¡Un lugar perfecto para relajarse observando ballenas, delfines sin mencionar hermosos atardeceres! Este recientemente comprado condominio frente al mar de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el piso superior con gran terraza tiene varias actualizaciones que incluyen nuevos muebles, camas, ropa de cama y mucho más. El edificio cuenta con aire acondicionado central y ascensores. (Hay unos pocos pasos después de bajar del ascensor al condominio) El dormitorio principal tiene vista al mar y una cama King. El baño principal tiene una bañera de hidromasaje grande con ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio tiene vista al mar, cama queen. El baño tiene una combinación de ducha con tubo. Gran televisor inteligente en la sala de estar. Las comodidades de la propiedad incluyen una piscina de agua salada en el océano, una piscina de agua dulce separada, barbacoas para su uso y un área común para sentarse a cenar. Very nice accommodations, really everything you need but a teapot. Beautiful remodel, Lots of everything. Check the supplies before you head to the store. Plenty of nice large towels and lots of beach towels that wrap all around you. I would love a nice screen door so I could see the left side of the water and enjoy the breeze an open door would provide, but we are on the ocean so probably would rust. The only thing I would mention is this unit is on the ocean end and the lanai is amazing and the furniture is super well made and comfy but the way Casa is general is designed, it steps down 4-5 steps with every section of the buildings, so although there is an elevator only the units near the street side are actually wheelchair friendly. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home! Also, found the Cart in the master closet as we were checking out! You will want to use that for bringing your initial groceries in.

Wonderful condo on the ocean!

Had a wonderful stay here at the condo -- the view was tremendous, the floorplan was great, the location was wonderful. It had all the amenities we needed. Everything is as described and shown in the pictures. Errica was great with communication. The property is very nice and very quiet -- very much enjoyed our stay here!

Exceptional view!

We stayed at three different properties on the Big Island for our 2 week vacation and this one was our favorite! The sound of the waves every morning and evening was perfect. The teens loved the salt water pool. The resort was so pretty, and they provided everything in the condo that we needed for a great vacation! Thanks so much!

Very nice unit. We stayed in this complex 10 years ago 1 floor down and 1 unit back. Had an issue with the air conditioner in this unit but that was solved as soon as possible. The water was also cut off for part of a day but not the owners issue and was fine. We took our Grandson but would be perfect for two couples. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

Fantastic property. Superb lanai with daily whale watching and glorious sunsets. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and updated condo. Grounds were well-maintained and kept very clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!

My son and I had a lovely stay. The separate bedrooms provided adequate privacy and the amenities available in the apartment complex made the stay extraordinarily comfortable. Thank you for a memorable weekend on the big island!

Beautiful Beachfront Relaxation

What a wonderful place to spend a week unwinding with family! We had an excellent stay. One of the most well appointment places we have been. The kitchen literally had everything you could need. And there were lots of towels in the bathrooms. We had an excellent stay and really appreciated all of the amenities. The kids loved the pools and the view was amazing - morning and night!

Relaxation by the ocean!

Fantastic property! Used the lanai every morning for coffee and evening for sunsets and cocktails. Would most definitely stay here again! Perfect location close to town, but just far enough away to escape the people and traffic. Loved this condo!!!

Beauty by the sea

We were thrilled to find upon arrival the property was even better than displayed. Great views and as close to the ocean as one can probably get on in Kona. The smaller bed left a bit to be desired, but all in all, we left happy hoping to rebook it in the near future.

Views, views, views

Our goal was to find a big lanai with a view and this place delivered. We enjoyed watching dolphins and whales most days and had gorgeous sunsets every night. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Communication with Errica was quick and easy. We highly recommend this condo for what a trip to the islands should be about, bliss!!!

It’s ALL about the view!!

Choosing a comfortable, quiet, well stocked condo with an amazing view was our goal. That is what we found here and the owner, Errica is easy to communicate with and handled all of our questions promptly. The pools were nice, BBQ convenient and the Sunsets perfect! Yes, it’s a bit of a walk but worth it for us for all of the above. We would definitely choose to stay again!

Best condo in Kona

I have stayed many places in Kona but this was by far my favorite. The views from the expansive balcony were incredible. The salt water pool was amazing and the grounds were immaculate. The condo itself was very tastefully furnished, beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. Everything was fully stocked and they even had beach chairs and an umbrella. I would highly recommend. As a note, the second bedroom doesn’t have an actual door but rather a Sliding louvered doors so little privacy for the second room (which wasn’t a problem for us).

Perfect for our family of 4

Amazing property! Very clean and looked exactly like the photos. We honestly did not want to ever leave! The view is phenomenal. The pool was very clean as well, perfect alternative to going to the beach especially with young kids. Perfect location, only about 1.5 miles driving away from the main strip. We had to drive about 45 minutes to get to white sand beaches but all worth it. My kids and husband loved staying there as well. Would definitely re-book here again! Thanks for taking such good care of your property and for sharing it with us during our stay!

Kona Vacation

The location & amenities were great. The only issue we had was this was an older property. As such, it showed. The water was shut off 4 out the of the 7 days we were there for repairs. I realize the host has NO control of this, it did become an inconvenience because it happened so frequently. Overall, very nice experience.

