Holiday trip

The house layout was great for our family. The pool was a highlight especially for the grandkids. A good time was had from a 2 year old to my dad at 89!! We had a few small issues and I texted Tammy and she took care of it right away. Tammy and Neil are great to work with.

Couldn't recommend it more highly!!

We rented this home for six weeks, and it was spectacular! It is nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need, and the peaceful atmosphere provided a beautiful respite from a northern winter!

This house was very well stocked and perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the community pool and pickle ball courts. Tammy was very responsive to any questions or needs. Would definitely stay or book with them again.

Family trip

My family (mother, sons, and husband) enjoyed the space. I was amazed at what was in the house - seasoning, towels, cleaning supplies, etc) as i didn't need to bring extra stuff. The gym was nice and everyone in the community was friendly. We are down the street from publix and a short drive to 5th. I definitely recommend staying there.

Great Summer Vacation at this beautiful home

This is our second summer vacation at the Harrogate Home, and we definitely will be returning! Quiet, safe, well maintained beautiful neighborhood close to everything! The house is very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need! Our favorite room in the house is the sun room! The pool area is a welcome oasis where we spent many days just relaxing and cooling off in the hot Florida weather. The screen Patio keeps bugs amd mosquitoes away, which was very nice and comfortable! All the rooms have Smart TV's and ceiling fans for extra cooling and the beds were very comfortable! House is Two minute drive to Publix Supermarket, or to a large variety of delicious restaurants! 20 minutes easy drive to Lowdermilk Beach to spend the day at the beach or watch the beautiful sunsets. This time we tried an Italian restaurant, Limoncello, and it was delicious! We have been together many vacation homes through the years, but this one is definitely out favorite!

Excellent & Beautiful-

Upon arrival Tammy made sure we had everything we needed . She was prompt to answer any questions.The house is exactly like pictures but even more beautiful. We have been in many rentals and this by far is the cleanest and most accommodating. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood- the pickleball court , bike trails , pools are so nice to have for our use . Great area for downtown life and beaches . We will be back next year ! Thank you for an amazing stay !

Perfect home for a wonderful Summer Vacation

The house is in a safe and beautifully kept quiet neighborhood. The interior is tastefully decorated and has absolutely everything in working order and well situated. The pool was big and we really enjoyed it daily. There are are TVs in every room, even the pool deck. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. The beds were heavenly, and we all commented on how well we slept. The manager, Tammy, was easily accessible and quick to respond. We loved everything about this house and highly recommend it. PS. Our favorite spot is tye comfortable family room with beautiful bay windows. We sat there often to watch movies as a family and just talk on rainy afternoons.

Just as described.

The home was perfect for my stay. Our youth football team had a tournament in Naples so we were up early in the morning to head out to the field. We had a few kids staying with us and kids can be loud but I didn’t get any complaints so the neighbors seem understanding when it come to loud children. But I’m very respectful so I kept the kids inside and tried to stay to ourselves as much as possible. The home has two living rooms and all the rooms are a nice size there was enough space for all our kids. Everything in the house was nice and clean. The manager was nice and helpful she wasn’t not a bother at all, she was not nosy, nor was she rude . She seems like she means business though so as long as tge house is respected, everything will be ok. After our team won the national championship we had a few of the kids from our team over to swim and although the pool is smaller than average they loved it and it worked perfect. .

Nice villa

Good location, big swimming pool, good communication with managing agent, lots of beach towels. Crowne Point community extremely well kept. Beach chairs and umbrella available in garage which is not always the case, comfy beds, outside area had comfy seating and sun loungers.

What a Fabulous Place!

Our first full family vacation with all our kids in 15 years and we picked the perfect place. The house was beautiful, just like in the pictures and equipped with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs, kitchen items, four bicycles, tennis racquets and more. Having four bedrooms and three living areas allowed everyone to enjoy each other's company and time alone. The pool was a fantastic temperature and we used it several times a day. Communication regarding the house and access to it was flawless. Hoping to be back some day when we finally have some grandkids.

Lovely Property

The property was lovely and well maintained. The Property Manager was very responsive. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and it was handled the next day. W would recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a restful stay.

Relaxing place to stay

We were in town for a family emergency and the house offered a nice place to regroup at the end of the day. Very nice pool and patio area where you could sit and watch the storms roll in or the sunset. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all we needed.

5167 Harrogate Court Crowne Pointe

The house was ideally suited to us, with 4 adults and 2 small grandchildren aged 3&5. It was very well equipped with everything you would need, including a range of activity equipment in the garage. The pool was an absolute hit with the girls who had only just started learning to swim. It was quiet and peaceful and everywhere was easily accessible from this location. Two weeks wasn’t long enough, and we would happily book this accommodation again. The Warwicks

Harrogate Court is an amazing rental and our family had a great week.

What a spacious, clean and well appointed vacation rental. The pool is amazing. We spent a lot of time in it. The only negative thing I would write (and only because it was a bit of a hazard) is the coffee make needs to be replaced asap. I burned myself 3 times as the water doesn't empty into the pot and fills onto the ground coffee.When you take pot out to pour the basket falls out and is full of hot water and coffee grinds. I wasn't the only person this happened to. Please, invest in a new coffee maker It will be well worth the money! Other than that perfection!!😎

Clean modern house in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities. Great layout for families and charming sitting area by the pool with couches and tv. Well-stocked kitchen and gear for outings. Responsive and trustworthy management. Highly recommend—this house is a great value!

Harrogate Court

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month of November and it was truly lovely. The house is equipped with everything a family needs and is decorated tastefully. The pool was a welcome way to relax at the end of the day and maintained a very comfortable temperature. This house felt like home to us for the month we visited Naples. Due to Covid we did not venture out to eat or sightsee much, but the house was nice enough that we were happy to spend our time there. The property manager was very responsive to the few inquiries we had and we would certainly like to stay there again should our travels take us back to Naples.

Wonderful Experience

Neil and Tammy are amazing! House is nice and so it is the neighborhood. Appliances, utilities and all you need to relax without being worried about bringing stuff from home. Payment and everything related worked absolutely perfect. Thank you once again!
