Great Place in Wonderful Location

A wonderful stay at Kierland Greens. Unit is clean, spacious and well stocked. Very comfortable couch and beds. Top notch.

Perfect time in northern Scottsdale

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very equipped more importantly you cannot beat the location. We love the Scottsdale area, it has a lot of sidewalks, close grocery store and walking distance from the Kierland Commons.

Great vacation place

the host was always available. condo well stocked and clean. bedrooms are spacious with oh so comfortable beds. close to so much to do. living is a great place to gather in the evenings. highly recommend!!!

Magnificent condo!!!

Everything that was advertised and more! Kierland Greens is an amazing location, so we love staying in this complex. The owners have thought of everything for this updated condo. . Easy check-in and check-out. The mattresses (we’ve learned this is NOT always the case with rentals) and the sectional were high quality and exceptionally comfortable. Bed linens were amazing. Great air conditioning, and modern kitchen appliances. They even provided some K cups and small toiletries (including sunscreen!). We will be back!

Perfect

Great communication with owner. Very clean and spacious. Easy to feel comfortable and at home here. Easy access to freeway, shopping and the Valley in general. Very pleased and would certainly come back again!

Great location for golf

Great place to crash between rounds. Many nice restaurants in the area. Unit had BR’s spread out around a central living area. Garage was convenient to use. 2nd floor unit was not an issue.

Nice Townhome

We enjoyed our stay in the townhome. The unit was very clean, quiet, spacious, and well stocked. The community pool area was a smaller than shown in the photos but still very nice. We will look to come back again.

Great location. Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed our stay in Niki's Condo. Very comfortable 3 BR.We had 3 Golfers for 5 days with a nice location for the several courses in the area. Access to pool and hot tub a short walk from Condo. Niki made everything so easy. We will definetly repeat next year.

Great 2nd visit to property

This 3 bedroom condo worked perfectly for a girls trip to Phoenix. I had stayed here on November during a family trip and really liked the property. The condo is roomy, tastefully decorated, affords privacy to everyone and is located in close proximity to the pool. The location within Phoenix can't be beat. Niki was great to work with and I would definitely book this property again.

Family getaway

We were very happy staying at this property. We use VRBO often and found everything very easy and comfortable- getting into the condo, the location, and all the amenities the property had to offer. Would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a condo that provides 3 bedrooms.

Great location for family wedding stay

This was a beautiful property for our family to stay for a family wedding. The condo was so spacious and decorated nicely. Easy walk to Westin Kierland and local shops and restaurants. Thank you for a perfect 3 days.

The Girl's Retreat

This lovely three bedroom condo provided an opportunity for the three of us girlfriends who haven't been able to get together in nearly twenty-five years. The condo was so comfortable, spacious, with all the conveniences and amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed the pool at the complex daily as well as shopping and dining at Kierland Commons. We're hoping to make our trip an annual visit.

The property and surrounding area was beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great with some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property was very nice and the unit was very comfortable and nice with a lot space. Niki was also extremely accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Phoenix

We really enjoyed our stay here. The townhome was well maintained, nicely furnished/ decorated, roomy and perfect for our needs. The pool is just a short walk away. The owners were very attentive if we had any questions. The only suggestion we would have is to place a couple lawn chairs on outside enclosed desk area. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality!

Great Place to Stay

My family of 4 came to Scottsdale for Spring Break. The town home was very clean and very comfortable. It was perfect for our group. The weather wasn't great on our trip but we were able to use the pool on 2 days. It was very nice with plenty of chairs. We were able to walk to many different local establishments - which was nice. I'd highly recommended this as a great place to stay.

Loved it!

We loved the location of this townhome for our four day weekend. The townhome is close to golf, shopping, restaurants and spas. They were four adults staying for the weekend and we had more than enough room. I loved the fact that there was a common living space that we could all gather but if you wanted privacy you could go to your own room. Much more spacious than a hotel! My husband loved the sectional sofa to lounge on after a day of golf. I would highly recommend this townhome for anyone’s vacation.

This place is perfect

I wanted a place that was close to great golfing and nightlife. This was my first time booking on Homeaway but I got lucky with my choice. I never write reviews on anything but I definitely felt this condo deserved my time. Condo was awesome, centrally located to everything. After golf, the pool was my go to and then back to the condo to watch TV and have a drink or two. I am already looking to book this place again in the spring before it is totally booked out.

Great location for a getaway.

My wife and I decided to get away on short notice and found this town house. It was the perfect place for us (although a bit bigger than we needed!). It would be the perfect size for a family. The location is perfect for day trips to Sedona, local shopping, golfing or just enjoying food. There are so many restaurants in the area. We tried the fat ox in scottsdale. The food was amazing. Highly recommend. Also, make sure to check out some of the other recommendations from the owner. We did a day trip to Sedona which was amazing as well as the botanical gardens in Phoenix. The town home is located in an immaculate gated community. The pool and hot tub were nice and the property was very clean. The house was professionally cleaned and nicer than any hotel we could have stayed at for the price. We really enjoyed the stay and will for sure use this place again.

Stressfree stay!

We stayed at this beautiful property over the thanksgiving holiday. Plenty of room for the whole family. The open floor plan is great! Huge comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen with everything we needed. But we were so close to great restaurants too! Loved the couch and tv to watch football. Location is ideal. Easy to get to, easy parking. Shopping , golf and special events are all close by. Can’t wait to come back down again!

Love, love, love this condo

My family was thrilled with this rental. Everything has obviously been newly decorated. The furniture, bed, bedding, televisions are all new. The pool is centrally located and gorgeous. The memory foam mattresses were awesome. The unit was clean, water filtration system so you can use the tap water, kitchen is fully equipped and my favorite thing was the Keurig coffee system. This location has it all, golfing, night life, restaurants and best of all, tons of great shopping. We are planning another trip in the spring and we will be renting the same condo, no reason to go anywhere else.

Peaceful, relaxing and in Kierland!

Very peaceful and quiet complex. We love the location next to all the upscale shopping and dining in Kierland. Loved that its not an owners lived in residence and dealing with their personal items. It felt more like an upscale hotel for us. Looking forward to coming back in the spring. Thank you!

We hope you will enjoy it is as much as we do by using our 2nd home as a vacation rental and experience all that Arizona and Scottsdale have to offer.

Kierland is in North Scottsdale and within walking distance to golf, shopping, spa and incredible restaurants. We love that Kierland has everything you might possibly need within walking distance or just a quick drive down the street. Westworld (home of the Barrett Jackson car show and Arabian Horse Show) and TPC are within a mile from the condo making it an ideal location to attend events at these locations.

We are in a gated community and have a floor plan that can accommodate 3 couples or a family. The townhome has a garage with stairs that makes the condo feel like a small home and includes a washer and dryer in the unit to do laundry if needed while on vacation. We also have a water filtration system so you don't have to rely on bottled water for drinking. Parking must be done outside the condo in the complex parking lot. Limit of 1 car.
