Hermosas vistas panorámicas del océano + muelle. Pasos de la playa

Imagínese despertar a las vistas y los sonidos del océano Pacífico desde casi todos los puntos en esta dos dormitorios, dos baños casa bien equipada y decorada con buen gusto. Las vistas panorámicas al mar y al puerto de la cocina, sala de estar, comedor, terraza privada y son impresionantes. A pocos pasos de la playa, la brisa del mar llena la casa con aire fresco y refrescante y el olor del mar.

El complejo, San Miguel IV, se encuentra a sólo una cuadra al norte del muelle ya sólo 4 cuadras del centro de Oceanside. A pie hasta el muelle, restaurantes, cine, tiendas, mercado de los granjeros, y mucho más. Un corto paseo le lleva al puerto de Oceanside Village, donde se puede navegar por las tiendas, ver los leones marinos, peces, o kayak.

Nuestra casa es muy céntrico ya poca distancia (o tren) del centro de San Diego, el mundialmente famoso Zoológico de San Diego, Safari Park, Sea World, Legoland, Torrey Pines, San Diego aeropuerto y todas las actividades de San Diego. Vaya hacia el norte durante menos de una hora y que tienen Disneyland, Universal Studios, y los sitios en y alrededor de Los Ángeles. Este es el lugar perfecto para una corta o larga estancia del sur de California!

Excellent Experience

The condo was excellent with exceptional views of the ocean and pier. There were surfers every day. Many days we saw dolphins and once we saw whales all from the balcony. The refrigerator malfunctioned during our stay. We contacted Julee and she immediately arranged for a repair. We would definitely consider this condo in the future when visiting Oceanside.

We are in love

I'd rather not say how amazing this place is because we would love to go here whenever we want so don't book! ;-). We truly fell in love once we set foot in this apartment. The space, the location, but above all: the view. We spent hours on the balcony just watching the sea and breathe in the fresh sea air. We cooked dinner in the kitchen, washed our clothes in the washing machine and played games while sitting outside. With just a few steps you are at the beach, in a restaurant or in the shopping area. Don't miss out on the market and food trucks on Thursday! It felt like home and we miss it already. We hope to get back!

Amazing views

The condo was great! Had everything we needed! Although the pictures were stunning online, they don't do the sunset justice! We had great weather for our entire trip. Very convenient to walk to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Location Location Location

The views from this property are stunning. We spent so much time sitting on the deck watching the waves and the different cars and people go by. The property was well equipped and Julee responded promptly to any questions or issues we had. There was some confusion on finding the unit once we got parked and it is a little difficult getting your belongings into the unit with no elevator access to the second level. Wish we had know this in advance. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Oceanside and would definitely come back.

Best view in Oceanside

Hands down best location in Oceanside, walking distance from restaurants, the pier, the beach, and the most beautiful sunsets from the patio. This condo is smartly furnished and with the underground parking and overall gated community I felt safe being there on my own.

Best Vacation Ever!

Paradise at its best! An Awesomeness of WOW experiences staying at this great home with breathtaking views is what we have experienced during our unforgettable month stay. Julie & Howard has thought of all accommodations when offering comfort for their guests. Who needs Hawaii or any other worldwide romantic vacation setting when you are privileged to have this property? Park the car 1 time and with a very short walk to anywhere you want for Happy Hour, shopping, grocery’s as well as the sand on the beach and a stroll on the pier. The panoramic beach views from the kitchen and balcony are only what one can dream of. It doesn’t get any better than this. Even better than our Cape Code Beach House vacation on the water 3 years ago. We will be back next year and every year after. Thank You Julie & Howard for just being you, The Boyd’s

Amazing!

This was our second year staying in Oceanside during the month of July, our first time at Pacific Blue. We loved having the ocean sound and breeze 24 hours a day. The pictures you see on the website are authentic – WYSIWYG! Julee and Howard were very responsive to all e-mails and never made us feel our request was too small or insignificant. They welcomed our comments and encouraged us to let them know if we needed anything. We also appreciated the security of the complex and the secured parking underground. We spent most days walking, biking and enjoying the outdoors whether on the balcony or pool or beach. It is close to everything so we didn’t have to drive anywhere unless we were leaving Oceanside. It was a perfect way to spend July away from our hot Arizona days of 100 degrees plus. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again in the future.

Lovely Stay, Highly Recommended

The apartment is beautiful and just as advertised. Owners were gracious and welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We enjoyed Oceanside, especially the pier area and boardwalk (don't miss the cinnamon roll French toast at the diner at the very end of the pier!). We even found a health club in town, (L.A. Fitness, just a 10 minute drive), that offered a short-term membership. And, there is a Trader Joe's just down the street from the club. All in all, the rental was of high quality and we recommend it.

