Family home in the quiet neighborhood of Matua.
Upstairs is an open plan kitchen dining lounge and 3 bedrooms, study with a single bed and a bathroom. Downstairs is a rumpus with king bed and sofa bed, bathroom and large garage. Fully fenced yard.
Super sunny. All the quirks of a 70s home, we have 3 kids so its child friendly with games for the kids. Table Tennis. Fuseball table. Dart Board. Bar leaner downstairs in garage.

Nice big deck outside to relax on and watch the kids play.

No outside noise after 9pm. If you are looking for a house to party in, please look somewhere else, this isn't the right holiday house for you.

We are only minutes drive or an easy walk from Fergusson Park which is a tidal beach and has large sports fields. Great for wind surfing. Walkways at two points on Manuwai Drive take you down to the inner harbour and Fergusson Park. Supermarket is close by at Bureta or the 4 Square at Cherrywood Shops. Mount Maunganui Beach 12km away.
