食器洗い機が始めから全く作動しなくて、すぐに直してもらえるようお願いしたのですが、作動方法の間違いと思われたのか、あわせて2人の事務員の方が来られて始動手順の指導されましたが、全く動きませんでした。10日間の滞在中この件をどの様に修理、改善がなされるのか全く説明がなく、また帰国した現在でも何も説明がなかったのが残念です。ただCONA ISLE A4 は2度目でもありますし、環境が素晴らしくお気に入りでもあり、これからも利用したいと思っています

Quiet garden and ocean view condo

Everything was great. Everything was in the condo that you needed. The view was amazing. Short walk to the grill area where the view of the ocean was perfect. Everything you needed for the beach. This condo was really quiet. Perfect size for a family of 4. Everything was close by. We enjoyed our stay. Air-conditioning in the living room and a bedroom was a big plus. We highly recommend this place.

Now on to the good: Great location on Ali'i drive close to many beaches and shopping but just far enough from the pedestrian traffic. Perfect size for a couple and a well equipped kitchen (no oven though, but that wasn't an issue). Lots of beach equipment! Check-in was a breeze and simple. The first floor was a plus and you have a partial ocean view, but it's a quick 1 min walk to the pool and ocean viewing area with lots of tables and chairs. We have stayed at many condos globally and this one is top 3, especially for the price. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Another great stay at Kona isle

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit to Kona Isle and our second stay in unit A4. We had a wonderful time! We love the ocean front location of the resort, watching whales, enjoying the sunsets and bbq's. The pool is also lovely. The resort has many senior owners and visitors which suited us perfectly! For the most part, it's quiet although you will hear occasional traffic noise along Ali'i drive. There was also intermittent construction noise this time from a residential development across the street. A4 is well equipped and met all our needs. The unit is partially renovated with many welcome updates (no carpet!). The tub/shower could use a bit of TLC. It has a view of the ocean across the lawn from the left side of the lanai which we very much enjoyed. Knutson management was helpful as usual, quickly providing a couple of small items that needed replacing in the unit. We look forward to staying again!

I would gladly stay here again!

Perfect view of ocean, easy stroll to salt water pool. Didn’t use the bbq or swimming pool but they seemed great and perfectly located with a lovely view. Place had everything from boogie board to beach chairs and coolers. Kitchen had what we needed and the A/c although a bit noisy worked great. I can’t wait to travel here again.

Unlike a lot of the properties around this one had beach access with non obstructed views. Everything I needed was included, snorkel gear, full kitchen, pool, parking etc. the on-site staff member was welcoming and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Peek of the ocean from lanai. Little bit dated unit in some areas, but price reflects and unit as described and we were perfectly happy. Kitchen well-equipped with exception of no oven, but air fryer makes up for that. Nice pool and ocean front bbq area. Split air within living and bedroom is nice.

It is only a 20 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants, shops, and bars; a 30 minute walk from the stunning Magic Sands Beach; and you can see the ocean from the living room! The pool is perfect, and we loved using the barbeques right on the water too. It has everything you need: beach chairs, snorkels, plenty of beach towels, and tons of dishes. And it was one of the most affordable places we could find in Kona! I would highly recommend booking a stay here, I will definitely stay here again if / when I visit Kona again.

Just near the sea, we can hear the waves, the view is georgous and the place to eat near the sea is great. The pool was great too. There was plenty of things in the condo to take to the beach (chairs, tubas, body board) and also a lot of kitchen accessories (air fryer etc).We really loved our holiday and can’t wait to come back 😉 the only little thing is the air conditioning that is noisy...

The first time was last year with my husband and most recently by myself.This unit was filled with all the bells and whistles as stated in the description. Everything was provided that was needed for shopping, going to the beach and even beach towels. Lots blankets and pillows.But most of all I felt safe in unit being that the second stay I was by myself.

Relaxing comfortable ground floor

Its a lovely quiet resort right on the ocean, with lots of lounge chairs on a sandy area by the rocky shoreline. Its a great place to relax, read and, if your lucky, watch whales and dolphins!There's a nice BBQ area as well which we used often and the sunsets were amazing!We also loved the heated pool. We stayed in unit A4 for 23 nights March 3-26. It is well equipped with beach gear,lots of seating, smaller TV and a comfy pull out sofa. We liked the island decor! The A/C unit in the bedroom was an added bonus! Although A4 is not completely renovated, the owners have done many upgrades including nice vinyl plank flooring in LR and bdrm, newer appliances and comfy queen size newer bed.The kitchen is well equipped (no oven). The cabinetry is functional but all original as is the bathroom tub/shower with glass sliding doors. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean looking across the lawn from the left side of the lanai. We were concerned there may be road noise as the A bldg is adjacent to the parking lot but it was usually not an issue. Knutson was great to work with and quick to respond and take care of a couple of issues we encountered. Overall I would recommend Kona Isle and A4. we look forward to staying here again!

Great Trip to Kona

This condo is one of best we have stayed at for having everything needed to head out to the beach: umbrella, chairs, beach bag, coolers and more.The property management company was easy to contact and was very responsive.The condo ocean front area is a wonderful place to watch sunsets and meet people. The ocean front area has the BBQs, picnic tables and many chairs. It was a great stay at the Kona Isle.