Perfection AGAIN

We stayed for 12 nights and still couldn't get enough. The unit is comfortable in every sense: great comfy couch, tastefully remodeled, full kitchen with all the necessities, etc. The outdoor furniture is top quality and just the right types of seating options. The lanai - words can't describe the serenity. The redone saltwater pool is perfectly clean and maintained. It never feels full, and the complex us lovingly maintained overall. Very peaceful and quiet crowd. But just as important - the owners are delightful. They are responsive, helpful, understanding, and just a pleasure to deal with every time. This was our 3rd stay and we'll be back again. Feels like home away from home.

Spectacular Stay!!

We've been coming to Casa since 2010, this is by far the nicest condo we've stayed in! The wrap around lanai is spectacular, with unbelievable views and lovely new furniture. The side lanai offers shade during afternoon sun, and the new loungers are heavenly to read a good book. The condo is extremely comfortable and spacious. So many nice touches from beach towels, to coolers / chairs for beach days and a wagon for bringing in Costco haul. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances are new (fridge has an icemaker!). Beds are very comfortable, and unit has an ample supply of towels. Communication with Errica and Dave was easy, friendly and seamless. An AMAZING stay! Mahalo

Perfect AGAIN

This was our second stay at what has become the definition of the perfect place for our family. The lanai is what this place is all about. You cannot beat the combination of a wrap around lanai on the top floor over-looking the ocean and a crystal clear saltwater pool. NOTHING like it. The inside has been tastefully updated and is always clean, with everything we need to be comfortable: fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy couch, etc. The complex and quiet and clean. Very calm - just our kind of pace. No noisy partying types. Very laid back and feels like real life. Thank you Errica for being so easy to communicate with and overall fantastic owner. We'll be back!

Just as described. Great location with million dollar views and a fair price.

We loved this place because it was far enough from town (20-30 min walk) to be away from the traffic and it was set back from the road so it was quiet and it had the ocean below. What could be better? We liked that it was set back but this meant it wasn’t very close to your car to unload and load stuff but they had elevator and I noticed a cart in the closet. We liked this because it made it feel like we were away from everyone else. The outdoor deck area with the killer views was to die for and the inside was furnished very nicely. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. We just wish there wasn’t so much to do and see on the big island so we could have spent more time on the deck. We saw dolphins and whales passing in front of us and enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks day and night. The only thing I would have liked would be washer and dryer in the condo. The complex had coin operated on site so they were available but at the other end. A small price to pay for such a great location. The second bedroom had a sliding door and no dresser to store clothes but worked out ok for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing ocean view condo

What an excellent location! The view and sound of the ocean was incredible and soothing. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well appointed with essentials such as completely stocked kitchen appliances, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, blender, utensils for cooking and serving, etc. There were even cutting boards and a wine opener. We had everything we needed; just had to purchase beverages and food. We appreciated the beach towels, coolers & ice packs from the freezer for day trips. The host provided excellent instructions on keyless entry (awesome! No keys to keep track of) and parking within and outside of the gate. Easy. There was some walking and stairs involved in getting luggage and groceries from the front of the building to the back (where condo is located on the third floor) but there is also an elevator halfway from the parking lot. For the view, it was WORTH it! There was a fold up wagon in a closet which really came in handy. The best part was eating breakfast and viewing sunsets on the lanai every day. My only suggestion would be a box of tissues would have been nice. TP ran low as I had to share the roll with my nose. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay! If we are fortunate to return to Hawaii we will eagerly seek out this rental again. Mahalo

Surprise - Pool Under Construction During Entire Stay

Condo descriptions were everything stated: newly renovated, tastefully decorated, clean, nicely stocked, comfy beds, amazing lanai and ocean views. There was only one big problem - the large oceanfront pool, situated below the unit, was under construction. We understand that remodeling has to be done sometime but Errica did not advise us until after we paid our final payment and just 2 days prior to check in. From the day we arrived till the day we left the workers were laying down new tiles across the entire surface of the pool. We watched their progress for 8 days as they diligently cut and sized their mosaic design with their skill saws and pounding in their construction site of trucks, tents, pallets, buckets & water pumps all right below the unit's lanai. We, and the nearby units, also had to listen to the boom box music of the workers blasting for 3 days (until someone must have complained and it finally stopped). From 8:00am to 5:00pm every day, except Sunday and during their daily lunch breaks, our naps and reading and conversations were constantly interrupted. And, because one pool was unavailable, the other, much smaller pool, was often overcrowded. Aside from not having the use & convenience of the oceanfront pool & the constant noise, the lack of transparency by the owner is what disappointed us most. Had Errica put a disclaimer on her VRBO listing, we would have had the choice to stay at this property on another occasion and certainly not during construction. We noticed many units located nearby were vacant & that most of them on VRBO posted a full disclosure of construction noise & that one pool was not in use. That was the right thing to do. We are not your typical visitors that are out all day sightseeing. We have been visiting the Islands all of our lives & vacation there to get away, to relax, have quiet time & to enjoy the ocean views. After the first day of our stay, we emailed Errica to let her know about a couple of minor issues in the condo & the main issue of concern - the construction. Errica did offer to refund our money if we wanted to leave but we weren’t about to spend any of our precious vacation time trying to find another available condo 2 days into our stay during the height of Summer when accommodations & rental cars were scarce. By the way, the small issues were not addressed, but we dealt with them. We're disappointed with lack of transparency of the owner & will not be returning to this condo.

Absolutely amazing property

The view the view the view. Incredible. We spent quite a bit of time on the lanai. Amazing views of dolphins and the sunsets were fantastic. The location of the property was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the large salt water pool. We will absolutely return!