Perfect for us

We had an excellent month stay at this condo. First of all, walking in was spectacular. The view is wonderful and the condo looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises! Next, it was very clean and inviting. We had quick responses on anything we had questions about or needs we had. We enjoyed the area, loved being able to walk most everywhere. Loved Oceanside and staying in a very comfortable, clean, inviting condo. No complaints.

Perfect for Sunset Photography!

The owners met us for check in. Very nice people that care about your stay. They were just a text away for questions or suggestions. The bed is very comfortable, hear the ocean waves, walk the pier or walk to restaurants, people watch and classic car watch as they pass below. Quiet unit and secure gated parking underneath the complex. Swami's was the best for breakfast/lunch. We just booked our next stay at this beautiful unit. My wife and I highly recommend this rental! (don't tell anybody, wouldn't want it so booked we couldn't get back in)

Feels like your in Hawaii!

Awesome Place - Great Owners!

We arrived a day late, frazzled, and the owners met us at the door with the key and a bottle of wine! The condo is so nice and the view is ridiculous!! We had great weather and spent a lot of time at the beach and the pier. It is only about a three minute walk to the pier and the beach is right there. We highly recommend this condo to anyone. It's so clean, we were able to cook, do our laundry, watch a little TV on the big screen, sight see, walk to restaurants and shops and the Farmer's Market. We really enjoyed our vacation here and plan to come back to this place at the same time next year. Thank you!!

Ultimate Ocean View Vacation

If you love watching surfers catch wave after wave, enjoy watching people stream out on the best pier in California, dream of a front row seat for sunsets that light up the sky or just want to feel endless sea breezes sweep through your vacation rental - this is a great 2 bedroom condo 1 block north of the Oceanside pier - up on the cliff. You can see waves breaking from the large lanai, from the couch in the living area, from the kitchen table while you dine, and from the kitchen while you cook. The is the ultimate Ocean View condo in Oceanside. We stayed at 3 vacation rentals this summer in Oceanside and Carlsbad (1 month each), and this was by far the best one. The owners are very nice, accessible and personable. The location is excellent. Condo was ready and clean, comes with everything you need ready and waiting. The complex is quiet, with great amenities, pet friendly and secure. You are walking distance to fine dining at 333, Hello Betty's, etc. (2 blocks!), 5 blocks to downtown or the harbor and just one staircase to the beach. We love going to the Sunset Market/Street Fair every Thursday night, where there's food, music and people watching, or just sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and a good book. We walk the pier almost every day. Two bedrooms, two full baths, lots of closet space including a huge walk-in, gated underground parking for two, pool, hot tub (neither was crowded and are very well kept) and an upstairs location makes this a peaceful, perfect rental. Highly recommended - we will be back again next year.....

Amazing views and hear the ocean

I met the owners onsite and scoped the place out. I am planning to stay in the spring when I am back in Oceanside. The photos don't capture the real experience. It far more beautiful than the photos. I was there in the evening and I could hear the Ocean waves while sitting and chatting with the owners INSIDE. There is no reason to close the doors and windows. It's spectacular. Great Location & Great View

The pictures did not do this place justice, the view in person is much better than the photos by far. The condo is in great condition and very comfortable. We had an amazing time here. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Working with the owner was a very nice, professional experience and the directions provided were perfect and very helpful. I will definitely return to this beautiful rental!

Nice place!! Awesome views

We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, open and the view was awesome!! We spent most mornings and sunsets on the deck. There was a lot of activity at the pier over the weekend so it was really fun. The owners were attentive to all our needs and the accommodations were better than we expected. We would like to come back again!

Our family had a great time here! The place was really clean and a 30 second walk to the beach. The view was ridiculous. We sat out on the deck every morning and every night when we got home. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Stay at this condo!

My wife and I spent our anniversary staying at this beautiful place. We were busy every day, and our car stayed in the garage! We boogie boarded, surfed, ate lunch at the edge of the pier, and enjoyed great sunsets. I happen to tell the owner we were celebrating our anniversary and they left us a bottle of wine. Nice people. I recommend this owner/condo.

We've lived in San Diego County for over 30 years. We were looking for a beach property we could share with others, and still be able to use from time to time. This San Miguel condo was exactly what we were looking for.

Immediately upon entering the unit, you can see the ocean. Once we stepped onto the private deck, we knew this was the place! Panoramic views of the ocean and pier sealed the deal. We knew our search was over.

Seeing the waves crash on the shore or watching amazing sunsets with a glass of wine is fantastic way to end a day in San Diego. We talk about the great view in the photos, but it is truly dazzling. We want to share the experience with others.
