ENCANTADORA UNIDAD DE PLANTA BAJA

Nos encanta nuestra hermosa unidad de planta baja en Kona Isle. Salga del lanai a los hermosos jardines y estará a solo unos pasos de la piscina climatizada y la hermosa playa con su área de barbacoa y una hermosa vista. Hay tumbonas y mesas en la playa donde puedes sentarte y relajarte mientras lees un libro o disfrutas del espectacular paisaje. Mire la puesta de sol cada noche con su "copa" favorita mientras prepara pescado fresco a la parrilla y disfrute del espíritu aloha de esta hermosa isla. Hay una piscina de agua salada adyacente a la propiedad para su disfrute. La propiedad tiene una biblioteca donde puede obtener un libro de la amplia selección para leer mientras se relaja.

Hemos tenido "ooos y aaaas" y "es precioso" en nuestro condominio remodelado. Queremos que ames nuestro "hogar lejos del hogar" tanto como a nosotros. Hemos renovado completamente el baño en 2015 y la cocina se renovó en 2016. Las imágenes en nuestro sitio muestran el condominio tal como se ve.

SEPTIEMBRE DE 2019 Acabamos de regresar de nuestro condominio después de un mes. Algunas de las cosas que hicimos fue comprar una mesa y sillas para el lanai, sábanas y toallas, alfombras decorativas, dos sillas de playa, sartenes, cafetera, y cambiamos las persianas de la sala. También tuvimos una nueva puerta de lanai instalada en julio. Siempre cambiamos, reemplazamos y agregamos artículos para mantener nuestro condominio atractivo. Por supuesto, hicimos nuestra limpieza profunda y mantenimiento para mantener el condominio en buen estado y funcionar correctamente. Ya tenemos planes para algunos cambios en el condominio que se harán con suerte el próximo año.
En ENERO de 2018, estuvimos en Kona durante un mes y nuevamente hicimos nuestra limpieza profunda, verificamos los artículos para asegurarnos de que estuvieran en buenas condiciones, hicimos una pequeña pintura y nuestro gran proyecto este año fue comprar una nueva lavadora / secadora, teníamos un sofá con estampado hawaiano hecho, y compró alfombras nuevas para combinar. Cada vez que estamos aquí, actualizamos nuestro condominio un poco más.

Mike y yo amamos este pedazo de paraíso y estamos seguros de que tú también lo harás. Mahalo por visitar nuestro sitio y disfrutar de su estancia!

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this condo. The unit was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the beach supplies—it made our outings so easy and enjoyable.The bed was very comfortable, and the complex itself was quiet and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful area near the water where we could have our morning coffee, relax and enjoy a good book, and watch the sunset in the evenings. The saltwater pool was another highlight.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host provided such clear instructions that we didn’t need to reach out at all. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would happily return!

The kitchen was well equipped, except for a lack of baking items. So we bought a muffin pan and left it there for future guests. We appreciated the things that had been left in the kitchen, such as condiments and seasonings. I wish the refrigerator included an ice-maker. We didn’t care for the rocking chairs in the living room. We would have preferred cushioned side chairs or ideally a recliner chair. An ottoman or two would help. in the bedroom, we found it difficult to get into bed because it is so high. The shades on the sliding glass door were missing a slat. I think it was actually a poorly designed shade system. The pool is kept clean and comfortably warm. The beachfront area is very nice with good furnishings. We didn’t use the outdoor grills. The condo and the grounds are kept clean and well maintained.All in all a very nice condo and good value.

Our second stay at this lovely condo. Nice location and very comfortable. Ground floor is nice for coming and going and was awesome for us as we barbecued every night. Really enjoyed the new smart tv for nightime entertainment with our streaming services. We will be back.

Kona Anniversary Trip

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay here as this had everything you could want or need for your holiday. Location was perfect and we enjoyed eating our meals outside enjoying the ocean view. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Little Condo

Wonderful clean perfect little condo with a wonderful relaxing ocean front lounge area for the condo group. Highly recommend this location if you want to be stay in Kona.

Great Location, Sunsets and more

Enjoyed my stay at Kona Isles - the condo was very comfortable and clean. The private beach was very pleasant for relaxing and sunsets, and listening to the waves (not a swimming beach - rocky). Enjoyed the pool and great beaches nearby.

Kona Isle is a great property to stay in, the grounds are beautiful the condo is very nice, has everything you need. The communication was great very easy check in, organized. The condo has many upgrades and you feel like your home. The other owners, guests are very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Mike and I are retired and we live in San Jose, CA, but when we are here, it is our home away from home. Mike was a teacher in middle school and a software engineer. I worked in an elementary school for twenty plus years. Now that we are retired, we come to our condo every year to enjoy the beautiful island and to make sure everything we would want in a condo is available to our guests. We appreciate the feedback we get from our visitors and implement their suggestions.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We first visited the Big Island New Year's in the 80's and we loved it. I love looking at properties, just to look, and we would; when we visited. In 2000, just before leaving Kona, an agent took us to Kona Isle.
The instant we saw the beautiful well-manicured grounds, we fell in love with Kona Isle. We purchased a ground floor unit which enables you to walk out without walking down stairs. This is a plus because we are constantly going to the pool, or beach and we are right there. Kona Isle is close enough to town (just over a mile) to walk each morning while enjoying the beautiful weather. It is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, churches, beaches. Approximately 10 miles to the airport, and activities abound.
