Renovación 2016; Grandes vistas y relajante !!! Unidad de Pelican 503 tiene 2 dormitorios, dos baños y una litera dormitorio privado. Está equipado con un sofá cama, sofá de dos plazas y una silla adicional en la sala de estar. Este condominio tiene capacidad para ocho personas para dormir.

Wi-Fi y de tamaño completo lavadora y secadora apiladas están incluidos.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size grande, muebles a juego y un sistema de TV / DVD. Desde el maestro, se puede disfrutar de excelentes vistas de la bahía, jacuzzis, nuevo puerto deportivo y las piscinas a través del enorme ventanal. También cuenta con una puerta corredera de cristal doble que las aberturas hacia el balcón. ¡Qué manera de disfrutar de su café de la mañana. El dormitorio principal está junto a un gran baño principal con ducha y bañera separada jardín para lo último en lujo.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble y coincidente juego de dormitorio con su propio reproductor de TV / DVD. La litera habitación privada es una escapada de un gran chico. El literas incluye gemelas bunked camas y su propia televisión.

La gran gran sala de estar incluye su propio "de la pantalla de TV / reproductor de DVD plana 43. Está amueblado con cortinas de diseño personalizado, y un sofá cama personalizada con 2 sillas adicionales. Este balcón de la planta quinta con vistas a un espectacular 700 PIE Lazy River piscina con corriente circulante, una piscina de agua caída climatizada, dos jacuzzis y un puerto deportivo privado recién terminado donde se puede visitar o pescado desde la cubierta que se extiende hacia el Chatawachee enorme y hermosa Bahía. Para su comodidad y disfrute, el balcón está amueblado con muebles muy agradable patio. El acceso al Golfo de aguas de México y playas de arena blanca, Destin West Gulfside y las comodidades del hotel Ramada se incluyen como parte de su internación Resort !!!

Overall we had a great stay! Condo was clean and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend replacing the cookware. It would also be nice to leave a starter pack of dish soap. Loved the pools and lazy river! Walk to the beach is far, but doable and nice once there.

Beautiful location

We were very pleased with the accommodations We were in a perfect location for beach, pool, fishing, and the lazy river. The staff that welcomed us and checked us in were very helpful and pleasant. The wording regarding sleeping accommodations, however, was somewhat confusing to us. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to returning soon.

Wonderful Vacation

Kids loved the lazy river. The men enjoyed fishing off the dock and the pier was close by. I have arteritis so the beach was a little walk for me but I went at my own pace. I discovered that I could have driven to parking on the gulf side. So much to do around us. The rooms were clean and liked the tile floors. The pictures were accurate for the property. Great communication with verbo, host, and everyone. We will be coming back, hopefully with more of our family. Thanks for a wonderful Vacation.

PERFECT FOR EVERYONE!!

We were travelling for a karate competition with 3 adults and 4 teenagers. The condo offered plenty of room for everyone. It was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The on-site amenities kept everyone occupied and happy during down time from competing. The location was perfect as well! It is within walking distance of the convention center, Wild Willys (arcades, go karts, putt putt, lazer tag, etc!!), and the Boardwalk which offers many restaurants to choose from in a super casual and "chill" atmosphere. Anything else you could possibly need while on vacation can all be found in a 5 to 10 min. drive! I would HIGHLY recommend #503 to ANYONE staying in this area!

Nice property, lazy river was too cold

We enjoyed the stay at the condo, and it was really nice. It would have been nice to have at least 1 or 2 complimentary coffees for the first morning instead of trying to find something right away after arrival. We were really looking forward to the lazy river, but it was really cold and we didn't/couldn't enjoy it. Overall, the condo was nice, quite and check-in/checkout was good.

Great stay!

This is a great location. Beautiful views of the lazy river and also bay. Aquarium is nearby for kids on rainy day. Restaurants and grocery stores are also close. Unit is fully tiled. That’s very nice. Very clean and plenty of space. Kids loved the pools and lazy river the most. We were hardly at the beach, but was beautiful when we went. We will be returning.

Wondeful Time of Relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The unit was comfy and wonderfully decorated. We absolutely loved the lazy river and the resort. This was one of our favorite beach trips we have taken with our children, would love to book this unit again!

Fun for the family

We had a wonderful time at this property. We stayed with three kids ages 3-9 and they loved the pools, lazy river and hot tubs. Access to the beach was easy and we were lucky with the weather over New Years! We had a great time and will stay again. Thank you!!

Fall Break Getaway 21

We really enjoyed our stay at Destin West. It was a great Fall Break and vacation for the family. We really enjoyed the bayside and the Pelican. The only real issue we had was the master bed was very uncomfortable and outdated. However we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

Very outdated.

The master bedroom mattress is atrocious. All the silverware had rust spots on it and was filthy. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty as was the coffee pot. The washer and dryer were so loud that you could not even carry on a conversation with them on. The description says it sleeps 8. There are towels for 4, at best. Put some money in unit and get a new cleaning crew. Have some pride in ownership. Great location, great pools. How much can a mattress and silverware cost?

Lazy River was Awesome

The condo was nice. The walk to the beach was a little further than I thought it would be when I booked the condo, but it’s not an impossible trek. You have to leave the property building to walk to another building, get into an elevator go to the 2nd floor, then walk across the bridge, go down an elevator and walk through a different complex before making to the beach. On the 2nd day my vehicle was broken into in the parking garage. I recognize the property owner has ZERO control over this, however I felt it necessary to share because it did impact my feeling of security while at the condo. The Sheriff’s office admitted there were multiple break ins that morning into vehicles, but unfortunately even though there is a sign hanging at the elevator lobby in the parking deck saying there is video surveillance….there is only 1 camera and it’s pointed at the elevator lobby, not the parking garage. My friends and I enjoyed the lazy river…..definitely the best part. Overall we had a good trip.

Great stay

The condo was clean and perfectly laid out for our family. The teens and preschooler thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool area and lazy River. The location close to restaurants and other entertainment was convenient as well.

LOVED everything about our stay

This was our second time staying at Destin West Bayside and this room was our favorite as the view of the bay was fantastic every morning while having coffee. Everything was as we had hoped.

Something for everyone!

We had a great trip. We had a problem with the sink and maintenance came immediately to fix it. The place is wonderful. So many pools. Several days we had a small pool all to our family. The only thing we didn't like was the traffic. Ricks on the island right next door has the best shrimp I have ever had. Also a delicious Key Lime Colada. Ray was wonderful. He always answered any questions I had quickly.

Nice condo but needs some updates .

The couch has seen better days pretty dirty and the master bed squeaks every time you move or sit on it. I would have like to also had more than one towel and one washcloth per person , had to gather up every night and wash for next day. Not to mention the washer is so loud you cannot hear anything else in condo. Just a few things but over all nice condo.

Best Unit Ever!

My stay from start to finish was wonderful. This unit is the center complex of the resort, overseeing the beautiful bay and breathtaking lazy river and pool. This unit accommodated my families needs in it's entirety. It was clean and stocked with basic necessities. We enjoyed our stay so much that I plan on booking this exact unit again this year.

Great place!

Check in was super easy! If you arrive before checkin time you can still get in to use the pools and everything until your room is accessible. The room and view are just as they are advertised. Everything was very clean! Ray always answered questions quickly and when we wanted to stay an extra night, He called the front desk to arrange it for us! It was also fun to be able to walk out in the bay, we found several hermit crabs! We’re already talking about booking again for next year!

Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is beautiful and the location cannot be any better. The condo was perfect and overlooked the amazing lazy river and bay. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another.
