Family spring break 4/2024
We were very pleased with the Villas at John’s Pass. The unit was thoroughly clean and had all amenities that were listed. The communication with the property manager prior to our arrival was very responsive (within hours) and helpful. The shower was hot with good pressure and stayed hot after 4 back to back showers. My 16yo wanted to sleep on the couch and all sheets, pillows and blankets were available and clean. We got a nice surprise when we realized we had a balcony off the one bedroom as I didn’t recall that being in the description. We all loved hanging out on the balcony, enjoying the sun and people/car watching. We even had dinner out there one evening during sunset. The location couldn’t get more convenient…literally next to John’s Pass and across the street from the beach. It’s also a short walk over the bridge to Treasure Island. We did encounter a few minor inconveniences but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. There weren’t any beach towels but they did have 2 chairs, which we knew before our arrival however I could not pack 4 beach towels with our luggage so I’d recommend at least having some beach towels for guests. I stopped at a local thrift shop and bought 2 blankets for $2 so we could lay out on the beach more comfortably and left in the closet for future guests. My kids appreciated the football in the closet as well 😊 All in all, the villa provided us with everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.
