¡Esta unidad está muy bien decorada con nuevas molduras de corona!

Ocupación máxima: ¡El condominio # 38 puede alojar a 6 personas!

Arreglo de dormitorio y televisores: esta unidad temática ecuestre tiene un rey en el dormitorio principal, 2 gemelos en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar junto con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y VCR.

Características de la Unidad 38: una nueva Radio Bose Wave en la sala de estar también, escucha tu música favorita. Claro que no tiene encimeras de granito o electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable ... ¡pero tiene todo lo que necesitará para su estadía! ¡Velas, bañera grande para baño de burbujas a la luz de las velas, reproductor de DVD en la cocina mientras cocina es lo mejor! Abra los cajones / armarios, se sorprenderá. A los gerentes favoritos, ¡adelante, llama y pregunta! ¡¡¡Lavadora y secadora en la unidad!!!

Internet inalámbrico: ¡ahora tiene internet inalámbrico! Las instrucciones se encuentran en el módem de la unidad o llame a la oficina para obtener la contraseña.

Beautiful place, homey vibe, great location!

We had a beautiful stay this Shabbat in Mammoth. The location was perfect, walking distance to the mountain (about 15 minute walk) Homey condo with beautiful decor.. Hot Tub right outside unit, easy parking in garage. Great Kitchen to work in! We lived our stay and hope to come back again soon!

Great stay

The location of the house is great, shuttle is right by the condo. Super close to Canyon Lodge, and village. The house can definitely use some upgrades. Super small TV, No dishwasher or washing machine detergent. The beds in the second room are basically single beds. Beds and pillows were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped. Overall we had a good time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Snow was above all the windows throughout our stay. Not anyone's fault, but with one heater not working, we struggled to keep temp up to something other than sweater temps. Overall unit was comfortable, but is overly cluttered for a rental. Layout of living room not great - furniture could use some relocation. Location is great. Would choose another unit next time.

Quaint with a few deal breakers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I decided to stay here in November to get an early start to the snowboarding season. We've been staying at various Mountainback condos for over 15 years. Good:- Kitchen is well stocks with good pots, pans, plates, and knives.- Master bed is nice medium firm. Not lumpy like you find at a lot of other rentals.Cons:- First deal breaker. Entrance to the master has a low shallow shelf on there. On the shelf is a heavy, metal ornamental horse statue. My son was examining it and tried to pick it up. It was so heavy it slipped from his fingers and bonked him on the head. - Master bedroom heater barely works. Took over 4-5 hours before the room started to warm up. - Tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are freezing. Had to wear socks or shoes around indoors or else feet would freeze. This was a first for us.- There was only 1 half roll of paper towel left.- Pullout couch is about as flimsy as they come. We had 6 ppl. So 2 in the master, 2 in the twins, and 2 were supposed to share the pullout. So 1 of the kids had to squeeze in on the small twin with their sibling. And the other person slept on the floor (using the seat cushions).- Master toilet had issues flushing on the first, second, or third press of the lever.- Coat hanger near the door is like 7-8ft off the ground. Why is it so high?

Great except for the pull out couch bed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is clean and the quality of the pots and pans is higher than you normally see. The hot tub is just steps from the garage so you don't have to spend much time in the cold. However, the pull out bed is awful. It seems old and is more uncomfortable than a normal pull out. Every spring literally digs into your body.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience at #38. The rooms were comfortable for our group of 4 and everything you needed could be found in the kitchen. One FYI - bring your own laundry detergent as the mgmt. group doesn't provide it. Very close to the mountain... We walked to the slopes one day (approx. 10+ minutes) and the others we drove. There's also a free shuttle that stops outside the condo and runs every 20 minutes.

We liked this location better than others in Mammoth. Still close to everything but felt very private, even though a condo. Layout of the unit was good; smaller bedroom was in-between the master and living room so late night giggling from kids didn’t bother anyone.
