Excellent stay

Wonderful property. The minute we first walked in brought oohs and aahs. Everything was handy, clean, and well-maintained. The place was stocked with all the towels anyone could ever need. Also, beach things such as chairs, umbrella, and floats were provided. I can't say enough about this property.

Wonderful place. Spacious, well laid out, nice complex, clean, good instructions for everything inside the unit, came with beach accessories. Very comfortable and hastle free.

Great stay

The place was in a great location. The restaurant at the resort was excellent. They had live music which was fun! The condo kitchen had everything you needed. Lots of amenities. And lovely view of the ocean

We'd stay again!

The pictures of the property are very accurate. I loved how clean it was and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens too. We liked the quietness of being a bit outside of Kona.

The property was just as described and such a wonderful view of the ocean that was enjoyed each morning and evening. The kitchen was stocked with all the needs, we didn't want for anything. And an unexpected bonus found on the last morning was a scale in the bathroom that came in handy for weighing suitcases! This was a first and so appreciated! We would stay again!

Beautiful Paradise

The property provided everything we needed and more. Location and amenities are excellent. Coffee on the balcony every morning to late night swims at the pool. As parents of the bride, the condo provided us with a central hub for family and friends to gather. We have other family members staying at Kona Coast Resort condos…..they are just as happy as we are. Can’t wait to return right back here.

Lots of towels and great to have a washer and dryer We hand washed our dishes but one day I let dishes dry in dishwasher and was surprised to see the dishwasher had an interior light! There’s masks, snorkels and fins Beach chairs too Coffee makers - flat bottom drip and a French Press. The quiet pool with lounges and umbrellas is real close. BBQ stations were scattered around the property and close by the unit. Highly recommend. Grocery store and restaurants are very close by. Get the poke at KTA (grocery store)

Beautiful condo

This was a beautifully decorated and spacious condo. With 2 teenage grandsons visiting for part of our stay, the separate space upstairs, w/bathroom, worked perfectly. We made a lot of use of the tennis & basketball courts, plus weight room. The grounds are attractive but w/o ocean access (except for distant view from lanai). Views of sunset and palms from lanai were enjoyed. We used the kitchen a lot and it worked well (as w/most, there was a lack of good knives), and appreciated the washer/dryer. The management company was incredibly responsive and sent someone to help when A/C controller wasn't working, even though we were ok without - excellent attention to service. Check in was easy. Location was great - walking distance to shopping area w/grocery, farmers market & more. Also walked several times to ocean access points towards town for sunsets and to the snorkel beach.

We were amazed at the spacious and luxurious interior, and loved the ocean view lanai. Parking was a breeze, and the amenities were fantastic. What we loved most is having the comfort, luxury, and space to truly enjoy our vacation, while taking care to treat the beautiful furnishings to preserve the wonderful ambiance for future vacationers to enjoy. We intend to come back and stay at this condo for many years in the future. Mahalo for a wonderful experience that my family will treasure for years to come.

Easy!

We had some large luggage upon arriving around 1pm and preferred to drop them off before going grocery shopping prior to the official check-in. The property management was kind enough to let us do just that so we could spare the time and car space to shop for groceries for our stay there and beyond. The property was very clean and had all the necessities available. During our stay, the food disposal in the sink stopped working but it was immediately taken care of. Our stay at this unit at Keauhou-Gardens was one of the best stays we've had through VRBO.
