Excellent location & gorgeous views!

This property was very beautiful, spacious, & was located in the center of Madeira Beach. My friend & I stayed here for a wedding & we were so pleased with how walkable everything was from the property! Definitely recommend!

Convenient and Clean

Stayed here for the St Pete Grand Prix. Checkin was a breeze, unit was clean and had everything we needed. Convenient to downtown St Pete.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Can't beat where this condo is. Right across from the beach and short walk to all the shops/restaurants of John's Pass. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Hopefully management will get the other elevator fixed--that was the only negative, but not within our host's control. Overall a great stay!

Great location

The apartment is located in a great area near restaurants, shops and across the street from the beach. The unit needs some updates specifically the shower head in the master must be 20 plus years old; pitted and small. The apartment is perfect for 3 as the second bedroom is quite small.

The location was really nice and convenient to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable. The condo looks much bigger on the website. The second bedroom is not adequate for an adult couple. There was no place in the second room to put anything,there 2as just enough space to walk around the bed. The master suite was great. The condo was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen.The staff was very kind and attentive.

Looks better in pictures

Property and unit need updating and thorough cleaning. Bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived; we notified front desk but maintenance didn't arrive for many hours so we fixed it.Floors were vacuumed but not mopped, our socks got dirty just walking around the unit. The dryer made horrible squeak when in use. The balcony was filthy and would have been unusable if we didn't clean it ourselves. For the cleaning fee that is charged, the unit should have been much cleaner. The location is great but property overall needs updated; hallway carpets and elevator floors looked dirty even after being vacuumed/cleaned.

Sufficient at best

The location of this condo was ideal, short walk to John’s pass but also centrally located to beach access, restaurants/coffee shop & had ample parking. However, the condo itself was dirty, specifically the floors & showers. There was grit & grime on your feet that needed cleaned off before putting on shoes. The bath towel's were gross, they were full of long black hairs, we just bought new towels. The mattresses were beyond worn out, like sleeping in bowl. There was a lot of road noise at all hours which i realize can’t be controlled by the facility. The neighbors were making noise remodeling until 10pm each night but when I asked the front desk I was told that condo wasn’t managed by them so all we could do was call the Sheriff, which I felt was excessive. The living room area was so small 2 ppl couldn’t enjoy it & the dryer was so loud you couldn’t run it while in the unit, at least not overnight while trying to sleep

Very clean and comfortable

Very clean and was close to beach. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. Safe are as well. Only item is we thought it was a full couch in living room it’s a love seat. TV controls were tough to figure out, eventually I figured it out.

No closet in 2nd bedroom

Nice with intermittent tv and unavailability to acquire local programs. 2nd bedroom very tiny with no place to put luggage. Seating in living room old and minimal.

Too Small for 4 Adults

The place was too small. The 2nd bedroom did not have a closet for us to hang up our clothing. The furniture in the unit was dirty. The patio furniture was in disrepair. The refrigerator was excessively loud and the space was very SMALL. Very embarrassing.

Great location and very clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. Beach access was across the street. Easy to get to except you MUST be very careful crossing the street!!!!! Even though there is A crosswalk. Be sure everyone comes to A complete stop.

Weather was gorgeous!! We love the area and people we meet.

This unit needs a upgrade on their kitchen table and stained chairs, loveseat and chair in living room are stained and dirty, both beds are very uncomfortable need new mattress's. Having to come to a resort condo and have to clean walls, counters, chairs and showers is not relaxing. All of our others stays at this resort have been excellent. We thought about trying to move but we adapted with covering all the furniture and cleaning.

Great stay!

We had a great stay and enjoyed this rental. Some things we would recommend: better mattress in main bedroom, an additional comfy chair in the living room - it’s difficult with 4 for seating and there should be additional bedside table in 2nd bedroom.

Perfect location

The location was amazing. It is next door to one of the best restaurants in the area and the beach is steps away. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were a little uncomfortable.
