easy access to beach. Pool area nice. Walking distance to many restaurant. Would stay again if unit was updated.

Enjoyed our stay…

This complex is very nice. It is surrounded by a lot of nice areas that we traveled to. The only issue we had is the complex has “quiet hours” that start at 10 pm and people were still loud and playing in the pool until midnight.

Great find!

The decor is Golden Girls level fantastic, but very comfortable! The view simply cant be beat, and convenient pool and beach access make the property a real gem. Plus, close access to so many great local restaurants makes this place a great option to trendier beach spots.

Perfect for our short stay

Beach access was just what we were looking for. We did not have a car so were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go.
