5 Miles to the beach, family home, saltwater pool, pickleball & tennis courts

Light and bright with lots of natural light. Private saltwater pool in the backyard with great privacy and covered lanai. 4 private bedrooms, and great open space in the family room, dining room and kitchen.
The master bedroom and guest bedrooms are separated by the living space. 2 bedrooms have sliding doors to the pool and the master bath also has a door to the pool.
The saltwater pool is south facing, and heated during the winter months. The house backs up to a greenbelt/forest. The neighborhood has a community heated pool, gym, pickleball and tennis courts for your enjoyment. A big lake makes for great walking around the lake and neighborhood. (Just over a mile). There is no through traffic in the neighborhood, which brings quiet and serene living. Our home sits in back of the community, thus far enough from the main road. It is within walking distance (1 mile) to restaurants, beauty salons, massage salon, Starbucks and grocery store. 4 miles to the beach and world-renowned Olde Naples 5th Avenue with outdoor restaurants and outstanding shopping which is also walking distance to the beach. Lots of tours available in the area.

Host is so welcoming and accommodating! House is clean,spacious, and well stocked with lots of cooking equipment including every spice one could ever need! Host was so responsive to any request we made and was very helpful in terms of working on check in/out times. Clubhouse pool and lighted pickleball a block away were a big plus for our family!

Hands down the best place in Crowne point! We had multiple families stay in the community on vacation and our location was the best ! Cleanliness, amenities, & location to everything! Host was very communicative. If you have kids they will love the pool and all of the accessories a kid would need for a fun pool day! We had so much fun we need a vacation from our vacation. We definitely will be back to this location for our Naples travels! Don’t forget to check out the collection of different sand from the hosts travels !

Beautiful stay in Naples

Perfect for a family of 6 - we have 1 under 2 and 3 more under 10.The pool is a great size with plenty of accessories, balls, floats, etc. Plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen, a large collection of spices, and plenty of kitchen/cooking utensils. Estelle was wonderful to communicate with. We have started at a number of VRBOs now and I would rate her the highest for sure. There's enough beds in the house to accommodate 2 more than what we had. We stayed Saturday to Saturday.

Perfect

We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and responsiveness of our host, Estelle. The pool was large, clean and warm and we enjoyed it every day! The home was immaculately clean, nicely sized and the kitchen was well equipped. We came home and said the beds there were more comfortable than our own! The location is ideal, and being .5/mile to the grocery store was a huge plus. I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go back next year.

A lovely stay!

Our family had a great stay, the house was very neat and clean, even more spacious than the photos appeared and it was incredibly well appointed. The pool was great and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and driving to nearby downtown Naples and beaches. Highly recommend!

Two weeks in Paradise

The property was beautifully maintained and equipped with anything we could possibly need. Our host and hostess were gracious and accommodating, checking in with us frequently to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for. The property is centrally located, within easy driving distance of most of the attractions as well as of grocery shopping. We enjoyed access to the health club and walking trails as well as to tennis and pickleball, just a few steps from the property. Overall, it was the perfect winter getaway.

Beautiful Home - Excellent - Highly Recommend

The property is located in a great neighborhood and is close to shopping. The home is beautifully decorated and CLEAN. The kitchen has everything available to use and linens and paper goods were provided. The pool was marvelous. The owner was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Thank you, Estelle, for a wonderful experience. I hope to be back!

The perfect vacation home

A lovely, well appointed, and very comfortable home in a great location with easy access to downtown as well as grocery store, restaurants and gas station nearby. The home is very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and the host, Estelle, has provided everything one could wish for. The location is quiet and safe. It really was a home away from home and we had a fantastic stay. Estelle was very responsive from the get-go and super easy to deal with. Very happy to recommend this home to others.

Great stay! Will definitely return!

This is not your average rental.....this is like staying in someone's home. The kitchen had every small appliance, utensil, dishes, even spices that you could possibly need. More than enough towels, blankets, pillows, etc. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, pool toys, etc. Nothing is overlooked. Estelle is super fast to answer any questions. House was clean and larger than expected. We all enjoyed the pool. Neighborhood is very nice and felt very safe. Conveniently located near beach, 5th Ave, Tin City, and Publix is just a couple minutes away. This will be our first choice of rental for future trips.

Great house in a great area

The property manager Estelle is a wonderful host who only cares that everything is to your liking. The house had more then enough room for the 4 of us and clean inside and out. The pool was a wonderful addition and kept very clean. Conveniently located to downtown Naples for shopping and dining. The beaches are 10 minutes away and easy to get to. Next time we are in Naples I hope this property is available.

Great stay and exceptional host!

We had a great stay and Isabel was an amazing host. Home was spotless and had everything for a great stay. Blankets were soft, beds were very comfortable and furniture was cozy. Pool was great as well. Isabel was attentive to our needs but not over bearing. Even dropped off a couple of no stick pans when I mentioned that the home could use some. Locations was great, 10 minutes from 5th Ave and Naples beach. Will definitely look to stay there again.

Naples in March

A beautiful home in Naples that backs up to a large nature preserve! My wife and I really enjoyed the pool in March. Quiet neighborhood near major roads that get you everywhere fast. The neighbors were all very nice. Estelle made it easy for us.
