Este condominio de 2 dormitorios Sawgrass tiene todas las comodidades del hogar. Recién amueblado y equipado esta unidad es fresco y listo para su estancia. Dos habitaciones divididas con una cama de matrimonio y dos camas individuales permite la comodidad de la familia completa. Mar y arena viene con bicicletas, un carro moto y el carro de los niños. Desde su condominio es un paseo a la playa y un paseo en bicicleta rápida a la piscina.

Property was clean, supplied dishes and towels including beach toys and child safe dishes. Close to the beach, gated community so it felt safe, not too far from stores and such and only about 40 minutes down the A1A to Saint Augustine , hope to book again !

Christmas stay

Property could use a bit more deep cleaning and furniture and amenities in the home are economy quality. That’s fine, but had a bit higher expectations for quality in sawgrass. There are better options in Sawgrass in the same price point and we have stayed in a few (not same property manager). Would not recommend this specific unit. Also, property manager was not responsive after check out when I let them know about an issue with the garbage disposal that we didn’t discover until we ran the dishwasher as we were cleaning up to vacate our last day. The problem with the disposal explains the slightly “off” smell of the unit that we had just brushed off initially as it wasn’t critical and we didn’t spend much time at the unit as we have family in the area.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cutely decorated home but furniture was not very comfortable (couches, dining chairs). There was lots of echo in the home's main living areas due to high ceilings and no soft surfaces to absorb the sound. Bedrooms were comfortable. Lots of tall windows along the entire back of home with no coverings. Felt too open at nighttime and would have preferred to have the option to close blinds or curtains for more privacy. View was pretty though.

The property was very clean and there were plenty of linens and towels (beach towels were provided too). The owner had provided the renters beach access through Saw Grass so the beach access was close by.... through the gated neighborhood entrance/exit and across the street. It was easily walkable but too far if you are carrying beach parafenalia. We were able to drive in and drop off people with supplies while someone returned the car to the condo and biked back. The property was roomy and well appointed. I would certainly recommend it.

Some light cleaning required at check in but no big deal. Rental team flexible on early check in and check out but I did have to call and check to get my Security deposit returned. This took over two weeks. 2 bicycles there to use but they did not have air in the tires.

The location was convenient to shops and restaurants, and it was not too far from the city center. The only problem was we couldn't find the beach entrance and there were no clear markings or signs indicating how to access. Other than that small hiccup the stay was great and we would gladly use this property again

Beach Retreat!

Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation! My husband, daughter and I stayed in the Sea & Sand condo for our 2016 Memorial Day holiday. The condo is located within the Sawgrass Country Club, directly across from the golf clubhouse and a short walk across Ponte Vedra Blvd to the beach. Also in short walking distance are a peaceful swimming pool area and a shaded playground. The community is gated, safe and beautifully landscaped. We received an entrance pass for the duration of our stay, and the gate attendants knew our names after the first day. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just outside the west gate of Sawgrass on Hwy A1A, e.g., coffee at Starbucks, breakfast at Ponte Vedra Beach Diner and sushi at Kamiya 86! Our main focus was spending time on the beach with our 1.5 year old daughter. The wide beach is stunning with soft, compact sand; perfect for running even with a stroller! The access boardwalk has benches overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and showers to rinse off. We brought most of our own gear, but the condo has plenty of beach mats, towels and beach toys for your use. The condo was spacious, bright and clean. The furnishings and decorations were new and inviting, beds were comfy, and the kitchen stocked with necessities for cooking. We took advantage of the indoor dining area as well as the screened patio enclosure for our home-cooked meals. We loved the split floor plan with two full-sized bathrooms and the floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for unobstructed views of the back gardens. They let in so much light, yet the condo is perfectly private from neighbors. The property was also very safe for my curious toddler. Thanks for the stay… it was truly a retreat for my family and we will return.
